Amazing location! Only a few minutes walk from Plaça de Catalunya, and the closest Metro station was Universitat, across from the entrance to the building of the Serennia Exclusive Rooms. The entrance is not like a conventional hotel, almost like an entrance to a building. You just press the buzzer and they will let you in. Check-in was done on the top floor (A) which is equivalent to the 8th floor of the building. There is a lovely cafe 365 right next door where you can grab a quick breakfast and their freshly squeezed orange juice was lovely!

Hot water ran out in the evening after running a bath. There was enough hot water to fill up a bath but not twice! The first room we were shown did not have any views. There were windows but all greyed out, thus we asked to change a room with large windows, which was accommodated promptly and we were very happy with our room! You must remember that the place is located really centrally. The rooms facing the main road means some noises are inevitable. We did not mind it at all, rather enjoyed being in the center of Barcelona but if you would like a quiet room, I would ask for a quiet room.

The staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and accomodating. I loved the decor and amenities. The public spaces were fresh and open. They were well appointed. Very lovely property. Since they knew I was American the even supplied a power converter in the room . It was there when I arrived.

For me, I have mobility issues, this property had stairs to the entrance. I had a few challenges. But the staff helped as much as they could. Quite honest, I loved my stay and would recommend it to others.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room spacious with comfortable beds and the bathroom spacious too, good room temperature. Cleaning service daily. All the amenities, plus coffee and tea, the room was equiped with a coffe machine and a boiler. Right downstairs on the street there is a bakery with seating area where one can have breakfast before starting the day. The area is central, right next to a metro station and to the placa catalunya and from the windows one can have a glimspe to the everyday life of the city. Not a quite neighborhood though, there is the traffic sound, which at night calms down significaly.

The room is comfortable and clean, the location was amazing to go to all the touristic attractions in Barcelona. But what was exceptional was the staff, they were extremally helpful from the beginning even though we arrived really late, they gave us a lot of recommendations of how to move in Barcelona and the last day they were super helpful helping organize the taxi to the airport.

The entrance to the building looks a little sketchy, but the interior is completely different to what you see from the outside.

Great location for this accommodation - very close to the main Catalunya Square and easy to walk to several Gaudi houses/buildings. The old alleyways are close by too, lots of shopping and cafes/restaurants there. We found it easy to walk to places to eat, and there are several local supermarkets close by. The room we stayed at was comfortable, it had a small balcony that looked over the neighourhood - it was a lovely place to sit out at night and have a coffee.

There were no problems. The Serennia rooms are very nice, the bathroom is large and having the balcony was a bonus.

Location near to Catalonia square and the room facilities are outstanding. The balcony is amazing and a lovely place to remotely work from. Wifi connection is fast and enough for video calls from all the building. The bed is huge and comfy. Staff was very helpful and attentive to our arrival, communication was easy and fluent during all stay.

Everything was good.

I think it’s one of the best accommodations in Barcelona, we enjoyed our short stay. Very amazing and friendly receptionists ! And room was more than beautiful with amazing panoramic therase for ideal for skyline lovers. We can’t wait to visit Serennia Exclusive Rooms for second time 😊

The bed was big which was great. Room was spacious. Had a fridge and complimentary coffee and water. The Staff were great checking us in and giving us some advice and local knowledge regarding how to get about and recommended a few places to eat out.

It was a bit noisy in the reception area outside the rooms in the mornings with people talking. Would have liked a lie in. The room floor was quite grubby, feet and socks were dirty from walking around.

The location is excellent, right in the centre of Barcelona. La Rambla is a 10 min walk and there is a metro line 2 mins from the property. We had the Suite room and there was plenty of space for 4 adults and our luggages. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious, and there are plenty of restaurants and 24hr supermarkets at your feet. The staff was very polite and helpful and organised a taxi to take us to the airport upon check-out. Overall nothing bad to say, loved our stay here.

The sofa bed is a little bit hard to sleep on, but the very soft pillows compensated for that! You can also hear the metro faintly at night and there is noise on the street, but not to the point where you stay awake all night.

The view on the terrace, we are happy that they gave us free water and cookies and the room was spacious.

I don't like the cleanliness especially the comfort room. it's not as clean as I expected. The room smells funny. My girlfriend gets rashes every time we are on the bed and when we arrive at the room we don't have hot water, the telephone is out of coverage, and the remote control for television doesn't work. I hope they do better next time.
