We stayed for 7 nights in the Hotel Casa Signer, and after spending all of these nights, I can say it is the best place to choose when you decide to visit Barcelona. The staff is friendly, kind, and professional. I felt at home during our stay; it’s very safe, and the security is high. The hotel is family-friendly, and everything is around you. There is no need to use taxis. The concierge of the hotel is amazing; they give us a lot of delicious restaurant suggestions and arrange the reservations. The room is cozy, clean, and has the most beautiful view of La Rambla, Catalunya Street. I would like to thank Hotel Casa Signer and especially Judit, Melaic, and Miquel for their kindness and support.

The people are exceptional

This beautiful facility is located within an easy walk from the metro, very close to world-class shopping, and walking distance to several major sites in Barcelona. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. The room was quiet, comfortable, clean, and safe. There were two options for food and drinks within the hotel. One was a more formal option and the other a relaxed cafe-style. The food and drinks were excellent and fairly priced.

There was nothing to improve. The experience was amazing from start to finish.

Hotel Casa Sagnier far exceeded all of my expectations! Of note was the exceptional customer service and hospitality provided by all of the employees. They go above and beyond to create a luxurious experience. The hotel itself is a excellent, well-designed place to be - with spacious and comfortable rooms, an awesome bar, a great restaurant, and a fun patio. We looked forward to breakfast every morning, and the a night cap at the bar or rooftop lounge every night of our stay.

super clean and comfortable beautifully designed rooms. wonderful balcony on ours. staff excellent and gave great recommendations for restaurants etc. very helpful and nice. great breakfast. really excellent hotel.

we had a burger and sandwich from the cafe that were slightly less than good. sandwich bland, burger not cooked enough and too much Mayo. drinks great though.

hotel is brand new and it has a few “small “ details that I am sure they will fix: toilet flush refilling is just too slow the towel heater was not working electricity sockets not working if you light off the room breakfast in despite having quality ingredients, we felt many options were empty and very slowly refilled. also, there are not many breakfast options.

Very nice and helpful staff. Cozy rooms, great food, beautiful design. Cleanliness is not its strongest attribute, however dark (beautiful by the way) surfaces are difficult to clean, almost impossible to make it look perfect. Location is amazing. Heart of Barcelona, beautiful surroundings, shopping area. 9,5 for us, keep up the great work! Ps: Late checkout was possible at 15:00 free of charge, thanks to the great staff members. Luggage kept and taken care of until 18:00, chance to refreshen at the gym/spa area for departure.

Because I was on the road with intermittent wifi, I inevitably made three internet bookings for the casa sagnier. when I arrived, the front desk manager Ms Ewelina pointed this out to me and that she and the hotel would take care of it. she followed up later in the day by calling me and telling me that it was rectified but that I would need to text Bookings.com to confirm the cancellation, which I did. incredible service and attention to detail by Ms Ewelina. and although we stayed for just the nite, housekeeping was excellent, with fresh bathroom towels , new toilet rolls, fresh new bottles of water.

nothing not to like

Alberto was exceptional, he made us feel very taken care of. All of the staff were amazing. Room and facilities were luxurious. Very relaxing place to stay and great location.

We had laundry done as this was part of an extended trip. We asked for some small clothes (underpants etc) to be laundered and these were charged at €4 per item such as a pair of socks. We accept this is the price stated but didn’t realise even smallclothes would be charged so much. We could have bought a entirely new clothes for that price. This did not spoil or stay or taint the memory and we would definitely recommend and return to the hotel.
