Nice spacious room with large wardrobe to unpack properly. Had beach view which was lovely!

booked this hotel for rooftop pool, for end of long trip to relax by, unfortunately the area is 100% smoke friendly so a relaxing lie in the sun included being inundated with cigarette smoke. no non smoking area provided for those that don’t smoke which I thought was poor

I had a very nice and spacious room containing everything I could possibly need: A comfortable bed, a small fridge, a safe, a kettle, a bath, an ocean view from my window, and all within walking distance to the beach, the metro and a decent supermarket. What I also really appreciated with this hotel was that you were given the option to not have your room cleaned every day! Apart from it saving on the environment (I really do not need fresh towels and sheets every day), it more importantly meant that I had access to my room all day without having to worry about housekeeping wanting to get in at some (usually inconvenient) moment. I wish more hotels could offer this option!

The only thing I can find to complain about (and why I do not give a 10) is that there was quite a lot of noice coming in from the street at night. The windows were single glazing and far from soundproof...

First of all - the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! There was so much choice!!!! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and modern with a huge bed!!!! The location was good too! There are many bus stops close by, restaurants, a big shopping centre, supermarkets, and most importantly for us, a good beach!!! The beach was only a few min walk away and the one just opposite the hotel was the best one!! We didn't try out the swimming pool on the roof top so I cannot say anything about that, but we did go to the gym once and it was not busy, very well air conditioned and clean! It had basic equipment, nevertheless, we had a good workout! All in all, we had a really great stay!!!

The location was excellent. We attended the Primavera music festival and it was within a 10 minute walk of the grounds (Parc del Forum) so perfect location. The beach was a 2 minute walk away so perfect. The bed was enormous and very comfortable, we loved it.

As with any hotel / apartment, the price was quite steep due to the festival, but that was to be expected. Not really any other things we didn't like other than that the pool was freezing cold, but the surface area of the roof terrace was extremely large which would have been fantastic if you were looking to sunbathe.

We mainly liked the location close to one of Barcelona's less crowded beach and away from the central tourist areas. We looked for a restaurant on our phones but walking a couple of hundred meters down the road found three or four very acceptable eating places and one particularly good sea food restaurant. The Galician baked clams were a wonder! For the first time we booked a taxi for our departure to the airport through Booking.com and that worked perfectly.

We were disappointed by the swimming pool and louging area. The photograph on the web site didn't prepared us for the crowd partying in the pool and most of the loungers occupied. Maybe that was just because it was a Sunday evening.

Nice open sun area with sun beds, towels small pool and refreshments. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast selection. Small but good gym equipment and sauna. The hotel overlooks the sea (across the road) where you can walk up to the W hotel - about 4.5km, pass loads of beach cages and restaurants. Although hotel is slightly out of the main city area, it’s quieter, plus there are loads of buses and walking distance to Ramblas de Poblenou with plenty of restaurants. Westfield is also quite close.

It was full yet peaceful and quiet as I had the sauna and gym to myself every morning. It was 8 minutes from Mercado supermarket, it had a beautiful pool and lounge although I went during April and it was too cold to use but would love to go back and use it in summer. Staff were friendly and professional. They had electric scooters for borrow for use although I didn't get a chance. Beach front and could see the sea from our room. Environmentally conscious shampoo and shower gel brand etc and energy saving keycards for the room which activate the electricity so you don't leave lights on and waste energy! First time seen! Great.

Not much to dislike.

The staff was very friendly, very helpful, quick. They helped with a smile, friendliness and politeness. They made us feel welcome and at ease. The view was wonderful from the 11th floor. The breakfast was good, but not very varied.

The restaurant is very small for the size of the hotel. Breakfast was good, but not very varied. The window could only open for like 10 cm. I understand it must be for safety reasons on the 11th floor but still could use some more fresh air. The curtains were very dusty which for someone with dust allergy like me could cause some unpleasant moments.

Great location for the event we were attending. The rooftop bar and pool are great for lounging during the day, when there are staff working the bar. However, you can also order room service here when there are no staff. Limited but delicious menu. Big room with a view of the sea. There is also a gym and sauna to make use of.

The Barcelo app was a bit clunky with some orders never being received / acknowledged. This was infrequent though and there is an option to phone for room service instead.

Fantastic hotel !! It was my 40 th birthday trip !! The room was a bit small but they kindly upgraded me !! Receptionist was great !! Hotel staff are smiling and always say hi !! Bed is so comfortable and location is great !!breakfast was great and loats of options .

As room have been just refurbished it haven’t been put a full length mirror in a room !! As a girl getting dresses for a night out is a must !! Shower and a toilet by the pool !! Need to go downstairs sadly !!
