Staff were lovely and very helpful, and the hotel itself was very nice, it was in a good location, had many shops and supermarkets nearby, the beach was probably a 15-20 minute walk away. There is also a small mall 5-7 minute walk away (although many shops seemed tohave closed down due to Covid). The bus stop is right outside the hotel which is also good, and one is the free transport bus to the aqua park which is great. Room size was massive and very clean.

The jacuzzis were very cold outside on the roof, our room was quite a far walk away, we had to pass out of the main hotel building, walk past the outside swimming pool and then go to the other section of buildings to get to our room. Could have done with another blanket as the heating/AC was not working. In general the better beaches were probably at Port Colon but oit was only a 15 minute taxi ride away.

Nice rooms, pools, bar, restaurant and food overall. The hotel is big enough and you always have something to do. It also offer transportvia buss if you dont rent a car

A few bugs in the restaurant but since it was opened I hope they were from outside( the entire island is full of kitchen bugs.) Loud crazy kids in the +18 pool area. The music from the “4ever fun” club was very loud, our room being upside so there were no chance to sleep until 1 am.(not a big problem for us but for older ppl this may be annoying)

lovely hotel, lovely staff, very clean throughout with great pools that always had plenty of sun loungers available. rooms were cleaned daily. beautiful spa on site. adult only roof top was lovely with great views and great cocktails, although not included in the all inclusive but they were half price. hotel in a great location 15mins walk to los Cristianos beach and only a 5min taxi to Las Américas costing about 4euros! hotel offer a free shuttle bus to los Cristianos beach every 30mins but we prefer to walk so didn’t use it.

this was our first all inclusive holiday, the food was very hit and miss, good selection and variety but definitely not the “best food ever” like some of the reviews say but certainly not the worst either. some days were better than others. The alcohol included was very poor Quality and not a very big selection included but you could pay extra for the better stuff. the all inclusive “wine” in the draft was like vinegar but the bottled wine at dinner was really nice! adult only rooftop bar was beautiful but would be better if stayed open longer as closed at 6/7pm.

The staff very friendly and very helpful. All the activities where very interesting.

We had all inclusive, but my daughter was stopped by the staff at least once a day with a question does she have all inclusive or not. It's really complicated. We paid big money, and had to explain every time when the kids wanted to drink a soft drinks. Last day eating last meal the staff came over with the same question. It was embarrassing as all the people were staring at us. By the door the staff check the room number, but they stalking you. It looks like you do something wrong. The hotel has to do something about it.

Rooms are clean, Miniclub was very nice for kids, with nice staff and interesting activities. The pool is also very nice, with music and many activities for kids and adults. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Evening activities and shows were also very fun.

The roof terrase is only for adults, so we could not stay with our kids to enjoy the view and have a drink. The music in the evening miniclub was very very loud, I think it can affect the hearing, especially for small kids.

Cleaning was excellent , familiarise was good , staff was very friendly and professional

The room was about too plain Feel like there should be more wall decorations , mirrors , wall paper Light was like in the hospital , had black mould smell in one of our bedrooms , so moved beds in another bedroom The room generally was not what we expected

-The room was spacious, cosy. -the bed was very big (maybe bigger than kingsize) -the couch was also cosy and quite big -they were cleaning everyday (I mention it because in other 4* hotels there may not be daily cleaning) -separate space for toilet and shower in the bathroom -many pools -friendly and helpful staff -beautiful view from the roof pool -tasty food (even if it was poor variety, maybe due to pandemia) -very good live music in the evenings

-little food variety -old furniture in the room -sometimes in the evening they organise karaoke in the bar and live music near the pool, so the noise is interfering and is too big.. -no tropical (local) fruit for desert -a little too far from the beach

Oh, what a lovely stay we had at Paradise Park! Everything was lovely, I felt comfortable, taken caren care of and I would pick to spend my holiday here again. Location is great, near Los Critianos and Las Americas, you can actually walk to both. Lots of great restaurants around. Pool area was just the right size, not too big and crowded. We liked the entertainment they offered in the evenings with live music. Breakfast buffet is so diverse, tasty and I definitely put on a few pounds whilst staying there. Room was comfy, clean and the balcony had a nice view. A great pick for your next holiday!

Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly. Rooms were serviced daily. Adult only areas were great if you wanted to avoid children.

Room although well kept and clean had dated furniture and beds

All the staff including the house maids where extremely helpful and nice. Food and entertainment was very good. The tv included English and other European channels A very nice experience.

The building was outstanding. the middle of the building is open aired with a water fall. Great outside pool area, lovely balcony over looking the pool. kids area looked fun. Nice lay out. sofa s out in the hall. really nice.
