Gorgeous hotel inside and out, great location. Staff were all so friendly.

Only downside was it is unfinished but this didn’t affect my holiday. When complete this will be some hotel, will definitely go back to experience.

We've been here before, and enjoy staying here out of season. The staff are very friendly and the location is perfect. The rooms are a good size and this time our bathroom was quite large. They have taken many measures to make the guests feel safe during the pandemic.

So far we've never had a room facing the pools and sun! There were two people on our floor isolating with Covid. Their trays were left outside their doors in the corridor for long periods of time. Despite our best efforts, both my partner and myself caught Covid whilst staying at the hotel. It would be good to have a kettle in the room to save bringing our own each time. There are only two television channels in English for adults, and one of those kept losing the sound! We wouldn't normally be bothered by this except I suffer with chronic fatigue syndrome and have to rest in the room often.

Room - Excellent room, two large beds so able to stretch out. Downside, no kettle so couldn't make a tea or coffee in morning, although both available in restaurant in morning. Food - fabulous, large choice of hot and cold food, buffet style with lots of attention to Covid rules and personal safety. Location - On the beachfront - couldn't be nearer. Brilliant activities run by Celisse (italian) during the day and evening

Location perfect for beach & walking to Marina. Good selection of food for breakfast.

Too many together for Breakfast, a bit chaotic. Lifts very small for amount of people using Restaurant. Tea, Coffee from machine not nice. Staff always taking away plates etc from your table before you are finished.

Spacious clean room with mini fridge. Superb plentiful in-house meals with so much variety, fully equipped spa, heated indoor pools and gym. Restaurant staff, even though extremely busy, were always friendly and very courteous. Large outdoor pool was thoroughly enjoyed by my children. Ease of access to the beach, shops, groceries, restaurants and local buses was a welcomed bonus. Views are breathtaking. Issues with my keycard were dealt with promptly by hotel staff.

Would have been nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Spa facilities were at an additional cost.

We visited with friends to celebrate my husband's birthday. I asked if we could have a sea view room if possible as we now live in inland Andalucia and love to see the sea on our trips to the coast. The hotel very kindly gave us a fabulous room at the front of the hotel with an amazing balcony where we could gaze at the sea and the marina and we could hear the waves.... The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful, the breakfast choices were excellent, the beds were very comfortable and the location was superb. We are already planning our next trip!! Highly recommend the hotel it exceeded our expectations in every way!

Nothing, it was just perfect!

It was very nice and the staff was beyond helpful.

Since it was newly renovated, there were no signs to provide direction. At one point I walked around for almost 30 minutes looking for the front desk and no one could help me. There were many times people walked around “lost”. They needed more coffee machines in all of the restaurants.

Lovely very clean and spacious pool and easy access to beach (although probably not for wheelchairs & scooters where a ramp could help). Excellent choice and variety of food. Lots of effort evident in presentation and fresh tasting food. Very much appreciated! Thank you. Superb location. Beautiful beach and stunning seaviews from hotel with lots to see nearby: Marina, Carihuela beach, Paloma Park, Torremollinos. Very helpful and efficient staff. Homely feel of hotel. Please don't change that! Can't wait to go back next year. Hasta luego!

Evening entertainment a bit too late. Details on style of venue would help to make a choice. Food labels difficult to read and not enough details for allergy sufferers (vegetarian, contains caffeine etc...) Lift occasionally temperamental with some wait at busy times.

Location was excellent! Right on the beach front and promenade and less than 5 mins to the marina. Hotel was clean everywhere and maintained daily including our room been serviced everyday. Food was great, different selection every lunch and dinner and plenty of choice. Pools were lovely and big and the inside spa pool was heated.

Some staff could be a little stand offish at times and rude. Inconsistency in information ie pool times changed opening hours everyday but not advertised anywhere what they were going to be. Lifts don’t go in a sensical order and the lifts down to the restaurant are incredibly small (max 4 people crowded).

The meal was brilliant a lot of choice ,very tasty,the best food on my holiday.Room nice,with beautiful view,beds very very big size.

Hotel is a bit old but it doesn’t matter because everythink was perfect.
