The property was located near a bustling intersection that provided a diverse variety of restaurants. The inside is charming and artfully decorated. Our room included a small balcony facing the street with a view. The room was substantially large, spotless and bright; surpassed our exceptions given other European vacations. The breakfast buffet is delightful and stocked with a generous offering beyond pastries. We were warmly greeted and the attention when needed was timely. We would return for a future visit.

This is not a dislike but it’s important to know the hotel has a small sign by the door which could easily be overlooked. For Americans, important to know that you’ll take a small European style elevator or stairs to the main lobby.

The room was very nicely decorated - simple and clean. We did find the road/people quite noisy during the night. There was a very chatty man talking until about 3/4 am right by our window. The breakfast was excellent, a good range of lovely food. The staff were excellent and got to know how we liked out hot drink in the morning. The hotel did not have breakfast tea so we brought out own and took our team-bags for breakfast. They were always ready with a mug of hot water. Very considerate. Thnak you.

It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing; fresh meats, breads,fruit, cereal etc including gorgeous fresh pasties and cakes . It is buffet breakfast but there is something for everyone, probably the best I have ever had . Serviced by a great team . Highly recommend this hotel to anyone it is lovely

Not easy to find! It is in a building with offices etc and on the 1st floor. But saying that once you locate it and get your key card it is great ! Enter on the ground floor and go up in the lift 1 floor where the hotel/ reception is . But good security. Very nice 32” tv but alas not 1 English speaking channel , not even sky or BBC world news which is odd as I guess a lot of English speaking people attend here. So something to think about ; add English channels which is easily done these days

The location is excellent to walk (15-30 mins walk) to most attractions while not being at a super crowded area, also lots of great restaurants nearby. There is metro and bus options that connect you to further out areas of the city (like Parc Guell). The breakfast was great and the staff was lovely. The bed was firm but comfortable

Our room faced the street, which can be quite noisy at night. However, there is not much the hotel can do about this! The balcony door was soundproof, to their defence. That being said, if you have the option, try getting a room that is not facing the street

Very comfortable beds and nice breakfast. Not something special, but decent I would say. Location is nice, with the downsides that I explained above

Metro was passing right underneath and you could hear it and sense it as well. That's the downside of the location I suppose. Also, there is a club right across the street so it can be noisy at night. Finally, the room was feeling quite cold. As if there was a breeze coming in, but couldn't spot from where the air was coming.

Amazing room with plenty space and really felt like it was only us in the hotel when we know it was full. Breakfast each day was perfect and even allowed us to take extra food for the day. The staff made the stay. Always willing to help out or provide water or juice or towels. Room was spotless and always made up when we returned everyday. Location as well is perfect. Right in the heart of Barcelona with plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars very near by. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Nice hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Good neighbourhood and very good location, 5 minutes from Metro/train stop. Brilliant breakfast - loads of choice, plentiful and tasty. Our room was small but comfy, water and toiletries provided. Our room was right next to reception but this was not a problem as there weren’t loads of people checking in late at night. King size bed was lovely and comfy, bathroom had nice fixtures and fittings. Very clean, room service each day. Super little find at a reasonable price away from the main city centre noise but within easy reach of all sites and areas of the city - especially if you bought a Hola Barcelona travel ticket.

I love the quaintness of the old boutique hotel. Good location, just next to the metro station that accesses various lines. The staff who received us on Day 1 was extremely helpful and eager to serve. The breakfast area is cosy but it would be good if the breakfast spread could be different every other day so that for us who stayed for 4 nights we could have a taste of variations.

Our room was facing the main street, sometimes in the night, the passerby get rowdy after some late night drinks, it disrupted our sleep.

The room and dining place were well furnished, cosy and comfortable. The location of the property was near Barcelona Sants train station and Airport (by taxi 15-25 min) and also walking distance to numerous eateries scattered around the vicinity and even to major shopping streets and attractions sites. The staff were helpful and attentive, we enjoyed the breakfast spread very much. As we had to check out very early morning for flight departure, they even prepared a light breakfast set for us the night before! How thoughtful!

Lovely little bed and breakfast type of hotel, in a perfect location. Close to the city centre, amazing breakfast spread with many different choices for food. Staff was very friendly, room was small but clean and had all the necessary facilities.

The only downside was that it was very warm inside the Hotel and the airconditioning could not be turned on as the heating was taken care of at a central level.
