Look no more. THIS is the hotel to stay in Barcelona! First of all, the location cannot be any better! the metro station is 1 min from the entrance, the neighborhood is beautiful with a really nice vibe and some of the nicest tapas bars of the city. Everything is walking distance if you like to walk. the room is amazing, spacious, with the most comfortable bed and a little balcony that gets you the best sunlight in the morning. But above all.. the room and the hotel is spotless clean! I mean, it’s probably one of the cleanest hotels you will ever stay in. BIG thank you and congrats to the maids. thank you Chi team, you’ve been amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chi Hotel. - Friendly Staff - Perfect size room - Aircon - Swimming pool (very small) but does the job. - Rooms have mini fridge - Easy accessible Felt very welcome and safe at Chi Hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable which can be very rare in a hotel. Room was perfect. The hotel is about a 20 Minute walk into Les Ramblas or there is a metro 100m down from hotel front. We did not eat in hotel so cannot comment. Over all would definitely return and 100% recommend this hotel to others.

Everything was perfect. Location is great, there is metro station near and also if you decide to walk the center is close.If you want to go to the beach you can go with metro like 10 min with metro. Breakfast was also great. The staff were very polite and very kind. Lets get to the best part, the room. It was clean and everything is new in the room. It is spacious and bathroom was very good. Rooms has everything that you need and that you have at home. Everytime i go to Barcelona i know where i will stay.

Ok location, metro stop was only 1min away. Aerobus from El Prat airport to the hotel took only 30mins door to door. Very clean room and excellent air conditioning. Rooftop pool was amazing around siesta time to enjoy the sun and cool off in the small pool. I am very allergic to mold, dust and VOC, and had no trouble staying at this hotel. Comfy bed.

We arrived at 13:00 and needed to work, the receptionist told us that we can check in at 14:00 and that she will tell us when our room is ready so we stayed at the lobby. The room was not ready at 14:00. :( It was 14:40 and we saw her check in some other guests, so I went to ask if we can finally check in now and it seemed like she forgot about us again. Didn’t apologize and her energy overall was weird. Very bad first impression. Got assigned first floor room so the noises from the street were loud. Toilet sink didnt flush well. No fridge.

Super clean and very spacious! Beds were comfortable for a three night stay. Has a pool. Near Rocaport metro.

Walls are NOT as soundproof as they claim. We could hear banging at 3 am, which interrupted our sleep. In addition, please note the room comes with very basic toiletries—2in1 shampoo and body wash and a small bar of soap. I requested body lotion and conditioner and they said they did not have any to offer but there was a store near by. Pool is small.

The location was perfect, the room itself was big, cozy and clean. We stayed for 3 nights and the towels were replaced every day. The tv in the room can access to Netflix and Youtube, which was very convenient for us.

When we did the check in on first day afternoon, the lady at the reception was not very friendly. She keep showing impatient attitude. what upset us the most was that after we made the payment by credit card, she directly throught the receipt at us without even looking at us. We never said nor done anything unrespectful to this lady, and the action she made was pretty rude. This is a wonderful hotel that I would be more than happy to recommend my friends but I do hope they have better trained reception staffs.

they regulate the building temperature from a central location and customers cannot control the room temperature. the owner made a decision to wait until a specific date to allow for a/c

Spotless Hotel. Rooms are bright and very modern with a fantastic rain shower. Very fast check in and check out. Staff always polite and helpful. Perfect location. 9 minutes or so walk from magic fountains. Metro straight outside which in our opinion was the easier way of getting around Barcelona with 11 tickets/ rides for 11 euros (one can be used per person) Spoilt for choice of cafes, supermarkets and restaurants around. What a fantastic stay at the Chi hotel and Barcelona.

We didn't try breakfast so can't give an opinion on this but perhaps a bar/ cafe would be nice downstairs as just a vending machine but this is obviously to save costs. Pool is very small and more of a plunge pool with deck chairs. Some seats/ tables up on the rooftop would have been nice but fresh towels everyday and a lovely spot to relax!

Very clean and modern, good size room, gorgeous bathroom. Feels as though it exceeds it's 3 star rating. Good value for money and would stay here again.

Two single beds pushed together which can be uncomfortable. Pool is more if a small plunge pool, but that didn't bother me much. Everything else was great.

Everything was clean and the walls insulated. The cleaning staff does their job very well. New furniture and utilities. Close to public transport.
