The location was great - 3 minutes from the beach, 10-15 minutes from the metro station. A lot of supermarkets around. It was always quite around the hotel but a lot of activity happening on the beach like runners, cyclists, there was a football pitch where athletes were training etc. The room however was super small, there only room for one person to walk between the bed and the wall. It was being cleaned everyday which was super nice.

The location is great, anext to the nice beach, metro is 7 min walk. The area has many cafes and restaurants. The hotel is clean, the room is big and bed is comfortable. Also it was good to have minibar in the room. We liked everything.

the location of hotel is very close to the beach and also has very good bus connections (bus H16) to plaza espanya/ plaza catalunya, bus stop 2mins from hotel by walking. metro station Poblenou is 10min by walking. in the complete hotel is very good/fast wifi connection. friendly and supported staff.

staff were very friendly. it was by the sea, with beautiful views. The balcony was lovely to have, even though I didn’t use it. The room was clean and comfortable, with good black out blinds. When I arrived there was a plate of bread, cheese, tomato, salami, olive oil and a complimentary 1l bottle of water. I was starving when I arrived, so this was a very welcome feast!!

I chose a hotel by the sea, away from the business of the city centre for the quiet. I had stayed in the Barcelona Princess before and the silence was amazing. However, the motor way 70m-100m away, was very noisy all night. There was no sound proofing on the windows, so it meant very poor sleep. This was very disappointing, as this is the sole reason for choosing this location….. the silence. So I was exhausted after my 2 night stay.

The hotel room was fresh and clean with not a hint of dust anywhere. The bedding was crisp and freshly pressed. There were 2 beautiful luxury robes and slippers provided as well. There was a nice bottle of water in the room every day. There was even a refrigerator. Now the breakfast! This hotel provided the most beautiful breakfast I have ever had at any hotel I have ever stayed at. We were served fresh fruits, a variety of fresh baked breads, cereals, eggs, meats, fresh juices, a variety of coffees, teas, and waters. Everything was awesome. The location was perfect as well because it is across the street from the most beautiful beach in Barcelona. Everything was within walking distance from the hotel: shopping, restaurants, and a Pharmacy was just steps away.

The hotel could have done better by opening up the outdoor patio so the guests could sit under the umbrellas at the tables and read or listen to music while watching the children playing on the playground, Also, the playground "park" was also the dog park. But I did notice that the dog parents did pick up after their dogs.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and proper in the room and in the hotel. Very nice and good cleaning ladies. Calmfors and quiet area and hotel. Location very near the beach. Not to far to the Subway. Nice restaurant and bar area near the location. Water boiler in the room, which is very important for me when booking a hotel. Easy to rent bikes on the street and bike along the board walk.

The water boiler only came with decaffinated coffee. I asked specifically to get coffinated coffee, but they didn't have it. I had to buy that in the machine in the reception för 2 euro per cup.

Wonderful staff with warm greetings and great knowledge. Walking distance from bus and metro. 7-10 min walk to beach. The stay was comfortable and the room with a balcony was a good option to go for. Decent size for Europe. Housekeeping extremely effective. Enjoyed the breakfast - very good. Scooters and bicycles to rent in the lobby. Quite a few quant restaurants within walking distance. Good for a beer, sangria and lunch/dinner. AWESOME welcome plate of snacks in the room - very very cool

The bedding was strange - pillows and duvet covers just slip on.. no buttons to keep them secure over the inners. Bed was slightly uncomfortable.. but not bad. The location of the hotel is in a more residential/business area - so no real 'Spain' feeling to it. However, close to public transport to get you to the necessary tourist sites.

The hotel was great, the room was nice and cozy, it was clean and it looked exactly like it does look in the pictures. Bathroom was clean and modern too. The location was good, 10 minutes away from the metro station and less than one minute away from the beach. Poblenou is a calm and nice neighborhood. Although it is not super central, you can easily get to the city centre by metro, or if you prefer to walk by the sea it takes around 40-50 minutes to get there. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good value for the money, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

The shower pressure. It was so low that washing your hair was almost impossible. If you stay only a few days and don’t have to wash your hair, it is ok. Otherwise…it could get problematic.
