Hotel Best Siroco

Location of hotel was very good just next to beach. Lots of restaurants were nearby. Since we hired car, malaga city was also accessible (10-15 kms). Breakfast was also good and had lots of options. Also had Chef that cooks omelet etc in front of you. Room we choose was Premium and had very nice sea facing view. The hotel has every thing very good except WIFI.

Bad Bad Bad really BAD WIFI , I should say no WIFI at all. The lady at reception did help us trying to find room that can have good wifi, but it didn't work for us. My assumption is that in general WIFI in the premium room facing direct sea is bad. I am quite surprised that even after so many reviews regarding bad wifi, the hotel is not addressing that. May be because most of the guest (at least I saw) were senior citizen , who may be do not care too much about wifi ( which actually is good in way that they spend more time together :) ) . I would strongly advice the hotel management to look into wifi issue because I think if you fix this issue , then this property will be much more famous and attractive for future travellers.

It was clean, friendly staff great entertainment. All round great hotel

Lovely large room, hotel is in a great location. Good entertainment and a nice bar area. The buffet breakfast and evening meal were both really good, with a lot of choice and some items cooked to order like stir fries, omlettes etc. Overall a nice hotel with friendly staff. The pool area and gardens looked nice and clean but it wasnt the weather to use them. Parking was easy and well-priced.

The wine served in the restaurant and bar. They had 1 option of red and rose wine which is absolutely undrinkable, we are not pretending to know all about wine but we bought a bottle of each and left them as they were disgusting. They really need to upgrade to something you can actually drink. Other than that no complaints

Breakfast was excellent with a large choice available from both continental and fried, and the hotel were very accommodating if you had a trip planned and needed a coffee or continental breakfast beforehand. Very generous. The staff were very friendly.

The double beds were excellent and very comfy...the only negative was it created a lack of space in the bedroom but bathroom and showere were great.

My room was lovely as I was in the Primium block, my friends had the other side and theirs was not so nice with a small sloped balcony that she slipped on and broke her arm

Food was not hot enough

Food perfect quality and variety.Coffee very good. Room(premium building) very nice . Staff very kind.

Wi fi poor.

We booked a superior double with sea view. Facing the sea was great, not at the roadside so even better. Free safe in the room. Towels changed daily. Beautiful beds, 2 doubles, very comfortable, nice bathroom, great shower. We got a delivery to our room of a platter of fresh fruit as a welcome, we loved this. The food is incredible, such a choice. Very well run dining room, pleasant staff. Pool area is good, beautiful manicured gardens.

The lack of cleaning round the pool area, lots of bottles and food wrappers in over flowing bins. There is a request for men to not wear shorts in the dining room at night, this wasn't adhered to by the staff or customers, I felt this let down the evening dinner.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Premium rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Our daughter enjoyed the activities for children. The food was fantastic, we had full board, I loved the healthy options. There is food for all tastes. The staff in the restaurant were incredibly efficient and most of them smiley. Our stay was great value for the money. We enjoyed the paella event, foam party and evening entertainment, good quality flamenco dancers. Easy access to the sea side. Highly recommended for families. A very relaxing atmosphere, no noisy drunks.

I was planning to say that all was perfect but we had a bad experience with a waiter in the restaurant on our last meal on the day of our departure. The waiter was extremely rude, made us move table after serving drinks and didn't help us to move the drinks. Never cleared our table because of his bad mood. This was an odd one, I would not judge our stay based on this single bad experience. Unfortunately this waiter needs more training treating customers with respect. Other staff in the restaurant were amazing, lovely, efficient and welcoming. The playground floor is dangerous, better that children do not run, our daughter had a couple of bad falls and her knees were badly bleeding.

Location is great, with short walking distance to the beach, harbour and great restaurants. We were very impressed by the breakfast selection and there was always tables available any time you visited. This is the same for sunbeds in the pool area. I would recommend the €20 beds (with cava) if you're looking for a relaxing pool day.

With such amazing views from the balconies it seems a shame not to enjoy it with a tea or coffee. As it is four star I assumed every room would have a kettle - not just the rooms in the premium area.

Garden was very nice and food was varied. Rooms with garden view were nice and specious.

Booking and hotel system didn't sync and we had a big misunderstanding. We were a big group. They said that I had booked only double rooms, but i wanted to have rooms for 4 ppl. Luckily booking app showed all the persons and rooms I had paid already. Eventually everything was cleared up. A lot of room changing though. There was A LOT of mosquitos in our room, with the old air conditioner where they might came, since other rooms did not complain about it.
