The place was perfect. Near bus stops and the Marina metro. The room was spacious and designed in a beautiful way. Everything I needed was there - place to eat, place to rest, place to sleep. I really like writing and listening to music while sitting on the floor, there was a place for this as well. Big comfortable rugs and many, many pillows. We used the laundry service and it was perfect. I was pleased with the breakfast as well.

Modern, tidy, most of all the location was convenient for us due to visiting family nearby, laundry facility was handy, air con was very useful in the heat, chromecast facility on the TV was very useful, wifi was very good too. The kitchenette facility would’ve been very useful if needed.

Bathroom shower enclosure tiles had mould on the grout, strong drains smell in the bathroom which does seem to happen in warmer countries.No toilet brush

Hotel has a good location, quite enough and walking distance to Bari Gotic and Sagrada Familia. Staff was nice and accomodating. The kids playroom was of great value to us with our 1 year old baby who just learned to walk. Free laundry room and possibility to have lunch at the hotel was great too. Apartment and bathroom are good size and kitchen was well equipped for a short stay.

The apartment had single beds connected even though we asked for a double bed. When we complained they come to fix and put a bedsheet over 2 singles beds and "fixed" it. Cleaning was not every day and even on the day there was supposed to be cleaning once we had to call for them and than wait outside until they clean the room, because nobody cleaned it when we were out. Water in the shower was randomly turning hot and burning your skin off.

great location we stayed over new years and got a bottle of cava and grapes to celebrate the new year. receptionist was amazing

When we asked for extra blankets the cleaning lady came to the room to tell us that we already had the blankets on the beds and that that‘s enough. We said we still want more because we get cold at night. She proceeded to COME INTO THE ROOM! into our bedroom and touched the bedsheets and said it was enough! I told her to leave because that was such a breach of privacy! just inviting herself to our room and arguing about extra blankets!

I loved the displacement of the room and the appartament concept of the Fraser fracize, also the clean and good smell (no trace of smokers). Also loved the dining hall and the sufficient diversity at the breackfast.

The windows were too noizy! It neeads new ruber-seals, all rooms need to be checked. And please do something about the "king beds", they are literaly 2 single beds united, in almost 80% of the rooms. My "king bed" realy separated me from my wife...nobody did this in 17 years 😅. So make it count and offer what you say. Also the switches need replacement, some are dangerously joging in the wall sokets in some places (403 eg), and they may get out. Nothing else bad.

1. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. 2. The staff was very friendly and helped us with a smile. 3. There is a metro station not far and good café and patisseries in the surrounding streets.

1. It would be nice to have more power outlets, or even better a USB port for the phones near each bad, but we managed. 2. The location is not in the center so it required more walking or metro. It should be no deal breaker but July was very hot and high humidity so it required more effort :)

Nice aparthotel in a renewing district of Barcelona, close to metrostations. The neighbourhood itself is rather office type, but you can find everything you need, breakfast, pubs, clubs (Razzmataz), restaurants and shops. Room was very cosy, however far from new. Communal spaces are at least with one star above the average conditions. Staff is really nice and helpful, we even run into the 25 th anniversary of the place with some champange and cookies. Parking opportunity is again a big bonus, however you need to pay an extra.

Maybe the condition of the room is a bit used.

Rooms are cozy, enough room and cleanness if fair (I am not perfectionist when it comes to this)

Schedule of cleaning. Policy of hotel is stated clearly but once you hang please clean my room it needs to be done even if it is outside of schedule. Hotel did clean the room but I had to come down to reception to ask for it. Also I have to say I was hanging out DND sign between 11 and 14h, so that was the issue not catching up with schedule. Keep in mind I traveled with kids.

Coffee machine at breakfast makes outstanding coffee. On weekends breakfast is until 11:30, weekdays until 10:30 which is very good. Washing/drying machines are available at no charge. Toiletries are of good quality.

Youth from surrounding hotels/hostels partying outside every night made it noisy to sleep with windows open. Upholstery on sofa bed had stains. One double bed would be much better than 2 single ones put together as they don't stay together but drift apart even from rolling a bit over the middle.
