Breakfast was lovely with good range of options. Location was quiet away from busy/noisy areas. View from balcony was amazing over rooftops to sea and port. Staff were friendly.

People need to be aware there are not lifts and apartments are over 4 levels so lots of steps to carry suitcases up and down. Beds are very firm (but ok). No proper orange juice for breakfast (only very weak cordial) - and Spain is the home of the orange! Disappointed that the gym/bowling/games room was not open for our stay.

Swimming pool was always spotless clean and easy access and close to the resort bar. The apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony. Staff seemed nice. Loungers were comfortable and the resort itself has beautiful visuals. Bed was comfortable as well and kitchen had most appliances needed.

The apartment didn't have basic things that are normally left for the guests such salt or sugar or other kitchen necessities to cook not to buy the whole packs for few days. They try to charge you for everything. The air conditioner that is in the apartment has no remote, if you want the remote you have to pay. They try to RENT you a beach towel for 5 euros. Not refundable, it's not a deposit. But it's the price you could buy your own nice colorful towel from the souvenir shop, and keep it.

The pools are a little bit cold….you can use the Beverly Hills heights pool which is warmer….hopefully if enough people mention it they will turn them up

The location, the setup of the complex. 2 swimming pools, sun beds, tennis court and giant chess. It's very quiet. There are some really lovely restaurants nearby and two excellent supermarkets. We have stayed numerous times and will continue to go back. It's a lovely stroll over to Los America's.

Lovely apartment, great selection for breakfast, everything you need in the apartment, hairdryer, shower gel/shampoo, iron and ironing board, full oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing up liquid and all kitchen stuff, air con (20euro deposit) and tv. Safe for a small additional charge. Dinning area inside and on balcony. Plenty of space for myself ,my daughter and 3 teenage granddaughters. The pool areas and gym (no extra charge) were clean and had life guards.

This was not a problem for us however, there are steps into most apartments so may not suit people with accessibility issues so should check directly with hotel.

We had a duplex 1 bed apartment. It was clean & spacious with 2 great size balconies & fabulous sea views. 2 bathrooms. It was lovely & peaceful. For the price I would say everything was great. Had all amenities needed, not the best quality but everything was in working order & clean, what you would expect for the price. Staff are great, I would stay here again.

Bedding was good although beds were very firm so may be not to some peoples liking. Pillows were terrible, they really do need to invest in new pillows. But good area for those who are a bit mobile due to steep hill.

Nice apartment complex, bit up in the hill, with splendid ocean view. Two swimming pools within. Room was very spacious, the terrace too. Interior design was simple. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choices. Staff very kind and helpful. Lots of parking spaces around, which was important as we had a car rented. Several restaurants around, also a supermarket. Distance from the beach and city centre 20 min walk. Overall, good value for money.

Would prefer to have a safe box included in the room price, rather than having to pay for it (€ 2 per day) extra.

The hotel has been built on a steep hillside in Los Cristianos. It was a real cardiac exercise to get there but it worth the effort. The view is gorgeous. With a five minute walk you can get to the beach promenade. There were 2 beautiful heated pools in the complex.

The food was not bad but could have been better and diverse.

The room was perfect, with a balcony overlooking the pool! It was perfect for us as a family with a baby the kitchenette facilities were perfect for what we needed. Also, if like us you have to work, the WiFi in the hotel is excellent and super fast which you can access for free from your room. The breakfast selection if you decide to use it is also fantastic, cooked English breakfast, continental selection cheeses meats etc, cereals; breads, pancakes, yogurts, and more was absolutely lovely fantastic variety!

Nothing to dislike about the property itself, just the hill it’s up can be a calf killer, but on the positive we enjoyed having to do this walk each evening! A bit awkward getting down to the room with a pram as there isn’t a ramp down so had to carry the pram up and down stairs was difficult but doable! It wouldn’t stop us staying again :)

It was ideal for two coupes. We had a two bedroomed apartment and had plenty of privacy and space.

The hot water wasn’t consistent so the four of us couldn’t all shower one after the other (whether that was morning or night) as the water would go cold. Also the bottom gate stopped access after midnight until 6 am meaning we had to go right up to the top to get back down to our room - not sure I understand why it was locked during this time as it was a key access gate.
