The hotel is clean and modern, with all the required facilities, the location is perfect as in a quiet area, and not super central where all the tourists are but still very easy to access. The room was big and the bed super confortable, the sfaff is really lovely and took really good care of us. A special thank you to Alberto who we had a lovely chat with and really made sure we were taken care of until the last day of our stay. A huge thank you to other staff members as well, especially for that delicious liomande I was served. I highly recommend this hotel and will happily come back in the future.

The room was so clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We appreciated being able to control our own air conditioning, as we were here in July. We had the most basic room, but found it was all we needed for a few days stay in Barcelona: bed, fridge, space for our bags. It's directly opposite a supermarket and a short walk to the Barcelona Sands train station - making it a convenient place to stay!

We didn't feel as though the area was safe when walking around, however the hotel had security and doors that were opened for you by hotel staff which made us feel very safe.

Staff are brilliant. Very smiley and friendly. We arrived very late but still the restaurant was open and served good tapas and wine. The waiter was really friendly.

One very bad thing: the car park is absolutely miniscule. So much so that I couldn't park my vehicle, a normal size SUV. I arrived after 23:00 and had to find somewhere else to park. There's a nice car park 2 minutes walking from the hotel so if you drive anything bigger than a fiat 500 don't count on the hotel car park

From the airport to the hotel we took the public bus as this is the cheapest option (€2,50) p.p. The hotel is nearby the metro station “Sants Estacio”. This is a great plus for moving around the city centre Barcelona. The staff in the hotel were very friendly. If you arrive earlier than check-in time, they will store your luggage for free. Each day your room will also be cleaned. I definitely recommand this place.

Lovely and quiet place near square with supermarkets. Few minutes by walk to the Sants Barcelona where the train from the airport stops. Few minutes by walk to the Placa de las Cascades where you will enjoy Barcelona’s sunsets and also close to the city centre. Hotel staff was very frinedly which will make your stay really wonderful.

It was a pitty that bathrobe was not found in the hotel room.

Modern, classic and spacious room with friendly, helpful staff. Great location for the metro and supermarket. Quiet area and quiet inside the hotel. Air con was brilliant and quiet enough to sleep with on. Our room was spotless upon returning after being cleaned.

For the tourist centre this hotel is not really a walkable distance. It is great if you are happy to metro or taxi into the main square.

The staff were nice and professional. The chef of the ground floor restaurant was exceptional and gave us a fantastic welcome 🤗 The room was a bit small but fine. The location near Barcelona Sants is perfect for train travellers. Overall it was good but a bit expensive

The shower took ages to heat up and then did not keep a stable temperature.

Room was quiet and clean with a comfortable bed. Brief stay, so not enough time to experience more. Very large flat screen plus good reading lighting. Appreciated the late hours at the restaurant. Staff was great. Close to Barcelona-Sants station making it easy to travel.

Shower pulsed extremely hot water a couple of times. Other than that, good stay.

Everything , easy to get to the metro. There is a restaurant with great food. Bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Carlos the gentleman on night shift was amazing, his magic fingers made the wifi work when my phone was having issues. So friendly and helpful.

They didn't have a breakfast option. However, there is a nice restaurant within the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
