This is a lovely pretty hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms and baths are quite big and the shower hot and powerful. Loved it here.

We had stayed at this hotel 5 days previous and had a kettle in the room as requested. When requested this time was advised it wasn't possible and to ask the coffee shop for hot water. I asked why not possible when 5 days previous I had one and was told had been thrown away. . Anyway a kettle was provided which was just as well as coffee shop didn't open that night 🤣🤣. I was also questioned why I needed extra pillows this time when 5 days previous this wasn't a problem either. Wont put me going back as hotel is beautiful.

Beautiful facility, comfortable rooms, easy to locate by car.

Location is right next to a motorcycle racing track/stadium where they were training during the day - very noisy. Fortunately, we were sight-seeing & didn't use the lovely pool area during the day. The night manager/front desk lady was not very helpful when one of our rooms had an A/C problem. Eventually, reluctantly, she let us change to a room which was good. She did seem to be the only person on duty, to be fair, so was probably over-worked. However, the hotel & and restaurant are lovely & a great value.

Hotel room was large compared to regular hotel rooms, very comfortable and clean with a lovely ample terrace. Bathroom shower and bath had very good water pressure. Also the pool was a good size. The Hotel decor is charming and a bit old fashioned which I rather liked. Restaurant served very good food but a tad pricey.

Pool area could be better with more plants, trees and greenery and renovation.

I was very impressed with the whole setup. The staff was excellent. The hotel, room and breakfast area were impeccable. The restaurant Meson La Cueva Park was outstanding and I must congratulate the restaurant staff for their attentiveness and professionalism, I must named them as Juan the Maitre, Mario, Miguel and Ignacio.

The pool area is very nice, and the restaurant has some delicious food options. As we arrived very early they did let us check in early. The hotel in general is nice and well located.

Our room had an odd smell that didn't go away after opening the window either. While we waited in the lobby we had ants crawling into our bag with the food.

no in room facility to make a hot drink, you have to go to the bar if it’s open or the restaurant. not ideal first thing in the morning if you just want a quick coffee and it just adds to the cost of the stay when others provide this for free

Great, spacious and clean room. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Only an hour from Algeciras for the ferry to Tangier.

We requested a travel cot for our one year old in the room which unfortunately was not provided. Thankfully we had a spare in our car which was intended for our 3 month old, but this meant he had to sleep in the bed with us.

A very spacious and clean room with a very comfortable bed. There was ample parking and the hotel is right near the centre of Jerez de la Frontera

No coffee and tea making facilities in the room. The restaurant is expensive for what is just normal food.

it was situated very close to the race track which is why we were there. very quaint and Spanish looking which being from NZ I loved. staff were friendly but let you be which created a nice warm atmosphere

I appreciated the strategic position along the autoroute: it is a good spot to stop when moving between Seville and Gibraltar or visiting that area. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Pricing policies are clear and honest, they also offer good disconted prices online. Reception is available till 24 pm. There is plenty of parking lots.
