Several things: - Reachable to/from El Prat Airport. You can take the Aerobus and will leave you a couple of blocks away from the hotel. -There is an area of lockers where you can leave your luggage safely. Great when you get too early for check-in or if you need to leave later than check out time - Very centric and well located. Metro station 1 block away. - Room: great space, great bed and linen and AMAZING BATHROOM. Lot of space and the shower was majestic

Nothing that I dislike

Location is good if you like walking. for us, it was perfect, we walked everywhere in the city. It is close to airport bus stops and metro stations. there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are simple and clean. we got a room with a terrace, but we could not use it often because it was really cold outside. I am sure it will be great fun to have a few drinks at the terrace during summer time.

Try to get a room a bit far away from the lift. It is noisy, and it may wake you up in the middle of the night.

Location - right in Gran Via which is just like a 5-minute walk to the nearest metro (Universitat). Hotel - the facade of the hotel can be underwhelming but once you get to your room, you will be surprised. Our room was quite big and it looks newly renovated. The bed was more than enough to accommodate 2 pax. A smart TV is installed so you can watch YouTube videos if you do not understand the local channels. Breakfast - our booking did not come with a breakfast option but we opted to have breakfast in the hotel and pay direct. It is affordable and there are ample choices. Access to Food Options - there are a lot of Supermercats in the area. These are Spain's version of 7/11. Affordable food options are nearby. Shopping - if you feel like walking all the way to Plaza Catalunya, it will take around 10 minutes. Transportation - Universitat station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Most of the attractions are just a few stops away. Luggage Storage facilities - you can leave your luggage free of charge in their luggage storage which is designed like a locker and equipped with a lock similar to the safe. It can accommodate 2 medium size luggage. Cleaning - we stayed for 3 nights and even if we come back at 2 pm, the room is already made up with the towels changed and the soap/shampoo refilled.

The design of the room, although looks modern, is a bit weird. The lavatory is located outside of the toilet. It is quite wide. There are no bars to hang the face towel near the lavatory so it becomes a bit of a mess. The shower area does not have a tray to place your toiletries (shampoo, etc) so we just placed them on the floor. Imagine taking a bath then you have to bend to get the soap or shampoo. There is also no mirror inside the toilet.

The location was great. Very close to shopping (Chanel, Gucci, Zara, Primark etc). Lots of 24 hr grocery stores nearby. Restaurants everywhere. The price was the lowest we could find and we were pleasantly surprised and how nice the hotel was. (Taxi from the airport is about €35.) There are personal lockers in the lobby where you can store your suitcases and there is no charge. We got there at 9:30 and checked into our room a little after 2PM. Everyone on the staff was very gracious and very helpful. They gave us a room on the 6th floor with a balcony overlooking the street and enjoyed a pretty good view to the north toward the mountains.

Our bathroom was very small although the shower, while not large, was perfectly acceptable. No bidet in our room, but others have them. Note that the rooms very in size on each floor. You can see that from the emergency evacuation map on the wall next to the door.

it was in a great location and the staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and functional.

there was no fan in bathroom so everything was wet from shower condensation. Also although we could not hear traffic we could hear the front doors to the hotel opening and shutting all night.

The staff is very friendly, respectful, helpful, and discrete. The property is very central and easily reachable from the airport. The reception is open all night and the lobby includes lockers to leave your belonging before you check in and after check out time with access to clean restrooms and a leisure area with a vending machine. The rooms are efficient and follow the “motel” room design. The bathroom has a spacious shower and is thoroughly cleaned every day as is the whole room which gets vacuumed and mopped but a lovely and discreet housekeeping staff. There is a fridge with two complementary waters and other items for pay. A safe, hangers, and extra blanket are also provided.

The bed was not the most comfortable and the AC blows directly on the bed. On hot summer nights where the AC is a non negotiable option it could be uncomfortable.

GREAT LOCATION. Just 1 1/2 blocks from Airport bus stop. Metro stations close by. Many food outlets so close. Hotel looked new, well maintained. Rainforest shower felt sooo good. Breakfast buffet was good and reasonably priced. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN WITHOUT THINKING TWICE. Staff friendly and helpful.

Wish the AC was cooler, I love it cold.

Breakfast was ok but perhaps not worth the price. Bathroom was nice size and well appointed. I ended up in a room facing an interior light shaft/courtyard, which meant that my only view was the hallway, which had windows throughout, and into the rooms of the other guests with interior windows. It also meant anyone in those spaces could see into my window. I ended up keeping my curtains drawn throughout my stay, which was a bit awkward. The location is great, so ideally you wouldn't be spending much time in your room anyway, but I do advise any future guests to make sure to request a room with exterior windows (not interior). I was staying in a single room, which might just have less desirable placements in general? Anyway, definitely something worth checking in advance.

This establishment offers an excellent breakfast experience, boasting a delightful array of choices. I highly recommend booking a room that includes breakfast. Our accommodation was on the top floor and featured a balcony with a splendid view of the iconic Sagrada Familia, which was an incredible bonus. The hotel's location is conveniently close to Line 1 of the metro, allowing easy access to various parts of the city. Additionally, there are multiple bus routes right in front of the hotel or just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore Barcelona. Furthermore, the hotel is within walking distance of La Rambla Street, the city's most renowned thoroughfare. All in all, this establishment provides an excellent place to stay that is not only conveniently located but also reasonably priced for its proximity to the city center.

One suggestion for improvement would be to include a coffee bar or coffee-making facilities in the room. Many other places we've stayed in Spain have offered this amenity, and it can enhance the overall guest experience. It's often quite pleasant to unwind in the room with a cup of coffee after a day of activities.
