The apartment complex was great. It was very well kept, and also had a nature aspect to it with all the lovely gardens, which I really loved. The view of the mountains from our balcony was amazing. You couldn’t ask for a better pool area, as there were four main pools, and also two smaller pools for young children. The complex was also very central, close to the strip of restaurants/bars and also the beach.

I did not like the fact that not all of the apartments had air con. Our apartment did not have air con and we found this very stressful as a family. We struggled to sleep most nights, leaving us feeling tired every morning with a busy day ahead. We had to pay at reception for fans, however they were fairly useless. Also, the restaurant in the complex closed way to early at 6pm. Therefore, if you wanted to have a quiet night in and have dinner in the complex you were staying in, you could not unless you went for dinner before 6pm, which is ridiculous. For both these reasons alone, we would not stay at Apartmentos HG Christian Sur again.

The apartment we were in was surprisingly bigger than i expected for two people. The pool and sun beds ( which were free )were lovely. Distance from shops, bars restaurants was ideal. All the staff were extremely friendly.

My biggest dislike was our bedroom, because we were on a level where people were passing and could see in we had to keep the curtain closed all the time so that made the room very dark Also the only mirror in apartment was in the bathroom. I would have loved one in the bedroom.

Reception staff were always helpful - warm and friendly. They could not have been more helpful. Beds were super comfortable. Property and site were very clean and cleaners were very friendly. Property was well equipped and very near to shops, beach, bus network.

WiFi could have been better. Given what we paid it was slightly surprising to find that WiFi is not included and required an additional payment! I cannot remember the last time I stayed anywhere (hotel or apartment) where WiFi was not included. We were willing to pay the extra, but (for some reason) connecting with Apple devices seemed very complicated and so we gave up and just used 4G which was fine

Second time staying here, Pools were great, very central location for food and shopping. Staff were friendly.

Bins outside were emptied every night around 3- 3.30 am. One bin emptied and then the lorry came around again to do another bin, extremely noisy and broken nights sleep every night for around half an hour to an hour. This was just the apartment we were provided, it may be different on another side of the complex.

Excellent location for access to Los Cristianos and to the beaches. Clean well maintained complex. Swimming pool good clean well maintained. A very handy shop/ supermarket on site .

Needed a parasol on the balcony. A couple of outdoor loungers would be an asset. The furniture needs updating one or two seats covers were torn. The bedside table drawers were in a poor state. The bathroom needs updating shower adequate but is of an era of twenty years ago. We had to pay 17 euros for the safe for a week and 20 euros for WiFi which was of average speed. Please inform customers of this extra cost. This also was not mentioned at the reception check in. The kitchen is good but not well equipped. A little more cutlery. Some washing up liquid and hand soap was needed.

Size of apartment was great for us as a family, everything you needed - swimming pool a good size and clean too.

The spiral stair case not great with children and felt like it was all going to come loose as so noisy when walk up and very unsafe. The rule of not saving a sun bed in non existent even though its states it on the board and people certainly did not share. A fan should have been provided for the up stairs as no air flow at all up stairs.

Location was ideal walking distance for the town and local restaurants

Was quite noisy during the day lot of large parties staying there also no lifts available we were on second floor carrying bags up and down narrow steps didn’t feel safe

Modern and comfortable with two bedrooms one en suite. Bars and restaurants nearby with a taxi rank across the road for longer distances. Big flat screen TV and well equipped kitchen. Beds are very comfortable and it's quiet at night. Easy to park in the road nearby which is a bonus in this resort.

Having to pay extra for wifi, which in this age, appears a bit mean.

Lovely, spacious apartment. Very clean. Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Swimming pools are great for kids but there is also a lot of space for adults to enjoy a pool without being cannonballed. We will hopefully book again one day.
