The apartment was perfect and exactly as described. Location was a little far from the main attractions in the Gothic Quarters however we were aware of this when booking the room ! Place was clean. Had AC which was amazing for the week we were there in the heat. Front desk was easy to deal with. Overall very nice facility would happily return. 10 minute walk to the beach and about a 30 minute walk into the Gothic Quarters.

What wasn't described very well on the website and caught me off guard was the city charge that came along with the booking. I personally did not find that info anywhere on the booking website, and then upon arrival we were told the price was wrong and it was actually higher then the website stated. Well it was a little late to look for other places and so we just ended up paying it but it made quite the price difference on our total bill from what I was quoted. Besides that we had no other complaints about this place.

The location was excellent. 3 minutes to the subway, supermarkets nearby, 15 minutes to the beach. You can even reach some tourist attractions on foot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We also liked the two separate bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable.

The apartment had some shortcomings. The shower door was hanging out, the sink had a crack and especially the bathroom should have been cleaned more thoroughly.

The location was perfect for Primavera Sound, a few stops on the Metro. Lots of places to eat in Poblenou at walking distance (4 blocks away). The room (B3) itself was immaculate, spacious and enough to accommodate 4 people as there was a pull-out sofa-bed. The added bonus was the fully-kitted kitchenette and the private terrace which meant that we could do laundry and quickly dry it outside. Floor to ceiling windows meant that we had plenty of light coming in but with the blackout curtains you could have sleep anytime in the day. The Hotel staff was lovely and made us feel welcome throughout the night.

The walls are thin and no sound-proofing as we could easily hear people going up the stairs and having normal conversations in their rooms. We were very careful playing music from our phones/iPad and pulling chairs across the floor. The shower was also too narrow and awkward to step under the shower head. Being 6'3 (195cm) tall, there was a towel rail that I kept banging my head on due to the narrow space. The apartment was very spacious and the bathroom could easily have been designed bigger as there was plenty of space to steal from the Kitchenette and living room.

Staff helped us with storing our bags, providing extra accessories and were always polite. Easy access to the property. The room was spacious and well designed. Located right next to a metro station that takes you right to the beach and Las Rambla

Excellent location-easy commute to the local attraction. Eateries and the tube station were within a stone's throw of the apartment. Appreciated the Kitchen/Breakfast kit and the Cleaning Kit.

A recommendation would be to install a shower cubicle and put up some hooks in the bathroom to hang-up towels.

Beautiful spacious & clean rooms, good location (3min to the metro & 20-30 min walk to Sagrada. The staff was very helpful and polite. We have not used the pool but it looks lovely too. good value for money! We had an amazing time and if I ever will go back to Barcelona I will definitely book this hotel again. Thank you 😊

We booked family room and it was fab but it would had been even better if the toilet was separated from the shower and have a separate entrance.

great location, only 10 minute walk to the beach or other shops, restaurants and stores. Clean room with all amenities needed. very helpful staff.

Could hear lots of street noise early in the morning and occasionally people coming home from partying late at night.

The apartment was planned very well with the bathrooms. We also got a small kit with some kitchen supplies (like tea, coffee, salt and pepper). we only stayed one night and didn’t use the kitchen, but it was a nice token. Close to nice area with restaurants and cafés and also close to a subway station and the beach.

A little pricy for one night, even though during the summer holidays. The pool on the roof was very small.

Self-Checkin was very simple. The staff was very helpful, supporting and friendly. They answered all my questions and request. We weren't very happy with our executive room we got first. And they did everything possible to change us to another executive room, which met our expectations. The room has enough space and everything you need to cook some meals. A starter-kit contains essential stuff like dish trash bag, soap, dishwashing tab, instant coffee (decaf), tea, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. It also have enough space for 4 people and is well equipped. The bed is comfy, while the sleeping sofa is acceptable for a trip. It is very fast and convenient to get into the city. The metro Llacuna is very close to the hotel as well as some other bus stops.

The apartment is not fully soundproof and some of the other guests didn't stick to quiet hours after 10pm. So on unlucky days, we had to listen to some wash machines until midnight or some drunk people ringing our bell non-stop in the middle of the night (2/3am). But that is not the fault of the hotel or staff. Unfortunately, pool hours are limited to 10am-6pm, so we didn't manage to get into the pool. cause most of the times we left before 10am and came back after 6pm. So longer pool hours would have been nice as well as check-in hours. Since check-in/reception is just available from 10.30am-6pm otherwise you have to self-checkin or go to the main hotel place, which is a little bit far away from this hotel.

Love the location, very close to the beach and super cool hood of Poblenou Huge flat with good style

A bit noisy sometime, noise from other guests and the street very noisy in the morning. Unfortunately very expensive
