Nice, modern, quiet and spacious rooms. Great location. Just a few blocks away from Plaza Catalunya and close to the metro. Thanks to Nenita Torres from housekeeping for helping us with an issue we had with our room when we were changed to a new one. The girl in the reception at night was super helpful.

Our room was extremely hot and you couldn't use/set the AC, it's central. We had a rough first night because we could barely sleep. We asked to get changed the next day. We were supposed to get another twin room but got a double one instead. Had to end up calling housekeeping to separate the beds and get bedding.

Fantatstic service by Cecilia, Mina, and Marco. They made bookings for us and gave us great suggestions for food and places to visit. Bed was comfortable and pillows great ( normally, this is an issue in hotels ). Was on a quiet street so heard very little noise but we were a couple of minutes walk into the centre of Barcelona. Great location to explore from. It is a boutique hotel so with only 38 rooms it isn't like there are as many people as you would find in larger hotels. This then allows a more personalised service.

Just that we didn't know when booking that the terrace would be overlooked by other apartments where people lived so didn't use it much. We didn't find a light switch to turn off terrace light at night and despite the blackout curtains we still had some light coming in, we didn't mention it so not sure if there is actually a light.

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Elliot - everything was perfect. I had one of the rooms with the street view but it was very quiet especially at night; the location was also very convenient, not a very busy street but super close to Metro station, Plaça Catalunya was only a 10-15min walk distance. The room was well equipped (mini bar, kettle and coffee/tea etc) and clean. And the bed super comfy! TV with various channels in different languages, so that’s a plus 👌 I would definitely recommend this hotel!

great location, beautifully decorated, great breakfast and very clean and comfortable room. Small place not overly crowded and quiet as a boutique hotel should be. Everything seemed brand new and clean. Real comfy bed, good AC, roomy.

I think the receptionists could be a bit more helpful, might have been just the shift we ran into.

Located close to the Las Ramblas and the old parts of the city which was very convenient. Requested a double room and had a large double bed which was very comfortable and the bed linen was changed regularly as was the bathroom towels which were changed daily. The bedroom and bathroom were modern and well maintained, a very pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast for a small hotel was great, the choice very varied and catered for diverse cultures and eating preferences. The breakfast staff were also friendly and very helpful at 0730 through until 1100.

Our first time in Barcelona was made that much better because of our stay here. The relaxing atmosphere and modern rooms met every expectation but it was really the people that made it incredible. Cecilia and everyone at the front desk was incredibly caring, attentive and kind, like inviting their own family into their space. The front desk manager Mineh in particular was one of the kindest people we've ever met at a hotel. True professionalism and class and we enjoyed every chat we had. I noticed the way she was with others while we were in the lobby and it was the same effort and care with every single person that walked in. Truly a lovely experience! Thanks again!!

Cecilia at the front desk was absolutely the best!! Upon checking us in she immediately offered to help us get tickets for the Hop On/Hop Off bus and the Sagrada Familia and then gave us several recommendations for excellent restaurants in the city. She continued to help us throughout our stay and was just phenomenal! The breakfast was good, though a little expensive. The room and hotel was clean and well appointed.

Really, the hotel was great! I guess if I'm going to be picky - in the US we are used to having wash cloths and apparently they don't use them in Spain, but that's not something against the hotel.

The location was perfect for easy access into the main areas of central Barcelona without being noisy or too busy. The staff were fantastic and very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area, restaurants and things to do and see. The hotel has a lovely chilled urban chic vibe which we really liked. Our room was immaculate and had everything we needed. The only thing is that the TV channels were extremely limited for UK visitors. Otherwise, it was great and the bathroom was perfect and very clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a wide choice and very good quality. We actually looked forward to having a long leisurely breakfast each day as the surrounding and service were wonderful.

Good location, a ten minute walk from the Ramblas without being in a location exclusively catering to tourist. We got a room with a terrace which added a nice spot to sit while resting between long site-seeing walks and a great place to have your morning coffee/tea. The staff was really friendly and helpful and we were served a good breakfast.

We were just unlucky to have to endure some smells of the sewers during a repair which was quickly fixed. It was only noticeable in the lobby and the elevator, not in our room. Although uncomforting it was also not uncommon to have some bad smells walking around the city, so we were not too put off. Also the use of aroma in the lobby masked the smell quite fine.
