The location is by walking 10 min away from the City of Arts and Sciences, which was great because it was the main goal to visit the Oceanographic, Museum, and Hemisphere with our 7-year-old son. The EMT bus station is in front of the apartment and the Metro station is just around the corner 3 minutes away. The mall is 10 minutes walking away and few bars in the neighbour. The apartment is new, clean and equipped with all that you need ( hairdryer, towels, iron, coffee machine, microwave, slippers, washing machine, TV, WIFI ... ) We could serve ourselves free of charge with coffee, biscuits, beer, and juices. The host helped us with advice and was available if we needed anything. He helped us, for example, by booking a taxi because we had to go to the airport at 3:40 AM and was awake in case the cab would not come. I must say that you rarely come across such hospitality.

The apartment is very new, clean and comfortable! Thanks to the wonderful host who let some water, beer, soft drinks and snacks in the apartment and all the bathing accessories. We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great with a parking near by and public transport.
