Location, location, location! Rooftop pool and pool bar, beautiful breakfast offerings everyday. Staff was warm and welcoming and attended every need.

It was perfect!

The hotel is in a great location, many of the main city attractions are reachable by walking, and we barely used public transport. Around the hotel, you will find a lot of great restaurants, cafes, shops, and whatever you need. The Wi-Fi was good and we were able to work without any issues. Rooms are nicely decorated, modern look, and have very comfortable beds.

1. The breakfast could have more variety. There are only a few options, which is probably fine for a day or two, but if you are staying more than this, you will easily run out of options, unless you want to eat the same every day. 2. After the check-out, we left our luggage at the hotel and went walking through the city. I`ve realized that I forgot the phone charger in the room, next to the bed. When we came back to the reception, I asked did the room cleaning service found a charger in our room. The guys at the reception checked and said that the "cleaning service" haven`t found anything. This is really strange because I`m 100% sure that I left it in the room. So, advice for anyone coming in, take care of your belongings and don`t leave anything important in the room!

Reception staff were brilliant helping to replace a missing vital part of CPAP machine. Silvia, Peter, David, Christina - thank you again! We are so grateful we stayed at this hotel as we doubt others we stayed at would have been anywhere near as helpful. Thank you for letting us check-in hours before we were due to. We were exhausted after a very long flight from Australia. Breakfast was great. We were doing our best to avoid Covid before the next leg of our trip so the rooftop bar and cafe were perfect. Great views, pool looked good. All facilities in room that you could want. Location very good. We took the Aerobus to Plaça de Catalunya which was a short walk to the hotel.

The shower was over a bath which was slippery, however, wearing thongs/flip flops solved that problem

Let me put it this way: i stayed in 5 star hotels for more money, less comfort and worse location. I ate for more money worse breakfast in higher rated hotels. Conclusion: best choice ever. I came multiple times to Barcelona and never had a three star hotel on my radar. Maybe it is old-fashioned thinking from the past where you were told you need to stay in four and five star hotels to have the same comfort like in a three star hotel here in Germany or Switzerland. However, mea culpa! This was one of my best experiences I made here in Barcelona and for sure my best stay in three star hotel which can be easily compared with a four star hotel for sure. To be honest: I did not see any difference to the next higher category. There was nothing, which I missed. A clean and soundproof place to sleep. A perfect working, silent air condition. A spacious bathroom with plenty of space, a big TV screen with multiple channels also in my language, a perfectly working WiFi. What else? A pool with plenty of sun beds on the rooftop with a great view (okay – we did not use it at wintertime). A huge breakfast buffet with high quality food (no artificial cheese/ham) and a fast and extremely helpful staff, all friendly. The location: in the middle of Barcelona, close to Plaza Catalunya. There is absolutely nothing which could be better, to be honest. I have nothing else to say. Outstanding, really outstanding!

The location, the stuff, the breakfast, size of the bed, the bathroom, the air-conditioning, gay-friendliness.

You can here the doors from the surrounding rooms closing loud, the swimming pool is very small, like bigger jacuzzi with water till your waist, using all the time your card for the elevator is bit annoying, the view from the room was in the backyard and the room was kind of small, they could improve the breakfast a bit.

the property was very big nice decoration was all good but the bad was so uncomfortable the sound like you sleeping on wood and it was wood very cheap then you turning to other side you hear sound and it was pushed from two beds together which is not good because you feel the gap in the middle.Also the cups should be real ceramic but not plastic base because then I put the water I was nearly burn my self the cup was exploded I’m so happy that It end so happily.also little bit was noise from the street side not really was able to sleep.The staff is very kind and nice.really like them.

Breakfast selection was great, more than the anticipated European breakfast with lots of choice. Room was a great size and cleaned regularly. The hotel was located centrally above metro and close to Squares with bus stops. Plenty of eating locations in the vicinity offering wide choice. Whilst the Metro rumbles could be heard they were easy to sleep though, push to back of attention, equally road noise well muted with insulated windows.

There was a limit to tea bags/coffee/milk in the room which felt low for a couple out and about all day. Whilst we chose not to ask housekeeping to clean our room daily (recognising that they would have topped up the supplies) we invested in a small box of teabags to drink (with fresh milk stored in the fridge). There were a HUGE number of unmarked light switches and it was often a gamble as to which light was turned on!!

Excellent location close to everything. Lovely breakfast but there's also a great pastry/coffee shop across the street. Clean room with large and comfortable bed. Quiet air conditioning. Bidet in the bathroom, which is a rarity these days. Fast internet. Great pool with view. Helpful and caring staff. Place to leave luggage after check-out and you can use the facilities if the flight is late

Minor points, almost not worth mentioning. Room has an enormous TV but it's not a smart TV like we found at other places. It would be nice to have access to Netflix / Amazon Prime. On the other hands, we watched some Spanish-speaking channels and learned something.

Great location close to major avenues/plazas as well as restaurants and stores, but far enough away from the noisier parts of this beautiful metropolis! Rooftop bar/patio/pool...didn't use the pool because it wasn't swimming weather but I except it'd be a blast in the summer. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful; they directly assisted us in organizing some significant excursions which we very much appreciated! Delicious breakfast if you choose to eat in the hotel.

There are cheaper breakfast options outside the hotel, so you have to decide if the convenience of an in-house breakfast is worth the higher room rate.

We loved everything, location is fantastic, 5 min walk to placa de catalunya,30 min walk to Sagrada Familia , barri gothic -14 min walk, stuff was very helpful,rooms big and very clean, we asked for an iron and we got it to the room within few minutes, nice cafe and restaurants close to hotel,breakfast fantastic, we loved pool on top of the room which was great to rest and relax,big thank you for bags with breakfast we got on the day we were leaving because we were leaving very early, I can say this hotel is perfect
