Changed my booking to this hotel because it appears to have one of the largest hotel pools in the city! Was definitely needed during +38C weather (though at that temperature the water in the pool is almost like bathwater). Everything else in the hotel is quite basic and competent. Is nice that every room has its own balcony, and is located close enough to a tram/metro without being in the centre of the city.

The price is a bit high for the standard, however I think typical for Valencia these days. There are only two elevators, which means you often have to wait to get up to your room for a hotel this size. Breakfast also seems a bit overpriced.

Hotel is in a residential area. A few little bars/restaurants just minutes from the hotel. Around 15-20 mins walk onto Eixample Ruzafa for a much greater selection of bars and restaurants. Cite des arts & science museum less than 10 min walk. Turia park (dry river bed) also less than 10 min walk. Around 40 min walk a long the park to the city and similar to the port. Pros - room & bathroom good size well fitted. 2 rooms, one with a sofa bed. Nespresso machine nice extra touch, however didn’t replenish coffee. Big soft towels and toiletries in bathroom. Balcony really large. Water in room on arrival Small fridge in room, with pay for snacks and drinks, expensive. Better off going to the small supermarket just 5 mins walk. Breakfast is excellent, huge sleet room of fruits, yoghurts, smoothies, meats cheese and pasties, Spanish classics like tortilla and some hot food. (Bring a jumper, air conditioning is fierce) Pool is large, opens at 11am, to get a poolside bed, you need to be there for when it opens. Gets busy in morning and late afternoon as locals can pay to use pool and facilities. Small toddler pool also. Can get towels for pool from reception. Small pool snack bar, serving pizza, ice cream, beer sangria etc.

Only 2 lifts which would be fine how we they Small fridge in room, with pay for snacks and drinks, expensive. Better off going to the small supermarket just 5 mins walk.

The elevators were pretty dangerous.

The hotel is fantastic value, and the location works well with public transport for getting into the city (Metro Line 10 to Alacant) and the beach (bus 95 from the City of Arts & Sciences). Breakfast is INCREDIBLE, with a huge selection of hot & cold dishes, pastries, fresh fruit…and even Cava! The staff are helpful and friendly, and the cleanliness is outstanding. There was plenty of hot water for the showers, the pool was open (although we didn’t go in; it was a bit chilly for us!) and it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the City of Arts & Sciences. We had a fabulous break!

Queues for coffee in the morning, and on one morning neither machine was working. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Minor points though, to be honest.

Clean, cool (it was 38c outside) and only a €10 taxi to the old town. Breakfasts were excellent , the staff on reception went out of their way to tell us the best places to eat and Order taxis for us

The queue to rush to the pool when the doors opened at 11am, usual towels on sun beds and then not see the people for 4 hours. If my Father in law was still alive those towels would have been in the pool!!

Location ideal for exploring the city. Room was East facing therefore we got the morning sun, I guess those on the other side would get the sunset. Staff are efficient and courteous. Marta in particular went our of her way to make our stay comfortable (extra pillows and tea making facilities). The pool area is truly an oasis and a wonderful end to a day's sight seeing. There are plenty of bars and places to eat nearby, I recommend an establishment named Olrait, a mere few hundred metres away. Excellent dinner 2 nights running; my lady liked the cocktails and I drank el águila unfiltered, a hearty Spanish beer. Plenty of supermarkets of all sizes locally.

Bar area could be brighter - not a major issue with a patio area outside!

Hotel is situated quite nicely. If you rent a bike, you can quickly cycle to the old town as well via the park. It’s about a twenty minute walk to start of centrum from the hotel and it’s quite close to the ciutat de les arts I les Ciènces. Moreover, it is very nice that the hotel has a swimming pool which allows for a nice combination of visiting the city with some relaxing near the pool side.

Some things are a bit old (and worn out). Hygiene of some common rooms (showers at swimming pool) was also not too good.

We wanted a break from two week continues travel and this was a perfect solution, however if you want to be close to the city/sea, then I wouldnt recomment it because the transport options are too complicated, at least for me 😊. Bare in mind that there are not many food options around here 😅  but there is a solution for everything just around the corner. We stayed 2 nights and it was nice.I could emphasize two things that I really enjoyed and it was the pool and the breakfast.For the latter, I sugesst you have it early between 8:30 and 9:00 because then it gets busy.

Pool timelines.It openes at 11:00.I would use the sun a bit earlier to be honest.

loved our stay, got upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise! really spacious room with two bathrooms! quite a distance to walk to the beach though there is a bus you can get! 35 min walk to centre but a lovely scenic walk and only €6 in taxi back if you’re feet are sore! lovely view from balcony of science centre, grounds worth a visit. staff were nice and lots of lovely coffee shops near by for breakfast. Great weekend away!! would definitely return!!

the only things were, hotel bar didn’t seem to have much atmosphere? so we never used and pool area could do with s bit of an upgrade and although 27 degrees when there pool was too cold to use! jumped in and straight out!! also would have been nice to have more than s couple could free pods for machine in room.

It was a big room, big bathroom, nice balcony. The stuff was helpful. I ask for Kettle to make a tea and I have it. Everything was clean, but unfortunately it was a lot of dust from outside.

For a allergic person it was a lot of dust. It was no spoon and no conditioner, just shampoo. It was not quiet room. The wall was not sound proof, you can hear everything from left, right, and up. It was really frustrating. Otherwise 👍.
