The room was super clean and fresh, the bed was really comfortable and different lighting options made it really cozy. The staff was really friendly and helpful. And it was also really cozy going to sleep while listening to the Barcelona nightlife from the street below.

I loved everything, but If you need it to be total silence at night Dont take the room with the balcony to the street. (Even though i loved going to sleep to the sound of the nightlife)

The staff was very nice and accommodating to my late arrival. The place was clean. The location to the metro was great and the bakery next door was great for breakfast. My room was spacious, comfortable and I love the tall ceilings. The bathroom was nice and spacious. If I go back to Barcelona i definitely would stay there again.

The entrance to the building could use some fresh paint because is located in an older builder and it would be nice that they put in a elevator because it only has stairs. Also, I tried to contact the hotel through the number shown through booking but it kept saying it was not in service. I arrived at midnight and the building door was closed. I was able to gain access to the building because I was buzz into building.

Amazing experience! Everything was perfect for our stay! The location was the best part, it was perfect as we were walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit and we felt very safe here! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned and fresh towels daily. The room with 'City view' is the best as it has a balcony which has views out over the streets! We would definitely stay here again

Everything was perfect. We wouldn't change anything. The only minor detail is that when we were booking our room, we originally selected 'Room with balcony view' as we wanted the balcony, but we found out that the balcony view only has a window that looks into the internal courtyard of the property, whereas 'Room with city view' actually had the full balcony with chairs and views out to the streets. So this was slightly misleading and we had to upgrade our room. but after we upgraded to 'city view' we were extremely satisfied

Good location -- 100 yards from Metro station, 3 blocks to Pjaça Catalunya. The staff were friendly and helpful. Daily maid service was great. The price was very fair. Very good for downtown Barcelona

The hotel is located on the first floor (not ground floor) of a four story building, without an elevator. We had to haul off our bags up and down two flights of stairs We booked a "tiny room" which was very appropriately named. It was very hard to move around with our luggage in the room.

The balcony was a huge bonus, perfect for two. Very close to the metro station and only a 10 minute walk to la Rambla. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. We didn’t want to leave. Hope there’s a loyalty discount for next time!!

We loved it all. Maybe another outdoor chair and a table would be good, but this wasn’t a problem

The gentleman at the entrance was very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. It felt very secure. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Floor was clean. Shower was great. Product provided were lovely and of a high standard. The towels were beautifully white and brilliantly fluffy- so nice. Wifi was good.

The view down to the courtyard was dirty and it would be good to clear and maybe put green plants like the plants around the corridors.

Very clean place with the great location - in the city center. High level of service and easy accommodation process. I was impressed - I asked for the early check in and it was accepted. After check out - it was possible to leave the baggage in the special corner - under control after check out (the restroom was available). Super!

I’m not going to lie, I had my reservations about this place since they wanted all of our documents and quite some form filling in before arrival. However upon arrival, we were greeted by very friendly staff and had a lovely cheap but cheerful room.

Having to provide check in info prior to arrival for all guests, and then finding a receptionist working there who could have done this upon arrival.

Upon entering the room it was extremely clean. I am somewhat particular about that type of thing so I want to stress that it was very clean. As well it supper secure and staff were very friendly!

I honestly can’t think of anything bad about this property other than the fact it didn’t have an elevator I guess. It wasn’t an issue for me but for others with larger luggage it may be a hassle.

lovely room, very light & comfortable. Great to have a view of the plaza with all the people & beautiful trees. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants, shops & parks. Very lovely staff.

When we arrived it was a little confusing knowing how to enter the property but the man at the entrance helped us. The stairs were difficult with our heavy suitcase but we were aware that there would be stairs. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the bedroom.
