Great personnel, all are polite and helpful! They have laundry area and you can do your laundry for additional payment. All toilets and showers were clean , equipped with extra paper. Kitchenware was all clean and neat. The shared areas and terrace are very cozy. Highly appreciate the person who designed the corner with mirror and lamp in girls room, his/her efforts made the stay much more comfortable. Also they serve free tea and instant coffee. Location is great - all sightseeing places are at walking distance, or can be get by bus or metro - stations are nearby. I didn't feel that i am in hostel in terms of sanitary it goes beyond expectation, I highly recommend it for stay.

The location is superb, right in the city center, near the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Everything you need is just a stone's throw away, with a lively atmosphere in the vicinity. The stay itself is impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet. I arrived late and had an early departure. The lady at the reception stayed back kindly to check me in. Additionally, the communication in advance, providing instructions for self-check-in in case they weren't available, was greatly appreciated. I opted for the female-only dormitory, which had four comfortable beds. While it's a shared space, everyone was incredibly respectful. Even with people coming and going late at night and early in the morning, there was a considerate hush that prevailed. The hostel offers a spacious terrace and a common area, which is perfect for unwinding. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of tea bags available. Another great convenience was the lockers in the room, each with its own key, eliminating the need for carrying your own locks. The room had an ample supply of hangers, a small mirror, and a chair, making it easy to get ready without having to leave the room. They are available on Whatsapp 24X7

I found myself in need of an iron box early in the morning, but I was informed that I should request it from the reception. Unfortunately, the receptionist wasn't due for another 2 hours, so I decided to do without. If you think you may need an iron box early in the morning, it might be more convenient to arrange it the day before, sparing the wait during the early morning hours.

The hostel was very well located, it's quiet and perfect for resting, but very easy to get to the center and festive districts of Barcelona. It was very clean, easy to connect with other travelers. The staff were top notch, and I met an extraordinary volunteer, thanks to her for her kindness.

The dormitory I was in was perhaps being renovated, and part of the wall wasn't completely closed off, so as soon as the lights in the living areas were switched on, it was bright in the dormitory and you could hear the noise.

1) Receptionist was very sweet and helpful 2) Location is excellent 3) Facilities are clean and well maintained. There is a beautiful wide balcony to sit out with a cup of tea and a common salon with a separate work table and sofa and TV besides a separate kitchen and dining area which is well equipped 4) The common areas are a great place to chill, meet and hang out with the other guests 5) There are multiple toilets and bathrooms which were thankfully clean too!

It is a dormitory at the end of the day so it is pure chance whether you end up with a loud snorer. The in-house wifi is weak to non existent in the salon but strong in the kitchen/dining area and rooms so it wasn't an issue.

Very clean and a Very good location. The facilities with different ambient, a living room, balcony, kitchen. The crew are very friendly. The bathroom and the whole hostel was very clean and smelling good. The location is exceptional, you are close to everything.

The only negative point are The beds are very noises, i arrived late on the night and I woke up the people making my bed, and yes.. you must to do your bed, this also is something outdated. Also they don't have curtains, so you stay very exposed sleeping. I also missed a place to change clothes, they have only 4 bathroom's, so this also on the rush time is not so pleasant. A great suggestion is make the sleeping box that others hotels already have, give us a privacy and best comfort.

All receptionists are very friendly and willing to help. Location is perfect - just 3 minutes to Arc de Triomphe. A lot of restaurants and bakeries. Just 15 minutes walk from Norde bus station. Room and bathrooms are very clean. The bunk bed is quite wide giving you a lot of space. I like that each shower and toilet are private. A lot of lounge areas with sitting places. A patio is lovely.

The street itself is incredibly noisy 24/7. So, ear plugs and a sleep mask is a must have. The bunk bed is very noisy for some reason. And it would be nice to have a separate curtain for each bed for more privacy.

It was very clean and the location was perfect. Can easily walk to popular spots or go to the nearest train station to purchase a ticket for using all sorts of public transportation.

The hand dryer in the women’s restroom didn’t function as well. It wouldn’t stay on consistently on once you waved your hand underneath which was a bit annoying.

"location,"quite," and "clean" The vibe is very chill. And it is very appreciated there is an elevator in the building. It's very worth for the money.

"AFTER check out "if you want to let them keep your luggage a bit. Although you can put your luggage on the floor - next to the counter which is public area.(They don't have the storage room or locker place to put luggage after check out) So I did have some concern if it is safe or not.

Super friendly people. Really nice communal kitchen and living room. Cute roof terrace! There’s no 24 hour reception, but self check in was super smooth and very clear. You enter the building with a code on a keypad so you’re able to come and go as you please.

Not the most comfy mattresses / pillows in the world and the beds don’t have a nightstand, so you have to improvise a bit with your glasses, watch, phone, etc. Not bad by any means, but a couple of small quality of life updates on these beds could go a long way!

Amazing place to stay in Barcelona. The hostel is much smaller than other hostels in Barcelona with only a few numbers of rooms but that’s what I love the most about it. It’s comfy, lovely and super cleannn. The public area is nicely decorated with sockets everywhere. Everyone stays there is respectful to others, and stay quiet at night which is amazing!!! I would defined choose BBH again when I come back to Barcelona 💙
