Location was great and hotel design was very unique. Staff was super helpful.

The pool. It's maybe 2 feet deep. I also asked for a few cava glasses and a cork screw and was directed to the restaurant. So i had to walk in the middle of a dinner service, and it was just awkward. Room size was fine for us, but we pack light. I would have been unhappy with the size of we had one more bag.

Space on the A floor is magnificent! 7. The Goya room has nice stairs near the window, plus a balcony, plus a black-out feature on the windows. Never had such an experience in 100+ hotels I stayed in before!

1. Small issue with cleaning. But it is really small and just a mistake. Not a big problem :) 2. The pool is cold in January :)

Staff was really helpful and always friendly. Restaurant below is legit. There is also a rooftop pool to relax in. It was still cold in March but no problem we hung out in the lounge area next to the pool. Location is not the absolutely best but I am nitpicking. It's right next to the station. And getting to and from the airport is a blast. Take the express bus.

Loved the location of the hotel as it was only a mile and a half walk to most iconic Barcelona locations. The beach wasn’t too far, the cathedrals were close, and we felt comfortable with the surrounding areas. The pool was phenomenal and well kept. The restaurant was delicious, we did not opt for the breakfast option but it always looked wonderful in the mornings! The staff was amazing and extremely helpful in finding restaurants, booking buses to other towns, and advising us on what we should do! They told us about festivals happening during the week that we should check out and were all around great hosts!

The one thing to note for travelers coming from countries that are extreme users of AC, the hallways aren’t cooled in the building. This wasn’t an issue though really as the rooms had AC that you could control. Not something wrong with the hotel here, just different from what we were used to before traveling here. This was the same for almost any store or hotel though.

The hightlights: The breakfast was super delicious and such a wonderful waiter. Rooftop terrace & pool, small but such a lovely tranquil oasis after a full day in Barcelona. Room is lovely - compact European size. The bathroom set-up is a bit different and does not offer much privacy. As mother / daughter travel companions that was not an issue.

The toilet door came off the rails and didn't close - we arrived late so we had it fixed the next morning. We had ordered a room with a balcony but their booking didn't show that. This is probably a booking.com issue.

The staff is the primary contributor to the great stay we had. The combination of all other components was great and made it a great experience. have any of the above be less than great, would make it totally different. 1 day chargeable motorbike swapped with 1 day room cleaning - great green idea. we stayed 5 nights. images well describe the place.

Nothing that impacted the experience. Very minor items may be improved such as towel hanger inside shower rather than outside on wall behind door. Salad @ Breakfast.

1. I stayed in the Ronda Gallery room for 4 days, and there was a small issue with the shower, which was briefly fixed. 2. The pool is cold in January :)

Would throughly recommend staying here! The location, staff and hotel itself were superb. Can’t wait to go back!

Great location, fab staff, very clean and amazing breakfast! Santiago on reception was brilliant, he recommended us some amazing restaurants and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect.

Only downside was the fact there is no shower once to use once you have checked out. We had an evening flight and was a very hot day, so would have been nice to refresh.

Check-in was smooth and straight forward and was handled while sitting at a desk. Manuel provided the layout of the the facilities and briefed what hours breakfast and all facilities were open. He also provided us the first evening's suggestions for a drinks and dinner location. The room was a standard size and perfect for two people on a short stay and was chic and modern. Irene provided excellent housekeeping services and made sure the minibar, water, and coffees were well stocked. We had a balcony room that overlooked the busy street but the windows were well insulated and one could not hear the traffic noise. The window also came with an electric blind that could be closed to block out light. Breakfast was served in the restaurant at a desired time which could be changed day-to-day based on one's schedule. The selection was a small buffet and one's choice of eggs anyway one desires. We were provided excellent service by Alba and her colleagues making sure our day started off well. Taxis can be found directly in front of the hotel and the metro is a short distance down the street. Walking to Las Ramblas, El Raval, and the Gothic Quarter were very close and easy to access. We did not need a car for our stay and either walked or used the metro. We didn't use the pool because it was cold for us but it was available. Because of its location and the excellent service provided to us this hotel will be a top choice for us to consider for our next visit.

We had trouble connecting to the wifi but used our cellphone data with no problems.
