Price/value for this hotel is very good. We stayed in a standard double room where there was a balcony on 2 sides facing the street.

The hotel needs some refurbishment here and there in or der to be a 4-star hotel. Upon check-out the Wifi did not work so payment was not possible with credit card. An option mentioned by the reception was to walk to an ATM and get cash for payment - a process which surprised us as it is standard to pay by credit card. Luckily the receptionist was able to solve this by a payment link.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. Convenient location to Luz shopping park and also Jerez city centre. The reception area is very nice and the receptionist was very welcoming. One thing to be aware of is that you can only use the indoor pool and jacuzzi for 45 minutes. You have to book a time slot to go. We didn't have da problem booking on the day but not sure how availability is during peak season. The changing rooms are very small and only one shower. The sauna is in the changing room area and I think a few guests miss it as it's tucked away. It was very disappointing for us that we could only use the facilities for 45 minutes. There are nice sun loungers around the pool but you don't get a chance to use them! The hair dryer in our room wasn't working and the kettle was full of scale. The parking is free. On the whole a nice hotel and would recommend for a short stay.

The Hotel is located a short drive from the centre of town and is a convenient base for exploring Jerez. The Hotel has a fabulous outdoor pool and also a Spa with an Indoor pool, albeit at an additional cost The breakfast provided plenty of choice and was a cut above many buffets I have experienced Rooms were clean and comfortable with air conditioning

The pool hours are from midday, so not ideal for morning swimmers!

Staff throughout were very good throughout with the very best at breakfast and the restaurant. Location and fare at the restaurant were great. Great value too.. Small issues of the shower mentioned by way of assistance… W.C was poorly located from an ergonomic perspective and would seriously trouble some guests for sure…

Endless coach parties… looked miserable most of the time!

I loved the hotel! Comfy/clean and large room; large bathroom (private toilette, double sink); very good breakfast (view to the swimming pool); large swimming pool! Great restaurant attached to the hotel : Patio de Los Naranjos....delicious food, wine, lovely staff..; parking lot

The availability of the gym...only until 9pm; some sun loungers were old and not working properly

breakfast has to be improved. despite the variety of food is remarkable I think the quality is not the same as pre covid. in the past there was a table in the middle of breakfast room with Jamon and other cured meat. it was top quality and not comparable with ones serve Now.

Amazing pool. Tranquil atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room we had led directly to the poolside which made it so relaxing to pop out for a swim whenever you felt like it.

Not the best breakfast ever but everything else made up for it. The adjoining restaurant was lovely for evening meals.

Great location, a decent walk into town, but achievable. Just the right amount of people to feel busy, but still plenty of room around the pool.

The outside bar would be such a nice facility for those sunbathing or using the pool, but it’s never open.

Excellent hotel with lovely staff. Bus stops right outside for the mile into Jerez or very cheap taxis. Lovely quiet well looked after area. Buffet breakfast looks excellent

Breakfast is not so very special, correct but nothing is delicious. They could have better juice, better bread and better croissants. Mini bars and sun chairs need replacing Some guest were playing their private music very loud! That doesn't belong in such a nice hotel
