Fantastic service at recepción from the staff members we spoke to; both of whom were extremely professional, courteous and very helpful. The complex itself is lovely. Clean, peaceful and has a nice pool. It's very close (5-10 min walk) to the main bus station and there's also complimentary parking, if you have a car. There are a couple of decent-sized supermarkets nearby (we liked Dialprix Pasarella) and plenty of bars/restaurants. Our apartment, set out over two floors, was a nice size and had everything we could need for our stay, including: iron/ironing board, hair dryer, clothes drier, sunbeds, patio furniture, fridge-freezer, oven, toaster, microwave AND even a washing machine! Overall, for the price, the place is great value. We really enjoyed our weekend stay and are already looking forward to planning another visit in the coming months. Would definitely recommend. :)

Some of the decor is looking a little tired/dated - could do with a little freshen up to bring it into the 2020's (and beyond). There was also a 1-2cm gap under the front door which allowed a couple of insects to get in - a weatherstrip (burlete) would help prevent this (we ended up rolling up a beach towel and placing it in front of the gap, after I spotted a rather large cockroach crawl in one evening. RIP cockroach!).

. - The apartment was clean and well equipped (fridge, kitchenette, tv, air conditioning) - The facility provides differently colored bags and asks their guests to separate trash - Wi-Fi was fast and reasonably strong pretty much anywhere on the property - The pool area was perfectly clean, the water pleasantly warm, and on both days it was easy to find an empty sunchair. The reception provides a big pool towel for free at check-in. - The whole property is well taken care of, with plants and flowers everywhere - It was possible to leave the luggage in a storage room and still use the pool (and towels) until the afternoon on the departure day, which was awesome - The main bus station (with airport bus 40) is a 10-minute downhill walk. Even with suitcases no taxi was needed.

. - The apartment was quite dark inside (not much sunlight reached it and the lights were rather dim) - There are many doors in the wall surrounding the (relatively large) property, but none of them could be opened, so every time I had to pass by the main entrance first - From 15:30 a (really loud) live music program starts in the bar above the pool, which makes reading or relaxing at the pool in the late afternoon virtually impossible - On the day of departure (check-out time: 10:00) the cleaning personnel woke me up at 7:30 by unlocking and opening the door. To my sleepy "Hello, what's happening?" they just replied "ok", turned around and left.

Lovely and clean with friendly and helpful staff. The studio was compact but comfortable with a functional kitchen. Nice pool area with excellent food and drink from the pool bar. A short and pleasant walk to bars and restaurants.

Exceptionally clean apartment overlooking the pool, friendly and very helpful reception staff. Very helpful when getting all the COVID forms sorted, arranged pre flight appointment at the hospital, and printed off health certificates. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Swimming pool rules: There is a 2 hour session rule around the pool obviously due to COVID and you book these through reception. However it must be noted that you can actually book for the whole day in 2-hourly slots which then means of course if you are not early enough in booking with the limited amount of sunbeds available it is hard getting a sunbed by the pool. We decided not to bother and instead went to the beach every day (still no sunbeds or umbrellas so no shade at all), for those who don’t like walking the beach is a long walk down (about 30/40 minutes) walking back is uphill all the way- but for us it was good exercise after our ciders and ice cream!

It is a great place to stay the only drawback was our second week the pool bar and restaurant were closed, which was very annoying as I'm not very mobile, which is why I picked this resort in the first place, there was no mention on booking this would be the case, also a lot of building work going on, i understand these things have to be done, but would not go back these weeks apparently, it was shutting for two weeks so no restaurant or entertainment, which was quite upsetting

Superb location set back from the main town, so quieter. We had a very spacious 1bed apartment split on 2levels with lovely pool view from the terrace. Easy walking into Los Cristianos. Bus station 5mins walk. Taxi from airport €20, bus from busstation €3.30 each to return (airport bus every 30mins). Lovely pool bar area. Handy on site mini supermarket. Had a late flight back so luggage was stored at Los Claveles allowing us to enjoy the day.

Didn't realise there would be live entertainment nearly every night 10-11.15. this could disturb children or those early to bed. Beds quite firm.

Everybody in the staff was really nice. Very clean everywhere. A nice pool with lots of sunbeds and free pool towels. A small but decent priced minimarket at the hotel. Really good beds, we haven not sleept so well in a hotel before. A good kitchen with everything we needed. Lovely with both a oven and a microwave. It was so nice that we could keep the luggage in a luggage room, and really nice that we were able to take a shower and keep the pool towels the last day. A 20-30 minute walk downhill to the beach, and cost about 3,5 euro uphill with taxi at night :-)

Our room was clean twice which was fine, but it was silly that it was clean the day after we arrive and the day before we left. Would have been better with one cleaning mid week. A big problem: We were not allowed to put toiletpaper in the toilet which is understandable, but the wastebucket should be emptiet every day - otherwise it is really bad. The pillow was too big and to hard. Nice with a balcony, but not so nice to look straight into another apartment.

Lovely big heated swimming pool. Balcony 2 large sunloungers with pool view Table 4 chairs and a clothes rack to dry clothes outside. Everything you need in kitchen . Washing machine, kettle , toaster , hob , oven etc..

Room 21 great if you want the full mornimg Sun first thing in morning up until about 3.30 pm ish in Nov. Then compete shade on balcony. Balcony was lovely but I sent request for a room with the evening Sun to hotel . I didn't ask to change if they had another room available as had unpacked by time I noticed in the evening. Also the balcony as you walk out to view pool , your side walls get shorter , so you have view of neighbours on both sides of there balcony when you turn around. Not on issue on our stay as we had lovely friendly quiet neighbours . Good 20 min walk to beach and up hill going back to hotel. Kept us fit.

What a great surprise this place was! Staff were just amazing, from Pete and the others in the pool bar to Sayeer the waiter in the restaurant upstairs and the chef Scott was brilliant for dinner. The breakfast downstairs is also delicious and the prices of everything were fantastic. The pool was great and a nice temperature. Rooms were perfect for us.

Very nice place, huge rooms, very nice staff :) - grocery shop within the hotel - swimming pool - restaurant / bar within the hotel, so you can bring your drink to the pool - I would recommend it to other guests :)

- very bad Wi-Fi connection, we had to use our mobile data - no Wi-Fi connection in the pool area - thin walls, we could hear the noise from other rooms + wheels on luggage :/ when you have weak sleeping, you will have problem to sleep for sure - sunrise is quite late (approx. at 10:00) due to the mountain close to the hotel and sunset is quite early again due to the buildings nearby :( - I would say 90% of the guests were from UK + the staff in the restaurant were from UK too, so if you don't speak English very well, you will probably have problem to understand :) This was pity for me, because I came to Canary Islands to practice my Spanish, no English :)
