Location was central. Staff helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff in Reception, and in the Breakfast Lounge. THANK the Lady in the Reception, did her best to fix the problem with a child crib in our room. Breakfast was really delicious at a fair price.. I would say, whoever stays in this hotel, doesn't need to go elsewhere for the Breakfast. And also the rooms,the Toilette ,and the bath were very clean.

Well, of course nowhere is ideal, i stayed many times in 5 Star Hotels, even in those Hotels there was something I did not like. What I did not like in this hotel,, is actually nothing to do with the hotel, or the Hotel Staff, it was a little bit loud out in the street,especially Mornings cuz of the Traffic of course, but the Location is so, you are almost in city center, 15 Mins walking distance from the La Sagrada Familia.

The hotel is located in a fairly good spot for Barcelona, only 13 minutes of walking from Sagrada Familia and within 2 minutes of walking from 2 metro stations(Monumentum & Glories), allowing you to comfortably travel through the city and taking various metro lines. THE STAFF: EXCELLENT, ESPECIALLY VERONICA,WHO MADE OUR STAY MORE PLEASENT AND WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND SMILING,THE BEST. All of the staff was generallh helpful and gave us decent recommandations for both transportation and facilities to make our Barcelona trip more valuable.

Despite all, there were somethings to imporve. YOU NEED TO HAVE A CLOTHES IRON FOR THE GUESTS. Maybe consider including breakfast in the fees of the hotel, since you had a buffet and it would be really more conveninent(10 euro/person per breakfast may be a little high priced). Also one of our rooms(interconnected) did not have a window, just saying xp!

Clean room, good staff. Not so noise, as I expected after all these reviews. It's a noise part of the city, 10 min ti Sagrada Familia walking. But full.of supermarkets, near Arena Monumental. To all famous destinations you can walk without metro. 10 min walking - the excellent large New!!! Trade Centre Glories! Just close your windows and will be silence in your room. Everything was good! Comfy beds, good shower!

The Metro system of Barcelona seemed little daunting, so we used a taxi to get to and from the hotel to the airport. However, the location of the hotel made it an easy walking distance to the tourist spots. On our first day we used the open top tourist bus to acquaint ourselves with the location of the local landmarks and, together with the kind advice of the hotel staff, we then walked everywhere. We found that Barcelona City is pedestrian friendly and safe. The local bakeries and cafes are fantastic. And we loved the markets and proper delicatessens, that have sadly become rare in our homeland Australia. The hotel room was comfortable, air conditioned, spacious, great value and perfect for our 3 day stay. We loved Barcelona and would have loved to extend our stay there. The daily hotel breakfast is a must do. Fantastic value and delicious. Based upon our experience we would stay here again and can highly recommend this hotel.

Staff has been absolutely the best! The big grade is only because of them, they made our stay much more relaxing and comfortable.

Isolation! Curtains were literally being blown by the wind, eventhough the windows were closed. It felt as if there are no windows at all. Also sound isolation is horrible, it seemed that people from other rooms are in our own aprtmenr, as you could hear every noise both from other rooms and from the outside. This should definitely be addressed.

Location just 10- 12 min walking distance from Sagradia Familia and aprox. 7 min from metro station. Standard room for 3-4 night stay just right. Breakfast ok, nice staff there.

Pitty that in September not far from the hotel there was a reconstruction of the tram line. But it was not disturbing while being in the room, but the way to metro was a bit more complicated.

The staff was great, the room was nice and comfortable after a long flight and we had a good nights sleep. We also enjoyed breakfast, the options available were great.

It wasn't clear if tap water was safe to drink, and so we had to buy drinking water. There could also be instructions on how to turn on lights or power supply, as we had to go back downstairs to ask about it.

Staff was very friendly and open to help us with any questions we had. Location was great, about a 10 minute walk from Sagrada Familia, and quite a few subway stations around the hotel. A supermarket as well, and some restaurants down the street. The breakfast was fine, not too much, but enough choice to be full until your next meal. The room was quite small, but that was fine for us as we did not stay in the room for anything other than to sleep. The beds were nice and clean, and there was a nice desk with a minifridge and a closet big enough for all your clothes. The bathroom was fine, it has everything you'd need. All in all, a good place to stay.

Isolation was not too great, as we heard the guests in neighbouring rooms take showers and talk quite a few times. This did not really bother me, but if you have kids or are a light sleeper it might be a bit annoying at first. That being said, the windows were very soundproofing. The hotel is right around the corner from quite a busy street, but that was no problem as you did not really hear anything when the windows were closed.

Great location near the Sagrada Familia, clean and tidy, looked exactly like the photos and we were able to store our luggage after checking out and pick it up later for the flight home.

Selection at breakfast was the same everyday and quite limited and the fridge in the room wasn't cold enough.
