The apartment is conveniently located; brilliant for the beach as well as the old town centre, the Albufera Natural Park and within 10mins of the Les Arts and great local amenities and as recommended by the owner. Beautiful, sparkle ✨ clean modern apartment and well supplied: tea bags, coffee capsules, olive oil, salt and pepper, washing up liquid, sponge, kitchen paper towels, laundry washing liquid capsule, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, towels, clothes airer, cleaning products, welcoming drinks: coke, beer and bottled water, Very welcoming, friendly and helpful owner. Thank you for all your help.

The location is by walking 10 min away from the City of Arts and Sciences, which was great because it was the main goal to visit the Oceanographic, Museum, and Hemisphere with our 7-year-old son. The EMT bus station is in front of the apartment and the Metro station is just around the corner 3 minutes away. The mall is 10 minutes walking away and few bars in the neighbour. The apartment is new, clean and equipped with all that you need ( hairdryer, towels, iron, coffee machine, microwave, slippers, washing machine, TV, WIFI ... ) We could serve ourselves free of charge with coffee, biscuits, beer, and juices. The host helped us with advice and was available if we needed anything. He helped us, for example, by booking a taxi because we had to go to the airport at 3:40 AM and was awake in case the cab would not come. I must say that you rarely come across such hospitality.

The apartment is very new, clean and comfortable! Thanks to the wonderful host who let some water, beer, soft drinks and snacks in the apartment and all the bathing accessories. We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great with a parking near by and public transport.

The best apartments on our trip to Spain and Portugal. Clean, comfortable, quiet and there is really free parking and you can safely leave the car and not worry. The owner is always in touch and always ready to help.

It is located close to the science city and Valencia centre. The apartment is tiny but good enough to host 2-3 people. Equipped with everything for the comfortable stay

super stylish apartment, excellent location in the new/modern part. they had coke, water, bear for us, plus coffe/tea/ biscuits/water, really welcoming.

arrival arrangements tricky, gps will bring you across the street, but host very responsive , attentive and caring.

Perfect attention by the responsible of the place, Andrey was super helpful and answered quickly to all messages, he even sent a pillow back that I forgot! The apartment is new with clean bathroom and nice comodities. Muy recomendado.

The only con is there isn’t much in the way of bars, restaurants all that close to the apartment.
