Awesome location, great property, very close to the beach, very comfortable apartment. The shower and water pressure were off the charts great and the people who run the location are very, very nice. We were originally thinking about staying more towards the central city but the location was great and you could very easily get a taxi to the city in 10-15 minutes. There are a lot of taxis that pass by the property so you really didn't have to wait long at all for that.

It was very hot and the air condition settings wouldn't let you go a little lower. You also need to take out your trash at the end of the stay, not a big deal but it is a professional run apartment buildings with a cleaning crew so would prefer to not have to deal with that. I'd also prefer to have digital codes versus having to carry around keys and you need to meet within a certain time window to get the keys.

Modern, clean and spacious, plenty of utilities and close to the beach and bus stops.

Pool on the small side and not amazingly clean but still very lovely to have. There was noise at nighttime from people coming in late but luckily our bedroom was at the end of the building.

When I was able to pickup the keys at 10am everyone was very helpful, kind, and did whatever they could to make us comfortable; which I liked. Staff were very helpful, discussed options on places to go, provided maps, and other things like cables to the TV needed to connect my computer.

I spoke with someone who called me and said that I could pickup my keys at 6am, upon arrival no one was there and when I called and spoke with an available person they said there was nothing they could do; and that I would have to wait until 10am. So I waited with my wife and son until 10am at a coffee shop that luckily was open. I hated the keys to get into the apartment if I had to mention something that was a big dislike; I had to spend a great deal of time each time I opened my apartment door.

Fabulous apartment. Probably the most equipped apartment for cooking and family we have ever stayed in. Ours was very big, clean and secure. Staff were very helpful and additional supplies for cleaning was brought with no fuss. Easy check in and support if needed. The pool was clean and lots of roof space to sun bath. Great location for public transport and local Pobleneu is amazing for food and local vibe. Will definitely be back to stay here

Only comment would be to add some deck chairs to the roof top as it’s a tad uncomfortable on the decking and also a safety hazard with the steps for children near the pool.

Really great apartments close to the beach and metro for getting into central Barcelona. The accommodation itself was in really good condition and perfect for a couple sharing. There was a number of toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods etc already supplied which was massively appreciated. The windows have double blinds which was a nice touch to allow us to sleep a bit longer rather than be woken up early with a south facing window. The pillows were also decent which is always a sticking point for us when we go away - we both had a really comfortable sleep. The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond on a WhatsApp message provided on check in. You are also able to get beach towels and parasols for free from reception for the beach which was a nice surprise and meant we didn’t need to buy.

The only down side was the pool on the roof is quite small so we didn’t use as others were in it. It’s comparable to other hotel rooftop pools we looked at though.

Apartment furnished in a modern, essential way, neutral colors. Excellent cleanliness. Excellent condition of the apartment. Generous sized bathroom. There is a washing machine with dryer function. Also included is an ironing board, dishwasher, hob and all the crockery and kitchen accessories you might need. Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and promenade where you will find restaurants and a nightclub (Pasha). Less than 10 minutes on foot you will also find the L4 metro stop which allows you to easily reach practically every place of the city. Private parking available for a fee. Excellent welcome and assistance.

Better to bring a hairdryer because it is not very powerful and has an automatic shut-off device after a few minutes of use. In the absence of a balcony, it would be better to have a real dryer, because the clothes still remain a little damp. However, a clothesline is provided and by leaving the air conditioning on, you will find the clothes dry when you come back in the evening.

Top location, great appartment especially for families with children.

Only 1 small remark is that it would be nice to have a vacuum cleaner in the room to do some cleaning yourself during the stay.

Beautiful apartment, clean and welcoming, great location and has everything you need, very quiet apartment block and we were greeted at reception with a warm welcome. We couldn't work the plug in the bathroom and thought it was stuck, so sent a whatsapp to reception and someone came to look at it in minutes ! Turns out it wasn't stuck at all and we just hadn't spotted the lever at the back of the tap. Would highly recommend for families and couples. Great area.

Some of the blinds were a little worn, but we managed so not a problem.

Very nice location, just next to the beach (which is awesome), has 2 very close bus stations that takes you to the centre. The room was fairly clean, all appliances were functional. Answer mostly very fast and politely on WhatsApp, the staff who helped us booked a taxi to the airport was extremely friendly and helpful.

The sea view room only has a peek at the sea, it’s doesn’t face the beach and sea directly, the description is deceptive on this. They should have offered these kind of rooms for a lower price than the direct sea-view rooms. One staff was not particularly friendly, others were great tho.

Apartment wasnt super clean when we got there, it required additional cleaning after we reported the issue. Additionally we received the keys a bit later than expected. Fridge was off and it was hard to turn it on We struggled to turn hot water under the shower - it was really hard to regulate the water properly, we needed help from the staff
