very clean and spacious rooms. a room service is tiding and changing towels daily. powerful hot shower and well equipped kitchenette. Excellent location of the premises with a wonderful grocery shop and bakery just next door, and metro station only 3min walk.

all was lovely

There was a wide selection of food for breakfasts. We liked it. The location was good. Right next to the hotel is a big supermarket, lots of cafes and easy access to metro.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Barcelona within close walking distance to attractions and main transport hubs. I was there with my mother and daughter and felt perfectly safe walking in the evenings in the neighborhood. The hotel staff is kind, efficient and ready to help with whatever need. The decor is a little dated but everything is clean and they are well staffed and very friendly. We would gladly stay again. It is perfect for families or individuals that have high standards but are also traveling on a fixed budget.

Rooms were clean and well proportioned. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

We needed an accessible bathroom for one member of our party but the only rooms with walk-in showers were on the 8th floor and the lift only went to the 7th. If he wasn't able to manage the flight of stairs, he would have been in a room where he couldn't wash himself properly. There should be at least 1 room per floor with a walk- in shower. We had requested an accessible bathroom in our initial booking but we were never told that it wasn't possible without taking some stairs.

It was clean and well presented. the bedding /linen was very comfortable. Always handy to have shower gel and toiletries provided. close to metro the kitchen washing up kit was great.

shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower would be much appreciated. basic kitchen supplies weren’t supplied - these really would be helpful. oil and salt as a minimum. coffee machine was not reliable. coffee machine in reception also wasn’t working. fridge froze all our food on the first night - although this was fixed the next day our food was already spoiled and we had to buy more. an offer of free breakfast would have been appreciated.

Location - Short walk from Rocafort metro station and nearby buss stations - nice safe neighborhood - plenty of restaurants, fast foods , cafes and a nice supermarket right next to the hotel The staff - very helpful, always doing their best, Spanish or Catalan being the preferred language, but also doing a decent job in manny other languages: English, French, Italian, and probably Russian too. The room - very modern looking, minimalist furniture, all in good condition - a fully functional kitchenette, appliances and cutlery altogether, corkscrew included. - hairdryer in the bathroom, a safe in the room, practically four-star amenities. - air-conditioning also very effective on warming - breakfast was nice, stilish location, quality food.

Location was perfect. Close to tourist attractions and amenities, right next to a large supermarket and an organic shop together with so many little cafes. Hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. My daughter left her phone in the taxi on the first day and the manager of the hotel helped us to reach the driver and we got our phone back! Thank you so much!

Would be lovely to have basic household items like salt and pepper, washing up liquid, handwash, etc in the kitchen and a small bottle of milk for tea/ coffee.

Excellent location, Spacious bedroom/lounge with sofa. Very basic kitchen, adequate for minimal cooking. Proper wine glasses! Comfortable bed but pillow too thick for me. Quality towels. Top quality supermarket next door, with good choice of ready prepared meals. Staff attentive and helpful with advice and directions.

A hook in the bathroom. Smaller dinner/tea plates to fit in the microwave. Lack of workspace in the kitchen needs some ingenuity to prepare any food. Showering without hair washing is a bit challenging with the fixed shower head but an excellent shower.

We spent two times 2 nights in two different rooms as a family of 4. Rooms were spacious enough, the first room faced into the building court, the second one was street facing. + Rooms were clean. + Bathrooms clearly dated but OK and most importantly, clean. Hot water in the morning and evening. Water chlorined but still drinkable. + Both rooms had a balcony. + Noise from other rooms was faintly audible, especially door banging, but all-in-all negligable. Noise from outside was not audible with balcony door closed. We had no trouble sleeping with open balcony door. + The mattresses of the double beds were very good (stiff), the mattresses of the kids beds (1x bunk beds, 1x expandable sofa) were also fine. (I hat nothing more than soggy-soft mattresses.) + The reception is staffed 24hours a day, and staff was always very helpful and friendly (and spoke at least 4 languages between them). + Luggage can be kept in luggage room even after check-out (very helpful when you travel only later in the day). + Hotel is in a very convenient area, with a big supermarket two doors down, a bio supermarket and several bakeries, cafes and nice restaurants in very short walking distances. Metro station ROCAFORT is just down the street and the tourist bus lines go through Placa Espanya, which is also in walking distance (10 minutes, or one stop with the metro).
