The room was huge and it had a very large and comfortable bed and a sofa. It was also very quiet in the rooms, so they seem to be well soundproofed which enabled us to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well equipped, there was a rain shower as well as a normal one and and a good selection of toiletries provided. This hotel is extremely well located as it is quiet at night but is very central to the city, for example it is a very short walk to Casa Mila. There is also an underground station very close to the hotel, which made getting around the city quick and easy. All the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.

It was located in a nice quiet area, only a 5-minute taxi ride to Cataluna Square and all the shopping attractions. We walked to all the restaurants near the hotel and you will have so many choices my fav was the Italian restaurant around the corner we went there 3 times. Breakfast at the hotel is a simple variety, so don't expect a chef to make you a fresh egg omelet. Cafe 365 is all around the hotel. I suggest having breakfast outside the hotel as cafe 365 is incredible, so fresh and delicious. Don't pay for breakfast at the hotel, which is not worth it.

Rooms like the executive are little bigger but don't expect a big room.

Super clean! The lobby smelled soooo nice! The room was clean with a nice balcony overlooking Spanish balcony buildings. In an excellent location, next to a metro stop. The pool is small but my 6 year old son was so happy he could stand and cross the pool by himself, was nice to cool off. Staff was friendly, helped us find an amazing Italian restaurant close to the hotel, helped us with luggage and were very friendly. Enjoyed this hotel, modern, very clean, comfortable bed. They even surprised us with a fruit platter and candies for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!!

the bathroom door to/from the bedroom was opaque. the bathroom had a window but no blackout shade. Therefore, even though the main room had black out curtains, the light from the bathroom showed thru the opaque bathroom door! Thus it defeated the black out curtains in the main room...way too much light shining in the main room from the bathroom Plus you could see shadows thru the opaque bathroom door of everything that was being done in the bathroom Solution: replace the opaque bathroom door with a solid door!

The warm reception and the staff were amazing. The hotel is beautiful and located to the centre, a stone throw from the metro to the left of the hotel. They greeted and made me feel comfortable as a mother of 2. Breakfast was lovely and had a range of items. Accessible pool, which my children loved!

Room was small for a family of 4 and windows faced in to enclosed court yard with no outside view. Reported smell of smoke from guest as my daughter has allergies.

The location of the hotel is great: to a walking distance to all the attraction points that we were interested to see, in a calmer area, not as crowded as the La Rambla, close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops and metro station. As we had a room with a view to the interior terraces it was very quiet in our room. The breakfast was good and I enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice, the tea and the pancakes. Almost same option every morning, but they were enough in order to choose something different every day. Big room and spacious bathroom. We arrived quite early and our room was ready 3 hours before the official check-in time, so we were really happy to get some rest after a night flight.

The dressing was open and you only had place to hang clothes and store your baggage, not a drawer and something closed, but that was a minor thing.

Lovely staff throughout this hotel..friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns! Our room was spacious, very clean, and supplied with kettle and coffee/tea. Unexpected amenities such robes and slippers were a nice touch! The location is excellent....many restaurants and cafes within walking distance and just 2 blocks from Passeig Gracia. Also just few steps from a metro stop which was very convenient when we arrived via train/metro with our luggage but also in terms of visiting this incredible city!

Breakfasts were extremely good, plenty of choice from cooked to cold meats, cheese, etc.

It would have been advantageous to have had a non slip bath mat for use when showering and also perhaps something to hold onto at a reasonable height when getting in to the bath to shower. Perhaps some extra international tv channels. Very limited as only news available in English and sometimes, older people who are not out that late do like to watch a bit of tv, but not constant news, too depressing!

The room, bath, and bed were comfortable. The staff at the reception was very helpful giving us information about how to move around the city, where to eat, recommending places to visit. Our room looked inside the building so we didn't hear any noise. The hotel is at a walking distance of Paseo la Gracia and if you want to move by subway, there is a station around the corner.

I understand the person in charge of doing the cleaning, might have been very busy, but I didn't appreciate that the coffee cups, plates and spoons were not replaced by clean ones. I found out that they were only rinsed in a hurry. I could see rests of the yoghourt I had the day before. Please, don't offer something that is not going to be replaced with certain standard.

The room was great, modern, clean, well organised. Bathroom was clean, with a huge shower, very comfortable. The hotel was literally 2 minutes away from la rambla de catalunya, which was great, plenty of restaurants and 5 mins away from passeig de gracia. The metro was super close, overall location was excellent.

The pool area was very disappointing, it is surrounded by taller older buildings, so the atmosphere wasn't great, plus the sun struggles to shine through, during the afternoon there was no sun at all. The gym is a bit small but a nice touch. Breakfast was a bit too expensive.
