Great location, easy bus ride access, especially to Camp Nou :) ... bars, restuarants and mini markets just a stone throw away.

Rooms a bit dated, needs some upgrading.

Cleanliness was 10/10. Could not be faulted in any way. We stayed for a week and change over of linen was done regularly. There was always amble fresh towels provided. Room attendants were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were fresh and bright and beautifully decorated. We looked out over the street. We felt looked after. The building itself was well maintained and reception staff welcoming. On our arrival early in the morning we dropped off our bags in their secure storage. The receptionist on that morning saw that we had a child with us and upon getting access to the room later that day we realised that he had moved us from a paid for 2 bedroom apartment to a one bedroom apartment and placed a baby cot inside the main room with us. As this was not what we had pre-booked and paid for we request to be moved from this room into a two bedroom room. The receptionist on that afternoon was helpful in correcting that for us. This could have been an issue but he took care of it. The hotel is located in a beautiful street with good food places around, a supermarket and walking distance to the main attractions and old town and beaches. On leaving one of the receptionists was really helpful in getting us a car to the airport and even kept our little daughter entertained whilst we made all of the arrangements. Really lovely guy! Our stay was comparable in prices to some really dodgy Air B&B's I had been looking at at the same time so was really happy with our decision. Thanks for having us Aparthotel Napols. From scotland.

Nice place, great location, close to a train/metro/bus stations (Arc de Triomf, Tetuan and Estació del Nord). Close to the supermarkets (30-40m).. Walking distance to a lot of places - except Park Guell. Spacious apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom and two sleeping rooms. Good wifi, two sets of keys (cards).

Absolute minimum kitchen utensils. Bathroom fittings are old and needs renovation.

The location is great. It is a 15 min walk from La Familia Sagrada and 5 min walk from Arc de Triomf. Several grocery stores are on the same block. Apartments are very spacious and clean. This booking is at a great value point. WiFi was working without any issues.

Oftentimes, there would be no one at the front desk for 15-30min intervals. Also, our last night, the loud noises were coming from the apartment above us, a if they were moving the furniture around (but this is not the fault of the property’s management).

Spacious, well suited in the city, huge apartment for 4. New dishwasher, enough utensils - dishes, cups, glasses, mugs, etc. MW oven, toaster, oven, stove. Nice and good heating. Fast boiler with enough volume for the hot water with decent flow and pressure. Good beds and mattress, clean white sheets, big pillows, nice duvet. Very well organized and lightning - it's really very bright. Enough switches to control every lamp from almost everywhere. Nice night lamps with touch control and USB ports. The bathroom is good, spacious, with a bidet and toilet, bath, huge mirror and a big sink. The shower is new, spreading the water fine.

Was not clean and not cleaned daily. Some old furniture - wardrobes. But enough, spacious, lots of hangers. The flooring is from polished natural stone tiles and every garbage is easily seen. Keeps the feet cold - need slippers. The bath and the sanitary was clean, but needs some fixes and small renovations.

The apartment is large, very comfortable and clean. The photos look like the rooms are a bit dated, but actually it is not bad. Very good location, close to major attractions and beach, all within 20 mins walks. And there are many super stores, restaurants in the area to make things easier. Safe community. We enjoy our stay,recommended.

The apartment face the street is very noisy at night. If you are sensitive to the city noise, you may want to request an internal one.

Apartment was very clean. Big rooms and very clean bathroom. The living room was spacious and we had a huge balcony going all the way across our apartment. Perfect. Location was great, Ark di Triumph station metro was great to get to the square or las rambles. You can buy a "Hola" card for 22 Euros for 72 hours. Gets you to and from the airport and you can use it on all metro links to get around Barcelona. Way worth the money! Had some exceptional tapas too down the gothic quarter. Loved the apartments, and the staff. Opposite, is a lovely traditional Spanish cafe. Serves amazing coffee and pastries. Plus there is a huge Mercadona next to the hotel to get food and drinks for your apartment.

Everything is exactly as you can see in the pictures. The staff is really nice and helpful, the rooms are clean. We were travelling with a baby, we double check where we go, and I can say we felt safe at this place. There was a crib, as promissed. The location is good - you need 15 minutes by foot to La Ramblas street, but it's far away enough from large groups of tourists. You can see a bit of real Barcelona life in this area. I recommend considering local restaurants and coffee shops, they are nice and less crowded.

Huge spacious apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. 15 min walk to sagrada familia. I booked a 1 bedroom but surprised to be given a 2 bed when I got to the room. Air con worked well. Almost too well where it got pretty cold I needed to turn off. Then got too warm during the night. Baby cot in the room was broken but I asked reception for replacement and it was replaced within 5 mins.

Noisy street at points but didn’t stop me sleeping well. The apartment smelt of weed at some points of the night from neighbouring room.

Large size, airconditioned apartment with elevator. Small balcony with small supermarkets by nearby. Needs inventory of utensils and other requirements needed in apartment for comfort.

Needs inventory of kitchen utensils and oven and microwave dishes as it is lacking many required to cook. Our balcony door did not lock and a curtain or balcony cover in living room is necessary, and when asked reception the lock it was not repaired. We used our outside shutter for security but it made the room dark. Also a clothes airer is required to dry washing on balcony. With extra thought to contents this will be a good comfortable apartment.
