Location was good. Bed was nice and firm. The room was cleaned each day. Good cupboard space.

Rooms were very small. The shower door and shower head need to be replaced. The door only covers half the length of the wall and it's impossible not to get water everywhere. The shower head does not stay in one place, and sometimes just collapses and other times shoots water all over the place.

I got exactly the same room as in the photo. The room is spacious for Barcelona and Europe standard and it is super clean. People who said that it is overpriced or small room, might compare the hotels with hotels in Southeast Asia or Eastern Europe, where standard is different. One of the best value for money hotels in Barcelona, and considering the location (you can walk 15 mins to Placa Catalunya) with easy access to bus that stops just behind the hotel, I think this is your best bet really. If youre coming from Estacio del Nord, this hotel is just 1 min away.

This hotel is located near Arc d'Triomf, close to the metro stop which gives you access to the rest of the city, and it is walking distance to the Gothic Quarter and La Rambla. Our room was small but adequate, facing the street but still quiet at night. We were able to check in a couple of hours early which we really appreciated after a long trip. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The shower is equipped with a combined body wash/shampoo dispenser which eliminates the need for those wasteful little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and you can decide how frequently you want the towels changed. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff work really hard to keep it stocked, and the tables clean and available. I would definitely stay at this hotel and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The cleanliness and tidiness of the entire property were truly impressive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Whether it was the friendly concierge who provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, or the attentive housekeeping staff who promptly fulfilled any requests, the level of service was outstanding. The hotel's location was also a major plus. Situated in a convenient and vibrant area, I had easy access to nearby attractions, shopping centers, and public transportation. Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of top-notch service, immaculate accommodations, and convenient location made it a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and comfortable stay.

Very good location, near attractions and about 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro. Many restaurants in the area where the locals eat (as opposed to tourist traps). There are quite a few good Chinese restaurants in the area. The are also supermarkets in the area. The front desk is staffed 24hrs and the building seems quite safe. The room is decently sized, there is a closet, a fridge and a safe. The bathroom is quite modern and convenient.

Only one proper chair in the room, having 2 would be nice. The shower is leaky, causing water to go outside of the shower area. The AC cools but blows out air that is quite humid, I can feel the moisture in my bedsheet in the morning.

Really nice hotel, I would stay again. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and good shower. I loved that the room was actively pet friendly, with bed, bowls, treats and a toy for my dog (there is a 25e pet fee, but this is standard and most hotels don't have a pet welcome pack!). The breakfast was nice with a lot of choice, and very good value for 8e.

No real problems - slightly odd plug placement in the room but that is common in hotels! I would note that the shower was in a high-sided bath - this was fine for us, but anyone who needs a walk-in shower or more accessible bathroom should ask.

The broken glass on the front doors was an immediate turnoff. The gym equipment is in need of some updating, repair and maintenance. The breakfast was not worth the price.

The best was the breakfast. Service and the offer was super and topp. But the best was Our Jorge, the cheef from the breakfast Service.He vas very nice, allways smiling, and trying his best.also for guests , who was a problem. Thank you Jorge. The whole hotel was very good for the money, only what was a problem , that the rooms with aircondition was to hot. Our raiting is whit everything is 10 from 10. We are comming back , because we are having also a small Pansion, and we know how the buisness is going, and how hard is working with Guests every Day and doing your best. The staff was very polite. The breakfast was good, there was something for everyone (eggs, granola, pastries, toast, etc.). The room was with a good spacial arrangement, the bathroom was big enough, room was cleaned every day. The location is perfect, only 3-5 min from a metro station.

The bathroom had some mould and I don't know if this is common in Spain, but there was no toilet brush. The pool is way too small for so many people. The cleaning staff is not really respecting the resting hours in the afternoon and are noisy when they clean other rooms.

We were very pleased with the staff, all of whom were very helpful. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, sound proof rooms and location. We were able to walk to everything as it is located near the city center. The bed was very comfortable and everything was is good condition and working order.

The pillows were uncomfortable. The rooms are very small, but we do realize that room size in Europe is much smaller than people are accustomed to who are from the US.
