The location next to the beach, transport and stores. It was quiet.( Some noise from the staircase next to the small bedroom) It was confortable

The staff which technically do not exist. There is someone to collect the money or the key. There is no one to guide you there. It was not very clean and the facilities were very...weird. ( difficult to use) AFTER I' ve made the reservation I saw that there is a big tax for check-in after 19.00.. If you are with little kids like me, is unpleasant to go somwherelse to take the key, making phonecalls in the night to some secutrity guy. And all of these for 30 euros extra tax for late check-in.

The apartment is located in a fabulous neighborhood! Extremely close to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and bars so the night life is very active, but at 00.30 am all restaurants close their doors and the street becomes quite enough to have a good sleep. Bus and subway stops are close so if you want to get a walk in the city center, it's a very simple ride. Small supermarkets are practically everywhere, and if you walk 15 min you can even reach a Carrefour which has lower prices and more products. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathrooms are quite comfortable, e bonus was to have 2 bathrooms in the apartment. Nice balcony with small table to drink something after beach time was just perfect for us. The staff of Lugaris has been very helpful and very responsive when questions were asked. Definitely coming back again very soon.

The boiler has low capacity, so if you are a family or a group of friends, you need to be very quick with the shower otherwise someone is getting a cold one. The double bed mattress could have been a more comfortable, maybe change mattresses more often could be an idea.

location near the beach added to the city flavor Host was very helpful and friendly Corner unit overlooking Las Ramblas Small balcony only 2 could be out at a time, but it is better than nothing and we spent a lot of time out there Location was perfect for the "action" there is noise at night, late night, and early morning (t takes one motorcycle to rip or banging car stereo)- it really never bothered us; we were aware of that before booking. I would choose the same unit again

access to the building was tricky- 1st the key to get into the building was finicky. It took 15 minutes to unlock (this was a physical "key") yes, we were jet lagged but we all tried and were unable to do it... I finally got it wowza... The key to the unit was a code, after entering the code you "turned" the knob which was like a safe dial- this took another 5+ minutes as it kept turning but would not open. Super frustrating to say the least. but we finally did it. We spent time practicing our entry there is a learning curve Not sure how to use the dryer....

The property is located in an amazing place - very close to the beach and surrounded by small stores, all types of restaurants (including vegan for my wife), convenient distance to the metro (if you use or need one), and plenty of taxi services. The apartment was modern and clean, with a little balcony for morning coffee, a well-equipped kitchen with appliances, a washing machine, and comfortable beds. We stayed on the 4th floor - no problem, an elevator was available. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and this neighborhood. The location is about 5~7 metro stations away from the center of Barcelona, providing a 5-minute walk to a beach. The reception desk is conveniently located about 3~5 minutes walk from the property and they are nice and supportive.

I can't complain about anything major. The apartment, location, and services provided by the Lugaris were really on a very high professional level. We were very satisfied and would like to come back to the same location in the future.

The apartament was great. It was clean, we had all the facilities that we needed (ironing, dish washer, towels etc) the beds were so confortable and the balcony was perfect. Also the location of the accomodation was great as we were super close to everything, bus stop, subway, pubs, supermarkets (we had at least 2 near us at 2-3 meters from the location), restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream shop etc. We will definetly stay here again when we'll be back in Barcelona, cuz just like the beautiful Sagrada, our trip in Barcelona it's unfinished as we have so much more to see and visit :)

Tastefully furnished and very comfortable apartment in a superb location. Well equipped and it was great having the 2 bathrooms. A few minutes walk to the beach and beautiful walks along the sea front. Overlooking the beautiful Rambla de Poblenou with lots of cafés, shops & great restaurants on the doorstep without being too noisy at night. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by. By far the best apartment we've had in Barcelona.

The chairs on the balcony weren't the most comfortable. Apart from that everything else was spot on.

Apartment was really nice, clean, spacious with balcony. Area also has a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. Location is also handy as there is easy access to public transport.

Check in process was quick however they didn't give us the main-door keys so we had to return to the reception to get them. Reception is about 10min walk from actually place. AC in room was not working, not enough towels and you can only get into the apartment with your phone as it's a keyless entry therefore relying on phone signal and battery was important.

I loved the fact the property had a terrace. It did not matter the sun did reach it. The terrace at the rear of the apartment allowed me to be away from the noise of the Ramblas in the evening. The girls from Lugaris (Natalia) who greeted me where so warm, friendly and ultimately professional. A real asset to Lugaris.

I loved everything about the apartment. Being close to theRamblas is always going to be busy with people socialising/noisy. The apartment on Fernando Poo was so much quieter love the location during the day:))

Beautiful apartment. Very clean, modern and everything you need is there . Coffee and a bottle of water for your arrival . I would recommend the place and certainly will go back again as it’s not far from the beach . The ladies at the reception next day when we went to check in were lovely . We had a wonderful time in Lugaris Rambla. Thank you very much .

Our flight was delayed so we arrived after 7 pm and had to pay €30 more . Well that wasn’t a problem, however we were a bit disappointed that the lady who hand us the keys, left us alone to find the apartment by just explaining us that it was 2 blocks away and on the right . Well in the dark and obviously tired from the trip we didn’t find it straight away ,

Sleeping: Good two single beds, one double beds so it can easily sleep four. Food: many many good places to eat out within a short walking distance. Supermarket: Condis and other grocery stores are within a few mins of walk.

Noise: property is at the heart of Ramblas so expect some noise up until 1am, wasn’t too loud though.
