I loved the spacious room. The choice of food was great

We were on the 8th floor (we did request a high floor, so thank you) but the whole time during our stay one of the lifts was broken which meant we very often had to wait for ages for a lift. We also booked a room with a full sea view which turned out to only be a lateral sea view which we were very disappointed about

I loved how modern the hotel was and the DJs , Saxophone and dancers during the day really made it for me , I feel like the hotel is for older families not great for small kids I’d say suitable for kids aged 5+

I personally feel that during the busy summer months the hotel shouldn’t be open to the public , it because very busy and during our stay there was some teenage kids causing trouble in the pool quite a lot and they were not staying in the hotel . I also feel the lifeguard should be at a height to oversee all the pools( the high seat was there but the lifeguards never once sat in it )which I think is a Spanish legality , they also should not have to man the towel station and check the towels on sunbeds they should be focused on the pool at all times .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of food.

The food was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The vegetables were overcooked (boiled to mush). The meat and fish were overcooked to the point that they were dry. It would be much better to have a selection of roasts (chicken, pork, beef) that were sliced as you collected it, or just shortly before would ensure that it was not cold or dried out.

Excellent location! The best choice in Terremolinos: the second time we come here and we will certainly come back again We had a fantastic room frontal sea view, that made our stay great! Also the stuff make us feel at home, great job from kitchen team ,the cooks, the stuff as Monica, Sonja, Francesco and all the rest! Also at the reception Antonio and all the team so friendly and eager to help. The cleaning lady Begonia did a great job! Thank you all the team of this hotel!

The buffet is great in choice but it would be nicer to have a better quality in meat and in desserts, the taste is not that good. That is for dinner buffet, regarding the breakfast buffet it is top!

Room was great, location was fantastic and the views were stunning. Perfect 4 star hotel, shame the rooftop pool experience wasnt even close to a 2 star experience.

Booked the rooftop pool at an extra cost and was let down. Didn't get shown there was no bar or pool bed service. You had a buzzer to call for one of the hotel staff, who then had to come up and sort your order out before going back down to get it for you. If you want to charge for an exclusive pool top experience then it would be better if there was a member of staff on the roof terrace fulltime.

This hotel is in perfect location, 2-3 minutes walk from Benalmadena Marina. It’s clean spacious and staff are lovely. Great breakfast and the lunches at the pool bar were lovely. Entertainment at night was ok.

When we arrived, as we had booked through booking.com we were placed in a ground floor suite (definitely not a suite). It wasn’t good as the balcony was covered over and it was really stuffy with no view. Reception explained that this is what booking.com were offering. We weren’t happy at all and luckily were able to get rooms on fifth floor by paying an extra 15.00 per night. Thank goodness we did the rooms were totally different, lovely bright and spacious. I would advise contacting the hotel prior to your stay to make sure you’re not on ground floor.

Location and sea view 10/10. Comfortable sofa and very spacious balcony.

Air conditioner wasn't cooling. Only mixing the air. When the sun was up there was really hot in the room

Everything about this hotel, the location, right on the beach! The food, me and my mum were half board and you could choose between lunch or dinner. The rooftop pool was for premium guests but you could pay if you wanted to use it. The main pools were slighted heated. Good entertainment during the day and night. We stayed in room 3509 and it was perfect, pool and side sea view! We had a fridge and kettle in our room, 2 cups and 2 glasses. Close to so many bars, shops and restaurants. Happy hour every day 6-7pm. Was my mums birthday when we were there and they left cake and a bottle of champagne in the fridge for when we got back for the day, such a nice surprise for her. Would 100% come back.

The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food and caters for young children upwards. The hotel was very clean and super location. Beds are very comfortable. There is always fresh drinking water with fruit in reception which is very helpful in the heat. Bring located on the prom allows for a brilliant morning walk or run.

The only minor thing is accessibility to the pool and back gate with a baby and buggy. There are two lifts to be used both of which are manually operated. I think in peak summer season this could get v busy. Only a minor detail and Just something to note.
