Location is great, walkable distance to main touristic places. Easy access to public transportation and Estacion Nord. Facilities are excellent, the pool was a plus in warm days and the pool's bar has a great menu with fair prices. The gym is also very good and clean. The room was clean and large with coffee machine and water available. Staff was very helpful and kind. The only negative point was that the breakfast was very expensive (for a family trip). We opted to buy things in a near supermarket (there are many in the same block) and it worked very well for us! We will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone going with family in summer Barcelona!

It was a luxurious feel as soon as you stepped into the foyer. The location was perfect for seeing all of Barcelona's amazing architecture, lots of bars and restaurants within easy reach. The restaurant in the hotel was also very good, as was the rooftop bar for a delicious cocktail, and if you wanted a swim :) It was a nice surprise, as I was expecting this to be closed as not quite summer. I must not forget to give the breakfast a mention. It was delicious, lots of choice to suit everyone. Staff lovely and friendly. Great start to the day.

The only tiny criticism I have is the glazing in our room could have been better. There is a lot of noise from outside late at night that can be heard with the balcony doors closed. It would also have been nice to have a little bistro style table and chairs on the balcony.

Thanks to the NH Collection Podium hotel staff our stay in Barcelona turned out to be exceptionally outstanding! The NH Collection Podium hotel is very well centrally located in the heart of the Barcelona downtown district, thus enabling us to walk to all the nearby attractions and transportation hubs that we required for our visit. The hotel rooms are very well planned out, in that the designers and the architects, have built an extraordinary, designed hotel room accommodation for all travelers. The staff seemed to be very well fluent in many different languages, which is always a well welcomed help for foreign travelers during their induvial trips to the Barcelona region of Spain. Also 1 thought is, and which was very well planned out: is for the cost of the breakfast buffet which was included in the price of the hotel room, ranks as 1 of the best meals that 1 can ask for in a hotel breakfast! The breakfast buffet menu includes many different meats, vegetables and fruits, and many other different food varieties, also including different types of cereals including oatmeal. The breakfast staff went above and beyond in helping us with our order of freshly made omelets, in which we were able to have many different meats and vegetables added, and our favorite number 1 ingredient spinach! 1 moral of the story is that the hotel is kept very clean and for us that ranks as 1 of top 10, concerns that we are looking for when booking and staying at a hotel. Yes absolutely, I would recommend this hotel as a preferred hotel to stay in during a visit to Barcelona! Room was big clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was OK with plenty variety of food. Central location and quiet street near Arc de Triumph and Catalonia Plaza metro stations.

Balcony was very small, just to stay on your feet. Wi-Fi is poor and get disconnected every hour with speeds between 20 kb/s to max. 500 kb/s. TV channels only in Spanish with just 2 international news channels. At breakfast for omletes you need to make special requests at waiters. At check in they blocked the entire amount for our stay + 100 euro deposit for "other expenses". I find this very rude! Staff did not say hello or good morning If We didn't say to them first, every single day. Overall I find this hotel overpriced for what it offers and staff needs to be more friendly.

The property is extremely clean! The room was exactly as described. Spacious room with a great balcony. Daily housekeeping. Absolutely great maintenance crew and the front desk was extremely helpful when comes down to directions around the city and recommendations for great restaurants. One of the best hotels I’ve been too! Arc de triomf is like 1 min away walking and all public transportation. The location is unbeatable. The street where the property seats is quiet, for full relaxation. The roof deck pool and bar area also clean and very well maintained. The bathroom- you can choose bathtub or stand up shower. Every day fresh towels and variety of toiletries, the only thing you need as a toothbrush. There is also bath robes and spa sleepers. Bidet- something common for Europeans also available and extremely clean. Blow dryer is powerful. Coffee maker - makes an absolutely perfect espresso, 3 flavors available. Teakettle- warms the water to boil for unless than 30 seconds.. equipped with tea varieties also. The water is refilled daily and it’s in glass bottles, best for recycling. There’s a mini refrigerator under the tea/coffee area. If I visit Barcelona again, there’s no doubt where I’m staying. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Central to all the main attractions. A stones throw from the Arc de Triomf which has a cluster of nice restaurants for an atmospheric dinner in the evening. Pool was lovely to cool down after a hot day. Comfortable beds and pillows. Staff helpful and friendly. The dressing room between the bedroom and bathroom was helpful for three of us (triple single beds)

The premier rooms were a good size and layout. Very comfortable beds. They were able to fulfil our request for 2 rooms next to each other. Centrally located. Great breakfast and accommodating hotel reception desk and Manager.

We stayed over New Years Eve and whilst the hotel kindly ended up opening the roof terrace until 1am - the bar closed at 10:30 (!) and there was no music or vibe, no outdoor heaters and the seats were wet. All but 2 front desk staff had clocked off and said we had drinks in the mini bar!! I understand it is a family time for staff but a curious decision given that NYE is a busy time for tourists visiting. Other hotels had created more atmosphere and sense of hospitality.

Hotel rooms are very clean and the staff is polite and friendly. The hotel is located a short walk or taxi ride from the La Ramblas district or Gothic quarter; where you can find lots of shops, restaurants, night clubs, etc. Special thank you to Pierre at the front desk, for making early check in possible and for helping me retrieve my lost phone from a taxi driver.

One minor recommendation for improvement; the fitness room needs better circulation. It gets really hot in there, when the sliders to the deck are not open.

Professional yet friendly reception. Room was according to our wishes: facing the street caused no discomfort. Very good breakfast, and, moreover, you could order omelettes and other egg dishes. The staff always greeted us with a smile.

We liked our stay very much but one small thing needs to be improved upon: on all mornings but two the waitresses in the breakfast room kept avoiding us. It took us some effort to get attention and to be able to place our order. This may be related to language skills.

All the staff at the reception were not just super helpful but also very attentive to detail and proactive in making our stay the best they could. The breakfast has a great variety of choices and I like that you can just ask a waiter for any hot dish and they prepare it on-demand for you. The rooms are very well kept and designed. We could not hear noise from any of the rooms next to ours. The housekeeping was exceptional. Even still, the people working at the hotel are the cherry on top. Their service is extraordinary and what makes you feel cherished.
