It was well located, clean and very practical

We didn’t like the fact that we booked for 5 people, but the space is actually to little for 5 people. The team offered us an additional room for 1 night and a change to a different location for the 2 remaining nights, which we we very much appreciated, but wasn’t practical for us. We also expected a common outside terrace as the Fotos suggest, but there wasn’t.

Great apartment close to plaza d’espanya. The apartments are big enough for a couple, kitchen is well equipped and beds are very comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely use this apartment again when in Barcelona for work.

The outdoor patio space is phenomenal!

Shower water pressure is low and temperature fluctuates wildly.

This property is in a very good neighbourhood and well situated for transit ( metro is next door) and the buses run right by the front door. The street is a wide elegant avenue with good stores (grocery nearby) The staff were very accommodating about directions, advice to getting to other places, etc. The rooms were quite adequate and the beds were comfortable. We cooked the evening meals there and the kitchen is well equipped.

The apartments were renovated about 10 years ago and we felt that there were a few details that would help finish the job. The closets lacked shelves at heights that were useful and one bedroom had a hanger rod that was way too high, so this needs more thought. Nothing that really marred the stay though.

The apartments were centrally located for travelling to Monmeló for the F1 weekend, followed by a few days at playing tourists. We had a balcony room, which we used every evening to wind down, prior to the next days fun. The staff were always polite and friendly, offering an 'hola' every time we passed reception.

Some people may struggle with the stairs if they are on a higher floor. We were on the fifth floor, but relished the opportunity to get a few extra steps in, so not really a negative point. Can't really fault anything.

This property was in a quiet neighborhood, not in the main area of town. Luckily it is steps away from a Metro stop. The metro in Barcelona is exceptionally easy to use. There is a Super Mercat nearby where we could purchase water and other snacks. We appreciated the air conditioning, large refrigerator and freezer, and black out shades in the unit. Importantly, there is a lift which came in very handy with our numerous pieces of luggage as we were on the sixth floor. Overall the property was quiet. We arrived before our room was ready and the front desk staff helped us put our luggage in locked storage. The front desk staff also provided us with a map of town and suggestions about where to eat and sites to see.

We arrived before our room was ready and, although luggage storage was available, we did not receive any notification when our room was finally available. We also found it incredibly odd that we were responsible for taking out all the garbage to a dumpster on the street.

We were greeted by Julia who was very friendly and welcoming. We were a bit early and she inquired if the apartment happened to be clean already and it was so. We would have been happy to wait, but it was really nice to get in early and get settled.

I like to keep the place clean while I am there and the provided cleaning supplies could be a bit better and more. When we asked, we were provided (again by the very friendly Julia) with an extra dishwasher tab and some bin bags no problem, but I think providing some more of these items to start with would be great. The cleaning cloth in the kit is really not great as it barely absorbs.

Clean, confortable, near fira Barcelona. Spacious, with lots of light, perfect if you are traveling as a family and want to stay close but not give up comfort. Also comfortable for work trips since you have a spacious table. You can see a video of the apartment on my IG: @mercarbajo

I had problems with the access key and I couldn't enter the room (they are deactivated relatively easily) they solved it with the 24-hour telephone at reception. It doesn't have breakfast, but there is a bar very close with good pastries and coffee ;)

Stayed here for seven nights and loved our stay. Spacious and clean with all the amenities. This apartment is like a home away from home. Fully equipped kitchen with big fridge&freezer. There’s also a washing machine with dryer. Excellent location right beside the metro station and airport bus (day&night). There’s a little supermarket a few doors down and plenty of restaurants, bakeries and other shops around all at walking distance.

The only problems we had was with other guests not being considerate. We had to walk up to the fourth floor because some guests didn’t close to elevator door and one night our neighbours were very loud until 2am.

Location is central and well connected with metro station within 50m. Apartment was clean, bed was large and comfortable with good service.

Property was cleaned only once in 7 days without additional charge. Checking instruction should be more clear. They should explicitly mention to dial xyz from gate of building to contact reception. Elevator is not very comfortable to get in and out with luggage.
