Fantastic Hotel in great central location with good transport links from airport and to the rest of the city. Room was large and comfortable. Very modern and the hotel itself has great amenities. The rooftop pool was a highlight of our stay with the bar and Swedish girl who served us being particularly great. There are only 4/5 sun loungers but the whole rooftop area is filled with chairs you could sunbathe on if needed. The pool is small but adequate for cooling off in the intense heat. Having this facility to use when you maybe want a break from walking around the city and being a tourist is fantastic The hotel smells amazing when enter the reception which is a weird thing to pick up on but it’s noticeably amazing to smell lol. The staff couldn’t do enough to help us when we checked in taking our bags up to the room and giving us some champagne on arrival. Across the road is an amazing brunch cafe called Belliny and I would recommend this when you stay. Great value for money when booking in advance and would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel could not be better. Not only it is well connected with the Barcelona airport but it is in the heart of the city. The Segrada familia is 4 metro stops away and the Barcelona beach also few stops away ( metro + bus) the closest metro station is on the Univeristy square, a few steps away from the hotel. The hotel itself is great, very comfy rooms and beautifully designed bathrooms. One of the best breakfasts I had, good variety of food. Staff very accommodating! The plunge pool is a little bit of a let down but it should certainly not be the main attraction in Barcelona anyway. Overall, we had a great time and I would recommend this hotel to anybody for the above mentioned reasons.

The location 2 blocks from the Placa de la Universitat along the bustling Gran Via puts this hotel in the center of Barcelona so everything you need is within walking distance, including a Metro Station. The Airport Bus runs 24 hours a day and makes a stop at Placa de la Universitat. At 6.75 Euros for the trip, it is a deal. My room had a little balcony, which I liked. The desk agents were exceptionally friendly.

The soundproofing between rooms is not exceptional. I could clearly hear my neighbor listening to CNN news on the TV. Lucky for me that they were early sleepers. And I realize that I may be in the minority in liking a quiet room.

The property was in a great location and walking distance from most places. The staff were super friendly and it was an enjoyable place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and the roof top bar/terrace was nice for some food and drinks to enjoy in the afternoon.

Everything was pretty good. The pool is just a plunge pool so it is fine unless there’s others in it and then there’s not much room for you to move around but that’s not really a big issue. The gym was pretty small but again, not a big issue as you’re on holidays so not there to exercise 😁

It was my second trip to Barcelona and this time with family. So I booked this hotel primarily for the location. It's not in the heart of Rambla which is a very super busy area and but still has very easy to access most places in Barcelona. The whole hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not something extraordinary and is typical 4 star hotel breakfast. I strongly recommend this hotel. Great service and zero headache.

The mattress was a bit soft for us however this could be just a personal preference.

The property itself is located in a central location, good walking distance to everything you would want to see in Barcelona. The bed is wide and can be split via bedsheets for 2 individuals. The minibar was stocked with an assortment of drinks, with good espresso coffee too And there was complimentary bottle of water. The room and bathroom itself was so clean and neat, too!

- No water kettle to heat up water if in case you have cup noodles or other such need for it. - No bathrobe. - A/C was not controllable for the room as it was centralized - Check in is at 3 pm

The hotel was in a good location, close to public transport and was very clean. It was close to the shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance so transport wasn’t required. Staff were friendly and took our luggage to our room on arrival.

I thought I had booked a superior double room with a large double bed but when we arrived it was two singles pushed together. Bathroom was on the smaller side but was fine to use. When we arrived we wasn’t offered the complimentary drink we had to ask for a drink whereas another couple was offered it straight away.

Firstly, the staff. They were so lovely and accommodating, they were never too busy to take the time to explain something to you if you asked for recommendations on where to go or what was best on the menu and especially the bartenders & waiters on the rooftop bar. They were so nice and helped to create a relaxed and welcoming environment even when they were very busy! The hotel itself was beautiful and in a central location with plenty of nice tapas bars nearby and there was a metro station about 2 minutes away in a walk which was very useful. The best part about the hotel and a highlight of our stay was the rooftop bar area. The views at night were incredible and it was a lovely place to relax with a cocktail after a long day of sightseeing, we also enjoyed a lovely dinner there on our last night - the food was amazing. The spa facilities are lovely, I’ve been to one or two different spas before but this one takes the cake. The masseuse sees people one at a time, so it’s not crowded or uncomfortable and he was very respectful. We didn’t have a lot of time that day so opted for two 30 minute massages but it was money well spent, the atmosphere and decor was inviting and calming and the massage itself was so relaxing. I would 100% recommend giving the spa a visit if you stay here!

There was nothing not to like, it was beautiful.

I stayed for five nights in a suite and was very pleased with it. We were greeted with a glass of fizz when we booked in and the staff were very helpful. The accommodation was roomy and very clean with decent toiletries provided. It wasn't much extra per night for the suite so it was well worth it. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing. My friend would have used the gym but it wasn't open (it did say this when we booked). He went running so it was no loss!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Beds were very comfortable and the aircon was easily adjusted and effective, so it was easy to get a good night's sleep. Lovely to be able to have lunch or drinks on the rooftop terrace with great views. Can't forget to mention the excellent breakfast buffet with daily changing hot options and an amazing array of fruit, cheeses, breads, pastries etc. Conveniently located for easy access to Barcelona's tourist attractions.

Would love if the rooftop pool was a bit bigger. The bench in the lobby, while not dirty, could do with a freshen-up. But these are minor issues and overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely return and recommend.
