Great localizacion, good value for money, very comfortable bed, asked for the kettle and got it - thank you-:)

Room a bit dark but I was not there to spend all days in the room, my goal was to see as much of the city as possible.

Location was the best. It was ideal for my daughter and I and we were delighted that it included a kettle and fridge. We felt safe with easy access to the Metro and various bus stops. We also loved all the coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets close by. The room was spacious enough for the two of us and the Aircon was a bonus.

The pillows can be updated to new fluffy ones and perhaps supply 2 pillows per person. We struggled to sleep on the flat ones provided and nearly went to buy new ones.

I loved the location! It was easy to get to everywhere that I needed to go, and it was close to the city center. The room was great, and I honestly didn't want to leave.

This was out of control of the landlord but the neighbors had kids that ran up and down the stairs screaming at all hours of the day. I did bring it to the attention of the host, and sent a video. He was very prompt in addressing the concern and was very reasonable in explaining that the other tenants were residents which was totally understandable.

Absolutely perfect location for exploring central Barcelona, lots of incredible restaurants in the immediate vicinity (Restaurant Yue-Lai in particular!), and super close to the Arc de Triomf landmark. Our access to the property was completely by keypad so no risk of losing keys! We also received a free upgrade to a balcony room which really made the stay fab.

Unavoidable due to location but lots of noise from the metro line underneath the building so I wouldn’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper.

Location was fantastic, near metro and buses and in Gotic area. Room was very clean and cleaned daily. Lots of security to get into the building and to the room. The check in instructions are very important to follow if you arrive after reception hours.

We never saw a receptionist and thankfully we did not have trouble checking in. Having said that, there was good communication through WhatsAp from the reception regarding our arrival and how to proceed.

the location was excellent as was the flexibility of the staff. it was a pleasant surprise that they tidied up every day. the bed was comfortable even in the cheaper room. the staff was very nice, with flexible arrival at night. one more time: BEST LOCATION 🥹📍🤩

since it is an old building, the water pipes are very loud, there were times when we woke up to someone taking a shower in the other room, and at night we no longer flushed the toilet thinking about the people sleeping next to us. the room was also a bit smelly due to its antiquity, and the small window opening onto the inner "courtyard" did not ventilate it enough. apart from this, a mini bar (for cooling drinks) would have been very good, although snacks were prepared at a reasonable price

Wrote a detailed revue but lost it! Perfect location. Room was a shock at first, as small, but turned out to be perfect for me. Busy 8 nights visiting my son who lives in Barcelona and the room had everything I needed. It was kept clean, towels changed, hairdryer. Lovely staff, interesting & quirky room. Ready to rebook for March 24 👌

Mirrors in bathroom but none in bedroom

no bar fridge and there is plenty of room for one, you need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to the lift

It's basic facilities, it's not a luxury hotel. But value for money is excellent, area is close to everything in BCN, easy transport routes. And as a female staying alone, I felt very safe i the area, even walking back at night. Bed was comfy, plenty of space for clothes. Air con was welcome, bathroom was decent aize.

Would be nice to have a small mini bar type fridge to keep drinks, small amounts of food in.

Location right next to the Arc de Triumph, with a grat view on the street and the Arc. 300 metri from the metro station and 10 minutes walk to Plaza Catalunya (if you arrive there by bus from the airport, take the street next to Corte Ingles). On the street many chinese markets and restaurants, small shops and a very popular (but always crowded) sushi restaurant. Its very convenient to walk to the sea from the location, to visit the central park or the zoo, the Cathedral, the museums. The location is very good. You will find water and small snacks in the room (it costs 1 Euro/piece), shampoo and soap.

Under the building is the metro network and every train is like a bombing, the hall building is shaking. The isolation of the rooms its not the best, you can hear every activity from the neighboring rooms. :) Everything else was perfect, the communication with the host without problem, the access is easy.
