The layout and design of the room was very neat, simple and modern and quite a relaxing place to stay in + the beds were very comfy. Furthermore, the shower, hairdryer and other facilities were top notch and pleasant to use. The hotel also provided us with 3 new bottles of water each day which kept us hydrated. The location was also very good.

They only provided us with shampoo and conditioner I believe, so we had to provide ourselves with proper body soap to wash our bodies. Furthermore, the door of our shower disappeared randomly after one night had passed after our rooms was cleaned and we saw it sitting in the corridor. We were not provided a reason for why our shower door was removed.

Excellent location within walking distance to many sights or easy underground trips. Lots of food places nearby, including right outside. Super comfortable beds. The triple room was large and had plenty of room for three adults. Were able to open balcony doors for fresh air and to step outside. You are given codes to enter and collect your room card. Don't expect to see anyone. Didn't worry us

Like living in a flat, so a bit of neighbour noise above walking around but we're used to that. Only a tiny sign showing where it is. Wondered where we were when we first arrived and the big doors were locked

Amazing stay, the room was so nice, the staff so friendly and location was perfect. We were supplied with coffee pods, tea, water bottles and little cookies every day and there was also shampoo and conditioner in the room. We were allowed to keep our bags in the hotel before and after check-in. The aircon worked great.

The only thing would be that the TV didn't have many channels so I would bring a firestick with me next time.

Great room a bit on the small side but still very comfortable. Perfect for put your head down after a long day. Great location it walking distance to some many places. On a good bus route.

Not much day light in the room and no view. You could hear the Meto passing under you and the people above. But that is not something The Mo House can fix.

Location was good. Room very clean

M O House was difficult to find. It has a large door as entry & poor signage. As there was no one in attendance when we arrived we were unable to enter. We had been in transit from Australia for 31 hours & didn’t receive email requesting information so didn’t receive front door entry passcodes etc. We were lucky to have found someone in building to help us as we didn’t speak Italian. This took some time & we were exhausted. First hotel that didn’t provide toilet paper…. had a bidet. Bed for us was hard.

The room was clean, the beds where comfortable and the staff reacted very quick on messages send to the hotel. The neighbourhood was nice and nearby main spots in Barcelona and surrounded by bakeries/ coffee places/ supermarkets for breakfast in the morning. Nice that there was a coffee machine you could use and a fridge in the room. The standard room had enough space (e.g bathroom was big, enough closet space). Pleasant smell throughout the hotel, great interior style, very calming.

Unfortunately you heard the surrounding noises (metro, upstairs neighbours, etc). But nothing earplugs couldn't fix. We slept well. We are used to city life, but if you come from quiet surroundings it is something that will stand out.

The place was beautiful and super comfortable. Way better than most places I've been to in Europe. The staff was accommodating when they were there which made up for the times they aren't there. The room can get super cold which is needed for me since I am from a super cold climate going to hot.

Getting into the hotel using the codes was like trying to escape and escape room. All I kept saying was where is the lockbox to open the door. It's funny in hines sight but it was unpleasant at 12 midnight. I didn't know the large door had a small door in the middle because I had never seen a large door. I didn't realize that that first floor wasn't the ground floor and it was a mess we called for more information but no one was awake because it was midnight. We finally got in 30 minutes later but instructions could have been more clear for foreign guests. But overall the hotel was great.

The location and the price and the room They reply’s to my email quickly and helped me to get a taxi …. People on booking was overreacting about the noise of the metro but it was fine and I also was worried because they don’t have a reception but it was also fine

I kind of struggle with the check in process because the email wasn’t explaining the process completely I mean it needs to be more detailed…

We had a lovely stay with 3 girls!!! 15 minutes walk to Catalunya Square & La Rambla. 10 min walk from the Arc the triomf! Room was very big, nice view from balcony. Bathroom was perfect, good shower!

It was not something that bordered me but it can bother you. Sometimes you will hear & feel the metro beneath you. It is a little shake with some noise for 3 seconds and quite often!

The Room was very bright and the bathroom spacious. There were many ways of in direct lighting and not only a beaming cold light lamp on the ceiling. The bed was very comfy. the room also had a pad coffee machine. coffee and tea were restocked every single day. the staff was super friendly, welcoming and helpful.

As some already mentioned, the subway is recognizable. but for someone who comes and lives in a city this shouldn’t be a problem. The door to toilet could be a bit thicker or close better to have a bit more privacy (we stood in a room where bathroom and toilet were separated).
