The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful to us. We had a little baby and they helped us every day to heat up formula and solid food. The door of our first room could not close. They moved us to a bigger room and waived our parking fee. This really showed how they prioritize customers.

Very thin walls, you can hear everything.

It was very clean, spotless. Beds very comfortable. The air con worked well. Close to the science museum and public transport stops to the old town. Reception Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice touch with a welcome drink for each guest too.

A little noisy, can hear other guests talking in the hallway. And the cleaners when they were in the rooms above. But understand it is an old building and busy with many guests and apartments. The breakfast was very good but a little chaotic queuing up. We were only two guests but for larger groups, it seemed difficult to accommodate them.

Really nice stay, can only reccommend. The staff at the reception (Tomas and I guess the other one was Pablo) were really friendly and helpful. The room was really nice, spacious, there was all the stuff you may need - towels, fridge, water in fridge, shower gel, shampoo, even shaving kit and toothbursh. Location of the hotel is really close to the aquarium and hemisferic and I can really only reccommend this place!

The reception is really small so in case there is more people at once, there is no place to rest, however the hotel has no flaws! :)

It's the perfect location if you are running the marathon, right in front of the starting corrals. It's also an excellent location otherwise, very close to the ciudad de ciencias, and multiple excellent restaurants. Staff was really spectacular. They went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed. Breakfast was excellent.

Maybe the price, but it was worth it for sure.

Parking situation was not straightforward as reserved but nowhere to pull in and get details from reception of how to access parking so got a parking ticket. Main reason I chose this hotel was due to parking too! I would suggest a better system which would involve being able to pull in to the parking area by providing clear details and ring bell to downstairs parking on site and if unavailable at that time to be made aware then. We also found the hotel difficult to find as not clearly signposted we felt.

Room was nice for an intercity location, breakfast was excellent, staff were very accommodating. Close walk to the science and aquarium buildings worth a full day. Taxi rides easy to get and very inexpensive.

Parking of car and finding the entry was somewhat difficult. Once staff were contacted they were very responsive and one person personaly made sure that I was helped to the garage behind the hotel.

Great location, absolutely wonderful front desk staff (Estefania in particular— very kind and super helpful!). Only one-night stay on our way through, kindly gave us an upgrade to a larger room. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Wonderful shower with soft, fluffy towels. Restaurant on-site offers a very nice breakfast buffet. Convenient on-site parking for a small fee.

The room was very nice, the balcony was charming. The restaurant next to it was really good, so the first time in my life i've eaten more by the hotel than anywhere else.

The water in the morning takes 10-15 min to become warm. it is really not a good use of water resources and of time. Also, the breakfast is sit in, so it is also taking quite some time, plan accordingly and get up early to be able to have it.

Rather big nice balcony and super helpful staff. Nice and generous breakfast, although on the second day there was a short discussion on what's included for hotel guests. The hotel is very nicely located, 5 to 10 min walk to Oceanografic and museums. Relatively close to Airport, close to public transport and shopping areas. In Valencia taxis are astonishingly cheap and you can get anywhere by taxi or public transport.

Room was slightly smaller than we expected but ok. I would have liked a safe in the room. Like in many other places in Valencia service is relatively slow compared to Switzerland. Never go to a restaurant or bar if you are in a hurry ;)
