The hotel was about 20minutes by taxi from the airport. Check in was smooth and reception staff very professional. We arrived in time for evening meal. There was a huge variety of food to choose from as well as show cooking. The dining room and kitchen staff were on top of everything it ran like clockwork. The room was large and clean with an amazing sea view down the prom. You could also see the road but when the balcony doors were shut you could not hear the road noise. There was tea and coffee facilities and complimentary toiletries toiletries which were topped up everyday. The bar was reasonable for drinks and had a pleasant atmosphere. The pool was clean but freezing as it was January there was an outside hot tub which was warmer. The spa was nice and on offer at €10 per couple for an hour using the pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. The hotel was directly on the seafront and had a lift down to the promenade. Bus stop and supermarket and bars all within 2 minute walk.

Everything was great at the hotel. Construction work going on nearby.

The food, location and the view. Good range of activities. Lovely massage in the Spa. Generally very friendly staff.

Bits in rooms are starting to look tired. Bath had mastic around it which was very black and moldy. This was replaced when I mentioned it. Fridge cupboard door was falling off, but again it was fixed promptly.

Love this hotel so much ❤️❤️ … everything about it. Fantastic location right by the promenade with a lift to the seafront. Beautiful garden areas with lots of sunbeds and seating. The rooms have everything you might possibly need and if you do request something specific they always do their best. Staff are fantastic- always pleasant and helpful- dining room and lounge particularly. The food choices are plentiful and always plenty of choices for all dietary needs. The bus stops right outside and there are plenty of nice bars/ restaurants within walking distance. Absolutely brilliant!! We will go back and would definitely recommend.

The evening entertainment wasn’t quite as vibrant as in the past. A bit lacking personalities? A bit extra before the main act. Also the information board could be a bit difficult to manoeuvre? The clientele are mostly older couples? So maybe a return to a traditional board somewhere? Otherwise everything was spot on !!

I found the all the staff very friendly and attentive especially the front desk staff Julia she went out of her way to upgrade me to room 607 which was a lovely suit overlooking the sea and beach. Silva who I meet last year was excellent and very informative and has always a smile on her face and Jose was a real gentleman he help me to print out my boarding pass for my flight back to Dublin .Unfortunately I had a fall at the Marina two days into my holidays therefore this put a dent in my stay in the hotel but saying all that the staff took good care of me .This is my second year back and I booked again to come back next year Note Silvia was so kind to hold back luggage for me till next year in 2024 I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to the management and staff especially looking after me after my fall at the Marina

I felt the main entrance into the hotel is terrible it a tunnel and when bus load of passengers arrived the main entrance entrance to the hotel is blocked I felt nervous I honestly think health and safety is a issues here, they should be a separate entry for people arriving at the hotel not having to push your way through bud loads of passengers and cases Maybe the manager might take a serious look at this and come up with a better solution.

Breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked eggs and waffles as to be expected as most hotel restaurants have this. Cereals, breads, pastries, fruit, continental and cooked food really could not fault it apart from the juice. Room was really nice and facing the sea as requested. Maid was lovely. My 88 yo mum (Rm525) was with us too and the maid on her floor was absolutely lovely making sure she was ok.

Sadly as the hotel was in Spain I was expecting fresh orange juice bearing in mind oranges are synonymous with the country and not a diluted type of drink, that would have been a good idea and a 10/10 for breakfast. Room just a bit tired, broken tile at the bathroom door which was really obvious. Dinner was not good at all I ended up eating salad. I asked if it was possible to have lunch rather than dinner but that wasn’t an option, however Hotel Bali could do that. I’m sure a lot of food is wasted for the evening service. Chicken and meat with bones in is fine but not in a stew or sauce dish as you just can’t see what you are eating.

Hotel was in an excellent location for getting around, walking and for using public transport, which was literally outside the hotel. We had a room for three, which I guess was the same size as a double with an extra bed, but roomsize was fine. All beds were really comfortable with nice fresh bedding and towels every day. Breakfast and dinner of good quality and plentiful, which suited us for a few days, however would not have continued with evening meal if had been staying any longer as lots of other nice restaurants to eat. Pool was lovely with outstanding views looking over the sea and beach. There was lots of extra's such as an outdoor jacuzzi, pool table, table tennis and gymnasium. Also an indoor pool and spa which we didn't use as weather so nice. Staff were extremely professional and very helpful.

Nothing! Although me being really picky the bedrooms although extremely clean I would rate at 3 star and the corridors are dark grey and not very inviting. But do not let this put you off as the rest of the hotel makes up for this.

We stayed over the festive season. The location of the hotel is great - virtually on the beach and very close to bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. The balcony sea views (from the designated superior rooms) are panoramic and gorgeous. The standard of the food at the breakfast and dinner buffets was excellent. The kitchen served a great selection of buffet dishes, including Andalusian delicacies, that were beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Show cooking was also available at both breakfast (choice of eggs and omelette) and dinner - chef carvery or steaks, lamb chops, etc. They also served two special festive buffets over the course of our stay (Christmas evening dinner and NYE dinner) and these included complimentary wine or cava. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, including the room attendants and the delightful waiters and waitresses. We met people who return to this hotel, year after year, for month-long holidays. We've already booked our return stay here.

My partner felt disappointed that certain advertised guest activities (bingo and a stretch class) were cancelled without prior notice.

Location was amazing. Staff were helpful and kind.

We stayed in a triple room which was really only a twin with an extra bed. Whilst we were overjoyed to find wine glasses and a corkscrew were provided (3 of) and the mini fridge accommodated the extras we bought, with just a bit of rethinking and making the furniture movable, all three beds could have been placed on the back wall freeing up more space. The bathroom was great-walk in shower was powerful and double sinks were a godsend. It’s just a shame they don’t have any suites.

Fabulous hotel, immaculately clean. Lovely pool area with spectacular views and numerous seating & lounging areas at different levels. Lift takes you down directly to the promenade and beach. The pool bar is very good with excellent hard-working friendly staff. The breakfast was really good, fresh, good quality & lots of choice. The dining room was light & airy with gorgeous views. Bottle of wine and mineral water waiting in the room when I arrived was a lovely touch. Very professional reception staff. My room was very nice, again spotlessly clean, mini-fridge and very comfy bed.

Although the room was lovely it was on the ground floor so didn't have the best view. However, I booked very last minute so can't really complain. The facilities at the hotel more than made up for it.

There was plenty of choice at breakfast and there was always an empty table. You could eat inside or out. The location is straight out on to the beach front.

There was some huge wall lights that I can only desctibe has headlights that were ridiculously bright. There was a lift but as we were on the top flor we were constantly queuing for the lift up or down. 2 lifts is not enough for the amount of people in the lift and they are very small.
