Great location within easy walking distance everywhere. Many bars and tapas around. Friendly staff, Carla makes the best sangria!! Excellent breakfat!! Worth pay it!

The location was perfect!! Right in the heart of the city. All transportation was 2 minutes away.

The room was okay, but not great. The curtains were ripped in many places..It was clean but not super clean (there were some hair on the toilet/bathroom area, etc). Also, something that I just really found "cheap". When we arrived, we paid the taxes. It was 66€. Turns out it was 66,88€. It's okay, I found the 80 cents but couldn't find the other 8 cents. The rest of the group was searching for a bit in their wallets, and the receptionist was ... waiting (!!!). I don't know, I just thought that this was sooo cheap, it didn't sit right with me. And to make things worse, we finally gave her 10 cents, and she ASKED IF we wanted the 2 cents back....Of course we said no, we were so embarrassed on her behalf. This is no proper behavior for a hotel.

The staff were very kind to let me check in earlier since the room was available. Breakfast was delicious as per usual and the TV offered quite a few channels, something I wasn't expecting to use but ended up having to.

I had a technical issue with my room in specific. The power outlet under the table wasn't working and the one beside the bed only worked if the reading lights were on. Something to do with the wiring, I guess. The bed foot was also made of a sharp metal and it hurt quite a lot whenever I accidentally hit it with my foot.

Staff were great, breakfast was fantastic and location excellent.

Hotel seems to be 2 premises knocked into one so needed 2 separate lifts and some steps to get to the room we had, which could be an issue for less mobile people. Room was a bit smaller than expected with constant 24C and air con wasn’t working. Reported but not fixed during our stay.

Great location. Friendly staffs. Room was ready 3 hours earlier than check in time. Could leave our bags at the reception on the check out day.

Only one thing..more of an advice to the future visitor, if you get a room that starts with 6..it is on the 6th floor which is actually in another building. The receptionist on the day that we arrived, she did try to explain to us but it wasn’t really clear. She did say we had to take the second lift but what confusing was when I asked her if the room was on the 2nd floor, she said yes. Anyway, after asking the 2 nice cleaning ladies we saw on the way, they explained that the room is actually in another building but can get there by taking the second lift to the 6th floor. It was a bit exhausting and confusing trying to find the room. Other than that all was good.

The location was just perfect. 2 minutes away from the bus station (A1 from airport). and 2 minutes from everywhere else in town. The breakfast was perfect (I will definitely go back for it). staff were friendly and the room was very quiet given the hotel is located in city centre. there was an Aldi store nearby and lots of restaurants and bars. again, I can't emphasize enough on the breakfast.

the room was very small. I also didn't like the bathroom. the bed was a little bit uncomfortable for first night but I got used to it. there was only one plug in my room and made it hard to charge everything. Given the reasonable price I paid, I think it was worth it.

Our experience at Grupotel Gravina was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The hotel’s location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Barcelona, just a short walk from Plaza de Catalunya and Las Ramblas, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service. Upon arrival, we were thrilled to find that we had been upgraded to a room with a balcony at no extra cost! The balcony was a lovely surprise, offering a peaceful spot to unwind with a view after a busy day of sightseeing. The room itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with recommendations or any requests we had. The breakfast was another highlight – delicious and with plenty of options to suit all tastes. We appreciated the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere throughout the hotel. I highly recommend Grupotel Gravina to anyone visiting Barcelona. The combination of prime location, excellent service, and thoughtful touches made our stay truly memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Very clean room and new bathroom. Location is perfect. Friendly staff.

We needed to take two elevators and a few stairs, not so practical.

Very clean. The bedding and towels are changed everyday. Very close to Placa Catalunya and La Rambla. Metro station nearby. L2 goes to Sagrada Familia. Luggage storage after check-out.

I booked the small room. Said it had 12 m. Which is fine. But it doesn"t mention the bed size. Which in my opinion is more important because it' s only 1,35 m large and It's basically imposible for two persons to feel confortable. Luckily I asked for an upgrade, paid the extra charge and move to a room with a larger bed. So before choosing the smaller and cheaper room, be aware that the bed size is more appropriate for a single person, rather than for a couple or family.

The location is great, small street near La Rambla and Plaza Catalunya. Metro L1 is on the corner of the street. Rooms are spacious and nice, but some of the furnitures are a bit outdated. Reception staff was nice, we could also check in a bit before the actual check in time.  There was a big variety at breakfast.

There were some hair inside the shower in one of the rooms. One thing that was a bit weird, that we requested two double beds in both rooms, but we got a twin room and a double (for 2 couples), we asked 3 times during the check in if it can be changed to two double beds, but we did not get an answer, they just kept talking about other things, whenever we asked, so we gave up. They automaticaly assigned us a room with two separate beds.
