Close to the race circuit great setting staff were tremendous from maids to receptionist they all first class

Same as last time the hot food in general was cold, they would however cook it fresh for you if asked. Parts of the hotel in need of attention if it’s to keep its 5 star rating.

Lovely scenery, secluded area for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. There is an Adults Pool, no kids can come to disturb a leisure reading & sunbathing experience under shade 😎

Nothing apart from some maintenance of electrical appliances should be checked regularly and fixed (some sockets don’t work)

Well I never had to pay separately to use the spa facilities and when I wanted to, I was told that there are no space left and I was not able to.

Beautiful hotel close the.golf,very good restaurant, bar and service. Very confortable room beds and good size of bathroom. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice. Parking on site. Close to the airport et the city of Jerez. Very convenient and quiet.

The kitchenette was basically unusable as the plug point for every appliance was near the ceiling. had to put the kettle on top of the microwave to boil some water. definitely couldn’t self cater in a one bedroom villa. food in the restaurant was also disappointing unfortunately. having an allergy to shellfish meant there were no choices for me.

great breakfast, plenty of parking space, it's nice how the golf and motorsport are combined.

We were placed in a villa near the hotel, with a large bathroom with shower and bathtub but unfortunately not enough hot water to fill the tub.

Our room could have been larger although perfectly acceptable. Very well presented.

The room was large, clean and comfortable.The grounds were well kept and the pool clean and well maintained.

There was a wedding taking place and the guests were not contained to a separate area. Felt slightly out of place sat having coffee on the terrace in swimming attire surrounded by well groomed wedding guests!

Very comfortable, really friendly staff. Not too busy so felt very relaxed.

Flies and wasps around the pool meant we left the pool early, and the main hotel pool was closed which disappointed our children.

There has been some surcharges like the parking area and extra charge of 14 euros for charging electrical cars..really greedy..disappointing..no more sleepers in the rooms.. nor welcome fruits or chocolates..
