The hotel is centrally located, close to attractions and convenient transportation. The rooms are comfortable, they are cleaned and stocked with clean towels and cosmetic accessories every day. There is a coffee machine, which is very practical and convenient. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff is very attentive, responsive and helpful. We were extremely satisfied with our stay, thank you for the wonderful treatment and I recommend it.

I have absolutely no objections

The room was fine, had the essentials we needed. Location was central and close to the airport shuttle bus. The SERVICE from the reception/management team Carlos and Daniel was exceptional. My partner and I were dumb enough not to buy tickets to visit Gaudi and it was sold out for the 3 days we were staying including all entry and tour groups as we were going in peak season. Carlos helped us out, made some phone calls and then was able to get us sold out tickets the next morning. He was happy to spend as long as we needed giving advice on what to do and see and best way to do them. Both Carlos and Daniel also gave great restaurant recommendations and tips. Whatever help you needed they were ready to help and asked about your experience each time they saw you. Would come back to stay here just because of these 2!

Could do with a mini fridge in room but didn't affect us that much, might affect others!

The location is perfect, with nearby attractions and 5 min from Aerobus to and from the airport. The room was clean and nice bathroom. The cleaning service was daily and all the toiletries were all provided for the whole duration. There was an initial issue with a windows not closing properly and in 10 min a team came and were fixing it. Since it could not be done our room was changed and upgraded with us even needing to ask. Carlos from reception was just awesome how he addressed the issue, so friendly and eager to learn, he deserves a raise 👏. There was also a jacuzzi and a small terrace on the roof, we did not use it because its a bit cold but the bubbles looked cool. Would return.

The bed was not very comfortable. A bit hard for us. The walls are kind of thin and a lot of noise can be heard from other rooms such as a normal conversation. Not a big deal for us as we were out most of the day.

I really liked the location with easy access to all the main attractions. Most of them are in walkable distance. There are very good good restaurants are nearby. Metro station is in 3 mins walk. Rooms are newly made. Fair breakfast with consistent items. Hotel provides bag keeping facility in case if you need to checkout, roam and pick later. Very friendly English speaking front desk executive. Good for short stay.

Rooms are with minimal facilities. We stayed for 4 nights and was expecting general facilities or things such as a wardrobe which has door, a bedside table, tissue paper box, window with blind and white curtains, bed with headboard. Can live without these, but felt like could have been improved.

- We loved the location of the hotel, right next to La Rambla and Plaza de Catalunya and Universitat. Lots of public transport options. The street nearby is super busy (lots of teenagers and young adults all the time), but we heard none of the noise or commotion with the window closed. Neighborhood felt safe and always well lit. - The hotel is great for a 3-star hotel. 2 quick elevators run all the time. There's supposed to be a jacuzzi on the rooftop but it was too cold for us to try it. - Spacious room and bathroom, lots of toiletries and amenities in the room (but no fridge), lots of space to hang or fold or store things. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. - The bed and pillow were decently comfortable.

- The two single beds were just smashed together to made a "double bed", nothing to fix them to each other. And one of the mattresses would easily slide each time we rolled or moved, creating a hole in the middle. - The hotel itself and the room we were in were too hot for March. It was super cold outside, so the hotel or all the guests must've had the heating on, and that created a bubble of extra, extra warmth. We kept our room's thermostat off and still needed to aerate the room pretty often.

Lovely hotel in the center of Barcelona, 5 minutes walk from La Ramblas and a multitude of restaurants, shops and cafes. Room is basic but spotless clean and comfortable, overlooking a busy square but we couldn’t hear a sound once the balcony door was closed. Excellent air conditioning. Clean towels everyday and beds made up daily, hairdryer in the bathroom.

The only thing I didn’t like was the hotel offered to organize a taxi to collect us from the airport at a cost of 50 euros, we declined the offer and took a lottaxi directly from the airport to the front door of the hotel for 24.50 euros. I think they need to revise their pricing as they wanted to charge more than 50% than what it actually cost.

This was a very nice small hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly, and we were able to store our luggage since we arrived before checkin. The staff was also helpful in assisting us with local tourist attraction bookings. The breakfast was good and we loved the coffee machine. The location was close to so much and the area was very walkable with lots of restaurants, shopping and attractions. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was nice, but some there are some improvements I would have appreciated. First the lighting in the room was not really enough, especially at night, so it was hard to see. During the day we could open the curtains to get light, but it was just lacking at night. Another space to place a suitcase would really help. There was room for only one suitcase in the closet area. Finally, the safe was all the way on the floor under the closet area, so it was difficult to operate it, especially with the poor lighting. I had to get on my knees with my phone flashlight to enter the combination. We had a good stay, but these improvements would definitely help.

The location was awesome, near the Ramblas. Also a couple of nice coffee shops near. The staff was awesome. Helpful, eager to assist and with nice recommendations on what to do and we're to eat. The reception was visible and the hotel was easy to find if you are coming the first time. The room was spacious, nice bathroom and a kettle.

The lights in the room are a little over dated so the light is yellow on some of them and the AC was a little bit noisy. Also the front desk give us a room with 2 single beds when we had requested a double bed. They changed it after this so no biggies there.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing. They were all so helpful with everything - check-in, recommending things to see and do, storing our luggage, booking taxi for us, well everything you can imagine. One of us got sick during our stay and the staff did everything they could to help us as we had to extend our stay at the hotel. The rooms were big and clean, beds pretty comfortable. We had a room facing the street and couldn't hear any noice in our room. Good breakfast buffé. Thank you so much for everything!

Our room smelled a bit smoke.. maybe it could've been aired out better. But this is literally the only thing that was the slightest uncomfortable with our stay.

Great location. Less than 5 mins walk to Las Ramblas and 6/7 minutes to Placa De Catalunya which is the main bus hub (including airport bus and open top tours). Staff could not be more helpful. We arrived early and our room was not ready but we didn’t want to put bags in the luggage room with our passports so they let us keep them in a secure office. Lovely little rooftop plunge pool . Ideal for a quick dip after a long day.
