Location, attentive staff, front desk staff were all English speakers, room was adequate, breakfast was ok, room was clean and staff did a great job.

Rooms are dated, bathroom needed updating, especially in regards to the shower which could be slippery. The pillows were odd compared with western standards. Difficult to get comfortable. The toilet had an annoying leak in the tank seal to the bowl which resulted in the water turning on regularly when water in the tank drained down.

Very friendly and helpful people at reception. And in particular, they bent over backwards to accommodate me for a further two nights when my flight back to London was cancelled owing to striking air space controllers in France. Excellent value to price ratio for the location which was city central. Good toiletries service.

Nothing in particular. I was not expecting any luxuries just a meeting of my basic needs. And this I got; comfortable bed, good shower, a desk to write on, peace and quiet during the night.

the location was so good for all attractions. 10 minutes walk to passieg de gracia, 5 minutes to La Ramblas. the single room for one (511) was perfect. it even had a window which was amazing. room was clean. kettle was provided. toiletries and towels. breakfast in the morning was cakes, pastries, fruits, yogurts and juices. lots to choose from to set you up for the day. staff were super friendly. can’t really fault this hotel.

the location on maps was not accurate so I struggled to find the hotel at 7:30pm at night.

You're in a very nice location; fairly central to the area for the hop on / hop off buses. The breakfast was complete (eggs, meats, cheeses, fruits, etc.). The room and shower were all very nice size-wise.

In my particular case, the AC was actually too cold! I tried turning it down but I had to either shut it off or bundle up. Not the worst problem to have when it's really hot outside.

Perfect location. Less than 5 minutes walking to Plaza Catalunya! Top restaurants, bars, airport bus, hop on hop off bus and shops in walking distance. Safe location. Quiet at night despite proximity to all amenities. Staff extremely friendly and helpful! Room spotless clean and comfortable. Basic hotel close to major attractions as well as the Metro. 100 metres to Metro and Las Rambles. Rooms area good size and bathroom functional. Breakfast is included in tariff and served in the dining rooms. Lists work well. Staff were helpful and assisted with an early check-in. Stayed for 5 nights and would use again. Good value for the location/

Rooms area bit tired and could use new paint and furniture. Nothing else to dislike.

Perfect for our two nights in Barcelona. Great location, super staff, excellent breakfast buffet, clean, comfortable, huge bathroom and shower, tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We were allowed to relax on lounges in a common area for a few hours after checking out, prior to catching our ensemble flight - greatly appreciated, as we could not get a late checkout due to the hotel being fully booked on the day of our departure. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to Barcelona.

The room size is great compared with the other European hotels. The indoor jacuzzi, bathroom was a separate section altogether. Its unique in terms of the other hotels with the same price range

Staff was welcoming. The location is just perfect as on a walking distance there is bus, metro food shopping everything available. Direct bus to the Barcelona beach. The location is just perfect for a tourist.

everything!! location was the best we could have, room comfortable with all necessary things, water pressure excellent, service at the reception was excellent. we asked to have space for luggage and they told us whenever u want u can have, then we asked to get the room earlier and they tried and find us room, that was great!! always willing to help! would definitely stay again, thank you Atlantis❤️

The hotel is in the center of the city, close to everything and the starting point for your adventures.The room is cozy and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is abundant.The wifi is excellent. There is a kettle in the room, plastic glasses,sackets of coffee and tea and sugar. They provide you with a lot of toiletries in the bathroom and a hairdryer.
