Great location and amazing staff

Lack of privacy between the toilet and bedroom

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The rooftop has a lovely view at sunset and the bar serves great cocktails. Really good value for money we would return :)

The rooms weren’t soundproof as advertised. We could hear water being flushed down the pipes from the other rooms.

Very nice and friendly staff, good location, clean. Very close to the metro station and 20 min walk to Sagrada Familia. I stayed only one night and it was perfect.

I would just prefer to have a normal door to the bathroom instead of the glass ones as I was travelling with a colleague.

was a little far out of the centre - closer to the Gaudi Cathedral but €15 in a taxi for the Gothic Quarter

Lounge area and terrace downstairs was so welcoming and comfortable, we loved having a drink there, rooftop pool bar and lounge were fantastic, staff were great and we had a good laugh with them, size was of the room was ok but very comfortable and modern. In all we enjoyed our stay! Big thanks to everyone :)

This corporate british group took over most of the hotel and acted so entitled to use everything which ruined the experience at times for us and the other guests. The pool area was packed with them taking up every sunbed with their towels but not ever using them meaning the rest of us had to sit on the floor. They were rude to the staff and left plastic bottles in the pool while playing their own music outloud. Groups like shouldn't be tolerated to act the way they do but I'm afraid the staff didn't know what to do other than suffer the consequences.

The hotel was beautiful, there was a lovely rooftop bar and most of the staff we spoke with went above and beyond. The hotel was clean and tranquil and I would recommend it!

One of the staff was quite rude to us when we were leaving, his name was Tomas I think. We had planned to go to breakfast the night before however woke up later than expected, Tomas asked us to pay €28 for the breakfast we didn’t have, he then questioned us extensively about why we didn’t have it, it was not only clear he didn’t believe us but he was so rude and miserable about it it was really disappointing. He was the worst member of staff we dealt with considering the rest of the staff had been so friendly and accommodating.

Well thought out and nicely designed hotel. Rooms were generous, clean and comfortable. Items gifted in the rooms were more than expected, such as comb and razor. Even had it's own coffee machine! TV could be changed from Spanish to English (I discovered on the last evening!) and the best bit was undoubtedly the pool and pool bar. It opened 3 days before we arrived and we thought it was going to be shut (it's seasonal) but we were so happy to find out otherwise. It's unheated but I'm used to cold sea swims in December so it actually meant I had the pool to myself every time! Renting bikes from the hotel was amazing- reasonable and easy (just outside)- they were very appreciated, as there's a great cycling route to the old part and to the beach from the hotel. We thought our stay was great value for money, amazing and would definitely return!

Room doors slammed and were a little noisy (as were some neighbours on the last night). But not too bad, I brought ear plugs just in case. Hotel room could get a little hot and we couldn't find a way to make the Aircon go below 20 degrees C. I could see why people might not like the bathroom/toilet in the rooms, being just a glass frosted screen. It was fine for us, but I think some might think less of it.

The rooms were all great, very comfortable beds, and tasteful decorated. We didn’t eat at the hotel but made good use of the bar. Special mention to Carlos for his hospitality and being friendly and welcoming. Reception staff ordered our taxis and answered all our questions. The rooftop area was amazing, comfortable loungers and relaxation areas, great views of the city. The location was perfect for our family, in a quieter area of the city but close to a shopping centre and loads of restaurants, and public transport. I celebrated my 50th birthday during our stay and I was given a complimentary bottle of fizz which was a lovely touch.

The only negative I had was the person in the room next door smoking cannabis on the balcony, and some very rude guests staying at the hotel, not the fault of the hotel staff, who, in my opinion managed the situation well. There is no need for rudeness! The hotel staff were very helpful when I spoke to them about the guest smoking cannabis.

Room was clean, cosy and comfortable:) food in restaurant was delicious we really enjoyed breakfast. Location was perfect , terrace with beautiful beautifull view :)

Have problem with staff , terrace are closing at 10pm 9:40pm we went upstairs to make some photos and enjoy the view but dors was closed I went straight to reception as asked them nicely, to open the door for 20-15 min because it’s still early By hotel rules doors should be closed at 10pm , but guys from reception refused to open. I was really disappointed because it was my one night stay and only that night I could see city view.
