Everything was lovely

The noise from the Vault and the Clansman across the road is unacceptable and we have now read that they will be staying open until 3am so we will not stay at Olivina again which is a real shame especially for the staff who were lovely

Very clean, there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby, the holiday was excellent. staff, especially Crespo was amazing, I got a lovely bottle of bubbly from the hotel, for my birthday while I was there. So thank you for sharing my birthday with me.

Could do with changing the sheets at least once in our 9 night stay. We had our granddaughter with us and she is 4yrs old, there was no child pool for her, the pool was also too deep, same depth the whole length, and I'm only 5ft1 inches, so couldn't take my granddaughter in pool on my own as the pool was 5ft6inch. The hotel is on top of a very steep hill, so be aware if you have walking difficultys, like myself,

The hotel was brilliant, we couldn’t have asked for more. The room was clean and spacious, staff were lovely and really welcoming. The only slight negative was how hot the room was at night. We stayed in an apartment on level 2 which didn’t have air-con (they did provide a fan). The room was so warm and no matter what we did, we couldn’t cool the room down. We kept the balcony doors open most nights. The hotel is in a really busy area so I don’t think you could do this safely on the lower levels.

Cozy apartment with small kitchenette. Nice balcony on the back of the building, sunny throughout the day. Beds are fine. Cleaning service is good. Interior styling is a mix of outdated and new. Staff is helpful when needed. Located at a 15 minutes walk from Los Cristianos and the beach. Not too much uphill. Parking was no problem in the street in front of the hotel. Location seems to be in the ‘English’ part of town: lots of pubs, English orientated restaurants and Indian restaurants.

The Spanish way of lighting the apartment is a little bit too bright to my liking.

Easy check in and always friendly staff. Room cleaned every day. Good size room and nice balcony. Good location, quiet street but 5 mins walk from the beach. Good gym for hotel - old equipment but lots of weights and machines. Rooftop pool and loungers were good. Supermarket just below apartments. Good self catering facilities eg toaster, kettle. Good value for price.

Gym hours (9-22:00) seemed pointless as gym not manned and reception 24hr. No air con which we didn’t even check when booking as assumed all would have air con (although was fan in room). Stayed in room on the main street and could be quite loud, mainly bin trucks etc early morning.

Location for exploring Los Christianos, Roof top pool, Self catering apartment, roof top bar. The staff are fantastic and the hotel is spotlessly clean. There is also a gym and squash courts if that's your thing. I would recommend and would definitely stay again.

No reflection on the hotel itself which we have stayed in four times now and which is first class, On this occasion our apartment overlooked the main road which can be noisy in the early morning hours. On previous stays we have been located in other areas and did not have the same issue. Depends which room you are allocated or how much wine you consume I guess.

It was a lovely space which catered to what we needed. The balcony was spacious. Was lovely to have breakfast out on it in the morning sun! Would come back as the location was great with a short walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. The pool and bar on the roof were lovely.

The only negative I would say is that we were facing onto two bars which played live music each night and it was loud. It thankfully stopped at 12, but had to use ear plugs to block the sound out if we went to bed before then. It is not the hotel's fault though! Not much they can do about it. I am sure if it had been a bigger issue I could have asked to change apartments if there had been availability.

The location was pretty nice, about 8 min walk to the beach. The apartment was perfect for us and the cleaning/staff service was really helpful.

I’d love the swimming pool hours to be longer or open earlier. It opens at 10 am until 6 pm, it’d be amazing if the pool was open since earlier morning. Also, if the people are not using the chairs at the pool their towels should be removed otherwise it leaves no space for new comers to sunbath.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Patrizia on reception, we originally booked a 1 bedroom for 3 of us but on discovering the small room size, which is fine for 2 but certainly not 3, Patrizia helped me secure an additional studio room for 1, making our stay much more comfortable.

The sun bed loungers were a bit uncomfortable, they need to tighten up the covers which are too loose so you feel the plastic of the bed when you sit or lie down.

Was satisfied with our Studio accommodation, it full-filled all our needs. Everything was available to hand if we wished to do any meals.

The noise aspect of things. The bars opposite were still emitting a lot of noise up to and around anytime between 1 & 2 in the morning. When using the bars up the Mirador strip they are a lot stricter and have to cease emitting any noise after midnight. Why this isn't the same with the bars opposite, I do not know
