I had amazing vacation in Los Cristianos thanks to the hospitality I experienced in this hotel. The staff was simply amazing - very kind and approachable at all times. The room was large with a nice balcony and sparkling clean; it even had a small space with a fridge and a kettle where I could make a small snack or a cup of coffee. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing, surprisingly warm for March and not too crowded. The breakfast was great, too - there was a cold buffet available in combination with the a la carte menu on top; on the days I wanted to travel, the hotel staff packed a small picnic as a takeaway, which was lovely. The location could not have been better - close to the beaches and the promenade with a huge variety of the dining options available literally behind the corner; supermarkets, an excellent local bakery, and a fruit shop not more than 5 minutes away from the hotel.

The fridge could have been more powerful, as well as the wifi. The wifi was good enough for checking e-mails or watching videos, but not strong enough to handle an uninterrupted call via FaceTime for instance. Otherwise absolutely nothing to complain about.

1. Location cannot be bettered for Los Cristianos visitors. 2. Staff really welcoming & professional ( Eva - receptionist; Li - Waitress; SOS Pool Lifeguard all deserve special mention). 3.Housekeeping & general cleanliness of highest standard. 4. Roof-top pool is a particular gem.

1. Although I was on a B&B basis, I only obtained breakfast on 4 occasions out of 11 days stay. When I questioned this, it was explained to me that the breakfast room can become overwhelmed during peak times ( 8:15 - 9:15) and that staff are simply unable to offer the advertised breakfast to every guest. 2.When I wished to bring ( the above) problem to hotel management attention, I was advised no management personnel were on-site or, indeed, would be, for the duration of my stay.

Arrival was perfect as was the location if this hotel. The breakfast was made to order & very nice helpful staff at breakfast. A lovely room with a great view but a little dated Nice pool on the roof A nice welcome drink.

The TV wasn't working & we didn't have appropriate bedding. We only had 3 nights so was disappointed that when I pointed this out to the male on reception he actually rolled his eyes at me! He then stated that if you want blankets etc you must come to reception (it was midnight when we got in) & that the TV was working. The 2nd day our door was open when we got back from the beach! The females on reception were helpful & accommodating.

Lovely traditional 20/30’s Canarian style decor- small hotel right in the heart of Los Cristianos with all its amenities. Even had paper roses on the loo rolls! ☺️Staff lovely and helpful. Will definitely return when it’s not Carnival time 😀

Beds quite firm and could feel the springs - decent toppers would sort this out as needed to sleep on top of quilt. Air con was barely working (typical for old buildings) which we could have compensated with opening window but unfortunately it was Carnival and extremely loud club music was being pumped down the street towards hotel until 5am - so not an option! Booking.com contacted reception and although not fault of hotel they quickly and amiably refunded remaining nights.

location is great, with excellent view of the plaza and church, breakfast also good

on this occasion we stayed in room 113, the balcony was overlooked by a security camera from adjacent property. we did bring this to attention of hotel management, but no satisfactory response was provided. as far as we were concerned the security camera was fully capturing our balcony, which is illegal under EU law. so our advice would be to avoid this particular room

Perfect location , plenty of character , lovely "Common areas" bar , staircase , corridors , nice details . We're not usually inclined to lie by a pool but the rooftop pool was really nice , the belltower of the church opposite ticking the hours away nicely. Breakfast was always tasty and all of the staff were very very friendly and obviously took care in providing great service.

Not much to complain about .... maybe a couple of extra milks to make a cuppa in the room !?

Excellent welcome on arrival, friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. A lovely hotel with traditional features, stain glass window and wrought iron balconies. Good sized rooms with lots of space. Our room overlooked the square and church and we enjoyed watching the hubbub of Spanish life below. Great town location, 10 mins walk from the beaches, Ferry port and main bus station. Lovely roof top terrace, pool with sea views.

Room was a nice size with a lovely bathroom. The balcony wasn't huge but just right for two people and great for people watching. Surprisingly it was quiet at night despite it being right in the centre of the town. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. You only had to ask and they would help straight away.

The bed was ok but would probably be too firm for some people. The wi-fi coverage wasn't great, non-existent on the rooftop pool area. Only 2 English tv channels, both news. Breakfast was table service not buffet so sometimes you didn't get quite what you would have if picking it yourself and sometimes the eggs were either overcooked or undercooked. Overall though we did still enjoy the food as mostly it was very good quality. Shower could have been better, it was ok just maybe not as good as we were expecting for the price we paid.

Excellently located in the church square close to the beach and bus station, and everything Los Cristianos has to offer. It is old-fashioned in the best possible meaning: the house was built as a hostel in the 40's and was renovated as a 4 star hotel in the 90's without destroying the ambience. All rooms seem to have balconies with an elgant steel structure. Labranda Reveron gives you an impression of staying in a real town (which Los C. also is, among other things), and not in a purpose built resort. But if you miss a resorty feel, just take a few steps and it's all around you. The hotel is big enough to have all the 4 star amenities, but small enough to offer guests a feel of an individual encounter and service. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist.

I stayed only one night and didn't run into anything negative

Plenty of choice for breakfast. Location was was very good, being able to mingle with the locals was lovely. Room was clean spacious and comfortable. The view overlooking the square and the church from our balcony was wonderful.

Coming home! We had such a lovely week away we felt if possible we should have stayed longer.
