Everything was great starting from the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is exceptional and the rooms are clean and hygienic.

One of the best hotels I experienced in Europe. Everything is fantastic, nice staff, perfect environment, super good location.

It will be better if I can get another free water in 2nd day.

Close to all Barcelona has to offer. Walk down Rambla or Passeig to Placa Catalunya and beyond. Many restaurant options nearby and all the ones we tried were excellent. Shop at high end stores, the lines were shorter than Paris. Comfortable beds, modern decor spacious rooms for European standards, friendly, helpful staff.

Modern, remodeled bathroom show signs of poor design/construction needs some TLC. Hallway and adjacent room noises, need better sound proofing, in-room hardwood floors don't absorb guest walking around. The hallways are very dark - dark color walls, dark color carpet, very low lighting doesn't help, bring a flashlight.

Dear Xavier and the team, Thank you for spoiling me with your beautiful suite and fulfilling my request to have a bathtub in the room w your generous upgrade. The cava bottle was also a very warm welcome and I felt at home straight away. Everything is very clean and pristine in the room and I couldn’t ask for more. It was also such a pleasant surprise to have Rafael welcome me outside as soon as I got to the hotel w taxi from the airport. All staff at the reception whether during the day or past midnight welcomed me w cheerful smile and made me feel very at home and safe. Thank you once again for your generosity, professional yet friendly service, and comfortable room.

Visited Barcelona, stay here for 4 night, it was a amazing experience for me and my bestie... Hotel location is near City Centre, very comfort. Receptionist at counter very friendly and always there for you.. We reach earlier before the check in time at 12nn, our room is ready and room was upgrade to suite. I request cake and flower before we reach Barcelona since my bestie birthday, the make it so special beyond my thought. Tq for the great experience, definitely we will come back again to this hotel, strongly recommended

We stayed in 3 different 4 star hotels in different areas over a 10 day holiday. This hotel was by far the best! The staff went above and beyond to make the stay perfect. Simple things like opening the doors for you as you arrived home from a day/evening out. They even pressed the lift button for you, as you walked through the lobby to minimise waiting time. Towels were available at the pool and the gentlemen who worked on the pool bar would move your belongings for you if they found an available sunlounger whilst you were in the pool! We needed a taxi to the airport on the morning of check out and this was arranged for us by the hotel, even though there were road closures due to La Vuelta that day, they ensured we could get there with no delays. Absolutely outstanding customer service from all staff I cannot rate it highly enough. The room was so spacious, we loved the way you could open it right up to open plan or draw the sliding doors to block off the bathroom. The hidden TV was neat too, gave the room a really polished finish. The pool area was spotless and although not a huge space and a slight lack in the number of sunloungers, there was plenty seating at tables or on sofas around the other side of the decking, and as mentioned above the pool staff made sure to reserve you a sunlounger as soon as one became available! The gym was clean and had just the right equipment available without being cramped. Location for sightseeing was pretty good, around a 10 minute walk to plaça de catalunya and la Rambla, maybe 5 minutes to Passeig de Gràcia. Other sights and the beach were accessible by metro or taxi. We cannot wait to stay here again.

The location most of all, so centrally located in nice area. Excellent staff; front of house was very helpful in vetting out sightseeing ideas and giving whatever assistance you needed to enjoy your time spent in Barcelona or outside of Barcelona.

To be able to order a la carte breakfast from the restaurant instead of a whole buffet price would have suited us better. The food was very decent.

Modern hotel, lovely room, comfortable beds and nice showers. Staff were amazing, super friendly, polite, helpful. We were given complimentary drinks, a bottle of cava in our room, sweets for our daughter and bottles of water. We met 5 or 6 different staff members and all had exceptional customer service skills! Great location, central to most key sites and near shops, restaurants, bars and metro.

No complaints, we had a fantastic stay.
