Our balcony was OUT OF THIS WORLD beautiful!! The staff was super friendly and nice, very helpful with any questions and recommendations. Because of the hotel's fabulous location, there was no parking, but they're associated with another hotel (Los Olivos) and you can use their parking (10€/day) for your car. The staff at Los Olivos was also fantastic and went above and beyond to help. Tip: you can walk from Los Olivos to El Convento but be ready to walk UPHILL. If that'd not you, they'll gladly call you a taxi :) Room is basic but with everything you need and again, that terrace!!! The hotel also has a terrace upstairs where you can take their wonderful breakfast while enjoying the view.

Nothing, everything was impeccable!

Third stay in 15 years. Views spectacular. Worth paying a little more for a room with a terrace rather than balcony if weather is good. Balconies have sunbeds, table and chairs and an umbrella for shade. Same views as the parador at a fraction of the price and a larger terrace. Room compact, but nice bedding on comfortable bed. Very clean. Shower over bath. Common areas nicely decorated and have character. Breakfast available if required. Restaurants a minute walk away, but quiet at night. Staff friendly. Parking available at sister hotel in new town for €10 a night.

Couldn't get WiFi to work, but maybe that was me, I didn't check with staff.

The view from the terrace was amazing. Comfortable room, good shower. Price/quality was very good. On our check out day the mini bus thats goes from Plaza España to the old town and back could not drive because of closed off streets. Luckily it was only a way down with our suitcases. On the way up: do take the mini bus for € 1,30 pp or a taxi.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They helped us get a taxi during a very busy time, organised a new iron when the old one had issues and were very attentive and friendly. The views from the terrace are stunning and the location is near unbeatable.

The water pipes can be a bit noisy, but closing the bathroom door at night helps.

24 hour reception, wonderful, welcome by Beatrice at 1 AM. Lovely lobby and not too many steps to get to the room. We had parked down below in the parking garage and due to the easter processions, had to walk up to the hotel with our luggage. was beat. The best thing was when we opened the little door at the side of my room. It opened up to a beautiful patio that was almost as big as our room. incredible view.

We arrived in the town with nothing booked and fancied the Parador at the top of the hill town - luckily for us it was fully booked and they recommended this little hotel around the corner. I think it was only a two star but it was fabulous. Amazing views, lovely staff, great room/bathroom - had a terrace - absolutely fabulous. Restaurants around the corner - we had a great night.

Nothing - it was just great and I'm so glad we found it. Don't pay for the pricey Parador, go to this little gem instead.

What a great hotel in a fantastic location. Only stayed the one night as a stop over between places, but wished we had booked for longer. The views are stunning from the room, balcony and terrace. Arcos is stunning with lots of bars and restaurants. Definitely a place to visit again. Price was great as well.

The view from the balcony was exceptional! The location in relation to all the places we wanted to visit was awesome! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hot water runs out and refills in a cycle. Every time I took a shower I finished with cold water. The same thing happened to my husband. 😞

Great location. Lovely roof terrace. Very friendly staff. Each room has a great private terrace with spectacular views. Very clean. Limited choice but very good breakfast.

The air conditioning (when used for heating) worked perfectly the first night but in both rooms we had booked, we had some difficulty getting it to work the second night. This was a little blip and did not spoil our stay in any way.

Lovely old hotel with plenty of character. Our room was small but clean with a huge balcony with amazing views out over the valley. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Lovely big towels in the bathroom.

Our room was next to the outdoor breakfast area so it was a bit noisy on our balcony. Wifi only worked in the reception area.
