The location was great! The apt was clean and spacious. The building was beautiful.

Really close to metro station, easy access to main attractions. Big enough for us to enjoy without feeling cramped. App with details for check in details and how to get there, plus some attractions. Easy communication with the host on whatsapp. Despite what other comments are saying, if you put the whole address on Google or Waze, it gets you to the right location, we didn't have problems locating or accessing the building. We were able to leave our luggage at another location while visiting the city, since we had a morning flight and the apartment wasn't ready yet.

One of the rooms had a really squeaky bed, it was impossible to move without making noise. In the same room the heat wasn't working. The check in message said that for stays longer than 3 nights we get clean up every 2 days. It didn't happened, we had to announce the host and they came on the 4th day. The building and original windows make it impossible to close them fully and isolate the outside noise. For the 2 rooms that face the busy street is a bit of a problem if you are a light sleeper.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of room. Bed was large and comfortable and loved the amenities. Good location, we walked to Las ramblas and barconleta beach but there is also a metro station very close. The guest services were really responsive via whatsapp when we had questions, needed advice etc.

The apartment was on the 7th floor so very high up but the noise from the road was still quite loud. Sofa bed quite small.

The property was beautiful. Of course it was old, and some of the features surprising, ie internal windows opening out to a massive drop, but as we had no vulnerable people with us, that was ok. Beds were comfortable, showers hot and efficient. Dishwasher supplied plus dishwasher tabs. Rooms at the front were noisy but, we were on a main road we expected this

The beauty of the apartment, location and street view. Appreciated the early check in.

Inadequate supplies of tea, washing tablet for the number of nights stay and friendliness of the building keeper. The property head office service is not very helpful in helping with some simple queries about transport to airport. And the tiny lift.

Needs an upgrade- multiple dents in walls, scratched paint, stains, worn curtains. The sewage smell in the bathroom is very unpleasant. I reserved a room with a balcony, but the room I was given did not have a balcony.

20 min from airport by taxi (40€). 40 min by bus N17 or N18 (bus stop couple min from apartment) to airport (bus ticket cost 2.55€ per person). Only 10 min by walking to Old Town. LOCATION IS PERFECT! APARTMENT CLEAN AND MODERN!

View to back yard is a bit messy.

not having physical keys - a bonus when working with colleagues who leave and come back at different times. beds comfy cleaned regularly during our stay

life broke with us in it one day which was scary but got resolved relatively quickly! the drains were also a little smelly.

I really well run and comfortable apartment. The staff team were really helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.

The location of the apartments is slightly away from the key attractions, although this was largely my fault as I had not appreciated the scale of Barcelona

Apartment is beautiful, modern and have everything you need! Beautiful location!

The pull-out bed in the living room must be replaced immediately, it is bad for sleeping and not good for two people, maybe it is only for children! Urgent to change, our backs and everything else hurt because the bed is not flat!
